Referring to fig. 7, the apparatus 700 includes: a receiving module 710, configured to receive a publishing request requesting to publish information from a terminal device of a user, where the publishing request includes publishing range information, where the publishing range information is used to indicate a publishing range of an object that can receive information and is specified by the user; a first determining module 720, configured to determine, according to the distribution range information, a filtering condition related to the distribution information, where the filtering condition defines a condition that is satisfied by a user who can distribute the information to the distribution range and/or a condition that is satisfied by an object that can receive the information; a second determining module 730, configured to determine, according to the determined screening condition, a right of the user and/or an object of receiving information; and a publishing module 740 for publishing information according to the determined rights and/or objects.

Thus, according to the present embodiment, first a request for issuing information is received and a range of issuing is obtained therefrom, then objects capable of receiving the information are screened according to the issuing range, and finally the information is issued according to the determined object for receiving the information. Therefore, the technical effect of screening the objects capable of receiving the information according to the requirements of the user is achieved. Fig. 8 shows an apparatus 800 for distributing information according to the present embodiment, the apparatus 800 corresponding to the method according to the first aspect of embodiment 1. Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus 800 includes: a processor 810; and a memory 820 coupled to the processor 810 for providing instructions to the processor 810 to process the following process steps: receiving a publishing request for requesting to publish information from a terminal device of a user, wherein the publishing request comprises publishing range information, and the publishing range information is used for indicating a publishing range of an object which can receive the information and is specified by the user; determining a screening condition related to the published information according to the published range information, wherein the screening condition defines a condition satisfied by a user who can publish the information to the published range and/or a condition satisfied by an object which can receive the information; determining the authority of the user and/or the object for receiving information according to the determined screening condition; and issuing information according to the determined rights and/or objects.
Optionally, the publishing range indicated by the publishing range information is public, and the operation of determining the screening condition related to the publishing information according to the publishing range information includes: according to the issuing range information, determining that the condition met by the user capable of issuing the information to the issuing range is that the user reaches a preset first credit level; and according to the determined screening conditions, the operation of determining the authority of the user comprises the following steps: determining a credit level of the user; and determining the authority of the user according to the screening condition and the credit level of the user.
Optionally, the memory 820 is further configured to provide the processor 810 with instructions for processing the following processing steps: after the operation of issuing the information, the credit level of the user is reset.

Optionally, after the operation of issuing the information, the memory 820 is further configured to provide the processor 810 with instructions for processing the following processing steps: receiving information valid time input by a user and sent by terminal equipment of the user before the operation of issuing the information according to the determined authority and/or object, wherein the state of the information in the information valid time is a recoverable valid state; and according to the determined authority and/or object, after the operation of issuing the information, when the information issuing duration exceeds the information valid time, switching the state of the information into a non-recoverable invalid state.
Optionally, after the operation of issuing the information, the information includes voice information, and the memory 820 is further configured to provide the processor 810 with instructions to process the following processing steps: receiving a first processing request sent by terminal equipment of a user before information is issued, wherein the first processing request is used for indicating a request to carry out sound changing processing on voice information; and performing a voice modification process on the voice information in response to the first processing request.
Optionally, after the operation of issuing the information, the information includes short video information, and the memory 820 is further configured to provide the processor 810 with instructions to process the following processing steps: receiving a second processing request sent by the terminal equipment of the user before information is issued, wherein the second processing request is used for indicating a request for image processing on the video information; and performing image processing on the video information in response to the second processing request.
Thus, according to the present embodiment, first a request for issuing information is received and a range of issuing is obtained therefrom, then objects capable of receiving the information are screened according to the issuing range, and finally the information is issued according to the determined object for receiving the information. Therefore, the technical effect of screening the objects capable of receiving the information according to the requirements of the user is achieved. And then the problem that the user can not limit the group capable of watching the published information according to the actual demand in the prior art is solved.

Claims (8)

1. A method of distributing information, comprising:
receiving a publishing request for requesting to publish information from a terminal device of a user, wherein the publishing request comprises publishing range information, the publishing range information is used for indicating a publishing range of an object which can receive the information and is specified by the user, and the publishing information corresponds to a corresponding benefit;
determining a screening condition related to the information release according to the information of the release range, wherein the release range comprises user friends and all users of the platform, the screening condition defines a condition met by a user capable of releasing the information to the release range in the case that the release range is public, and the screening condition defines a condition met by an object capable of receiving the information in the case that the release range is user friends;
determining the authority of the user and/or an object for receiving the information according to the determined screening condition; and
issuing said information in accordance with the determined rights and/or objects, wherein
The operation of determining the screening condition related to the release of the information according to the release range information, in which the release range indicated by the release range information is public, includes: according to the issuing range information, determining that the condition met by a user capable of issuing information to the issuing range is that the user reaches a preset first credit level; and
determining the authority of the user according to the determined screening condition comprises:
determining a credit level for the user;
determining the authority of the user according to the screening condition and the credit level of the user, and
the operation of determining the screening condition related to the information release according to the release range information, wherein the release range indicated by the release range information is a friend of the user, and the operation comprises the following steps: determining, according to the release range information, that an object capable of receiving the information satisfies a condition that the object reaches a predetermined second credit level; and
an operation of determining an object to receive the information according to the determined filtering condition, comprising:
sending the friends reaching the preset second credit level to the terminal equipment of the user;
receiving an object sent by the terminal equipment of the user, wherein the object is an object selected by the user from friends reaching the predetermined second credit level; and
and determining an object sent by the terminal equipment of the user as an object for receiving the information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the operation of publishing the information is followed by: resetting the credit rating of the user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the operation of sending the friend who has reached the second predetermined credit level to the terminal device of the user is preceded by the operation of:
acquiring a friend list of the user;
extracting the friends reaching the preset second credit level from the friend list; and
and determining the extracted friends as friends reaching the predetermined second credit level.
4. The method of claim 1,
according to the determined authority and/or object, before the operation of issuing the information, the method further comprises the following steps: receiving information valid time input by the user and sent by the terminal equipment of the user, wherein the state of the information in the information valid time is a recoverable valid state; and is

receiving a first processing request sent by terminal equipment of the user, wherein the first processing request is used for indicating a request of performing sound change processing on the voice information; and
and performing sound changing processing on the voice information in response to the first processing request.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the information comprises short video information, and wherein prior to publishing the information, further comprising:
receiving a second processing request sent by the terminal equipment of the user, wherein the second processing request is used for indicating that the video information is requested to be subjected to image processing; and
and responding to the second processing request, and performing image processing on the video information.
7. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 is performed by a processor when the program is run.
8. An apparatus for distributing information, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive a publishing request requesting to publish information from a terminal device of a user, where the publishing request includes publishing range information, where the publishing range information is used to indicate a publishing range of an object that can receive the information and is specified by the user, and the publishing information corresponds to a corresponding benefit;
a first determining module, configured to determine, according to the information about the distribution range, a screening condition related to distributing the information, where the distribution range includes a friend of a user and all users of a platform, and where the distribution range is all users of the platform, the screening condition defines a condition that is satisfied by a user who can distribute the information to the distribution range, and where the distribution range is the friend of the user, the screening condition defines a condition that is satisfied by an object that can receive the information;
the second determining module is used for determining the authority of the user and/or an object for receiving the information according to the determined screening condition; and
a publishing module for publishing the information according to the determined rights and/or objects, wherein
