Wherein the rotation means may comprise means for rotating the display and may further comprise means for rotating the testing means. Wherein the rotating device rotates the display and/or rotates the testing device; the rotating display is, for example, a horizontal rotating display, and the visual angle test can be performed by testing the brightness change of the central point of the display screen under the condition of an angle; the rotation testing device can rotate horizontally and/or rotate in a pitching mode, and performance parameters of the display are collected when the testing device and the testing point on the display screen are not in an orthogonal and vertical state.
Optionally, the method for testing performance of a display further includes: the industrial personal computer device is also provided with a display screen; and the display screen is used for displaying the test report and the test flow of the item to be tested.
Optionally, the method for testing performance of a display further includes: an input device; and the input equipment is used for inputting the item to be tested to the industrial control machine device.
When the display screen is a touch display screen, the display screen can also be used as an input device. The input device may be a mouse or keyboard. The industrial personal computer device is provided with the display screen and the input equipment, so that the man-machine interaction of the industrial personal computer device is more friendly, a user can check a test report in time, know the current test stage of a to-be-tested item, input the to-be-tested item of the to-be-tested display and the like.
Optionally, the method for testing performance of a display further includes: and the alarm device is used for alarming when the display performance test system meets the preset alarm condition.
The alarm device can give an alarm through light indication, can also broadcast audio alarm through a loudspeaker, and can also display text and images through a display screen to give an alarm and the like. The preset alarm condition can be an alarm when manual operation is needed in the test process, and can also be an alarm when devices such as a test device or a displacement device and the like break down in the test process.
The display performance testing method provided by the embodiment belongs to the same inventive concept as the display performance testing system provided by the first embodiment, and technical details which are not described in detail in the embodiment can be referred to the first embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a terminal, which is applicable to the situation of display performance test, wherein the display performance test specifically can be the normal temperature display performance of a display and any other situation that a luminance meter or a colorimeter needs to read the picture data of the display in a non-contact manner and perform data processing on the basis. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the terminal includes:
one or more processors 310;
a memory 320 for storing one or more programs;
when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors 310, the one or more processors 310 are caused to implement the display performance testing method as set forth in the embodiments above.
In FIG. 3, a processor 310 is illustrated as an example; the processor 310 and the memory 320 may be connected by a bus or other means, such as the bus connection shown in FIG. 3.
The memory 320 is a computer-readable storage medium for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the display performance testing system in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor 310 executes various functional applications and data processing of the terminal by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 320, that is, the above-described display performance testing method is implemented. The display performance testing method mainly comprises the following steps:
receiving a to-be-tested item input by a user, and generating each test instruction according to the to-be-tested item; sending each test instruction to a signal generating device, a displacement device or a test device according to a preset time sequence so that the signal generating device generates a test picture according to the received test instruction and sends the test picture to a display so that the displacement device moves the test device to a preset position according to the received test instruction so that the test device performs performance parameter acquisition on the display displaying the test picture at the preset position according to the received test instruction; and receiving the performance parameters sent by the testing device, and generating a test report according to the performance parameters.
The memory 320 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 320 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 320 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 310, which may be connected to the terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The terminal proposed by the embodiment and the method for testing the performance of the display proposed by the embodiment belong to the same inventive concept, and technical details which are not described in detail in the embodiment can be referred to the embodiment, and the embodiment have the same beneficial effects.
Example four
The present embodiment provides a storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the display performance testing method as set forth in the above embodiments. The display performance testing method mainly comprises the following steps: receiving a to-be-tested item input by a user, and generating each test instruction according to the to-be-tested item; sending each test instruction to a signal generating device, a displacement device or a test device according to a preset time sequence so that the signal generating device generates a test picture according to the received test instruction and sends the test picture to a display so that the displacement device moves the test device to a preset position according to the received test instruction so that the test device performs performance parameter acquisition on the display displaying the test picture at the preset position according to the received test instruction; and receiving the performance parameters sent by the testing device, and generating a test report according to the performance parameters.
The terminal proposed by the embodiment and the method for testing the performance of the display proposed by the embodiment belong to the same inventive concept, and technical details which are not described in detail in the embodiment can be referred to the embodiment, and the embodiment have the same beneficial effects.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. With this understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the system according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments illustrated herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. A display performance testing system, comprising: the device comprises an industrial personal computer device, a signal generating device, a displacement device and a testing device;
the industrial personal computer device is used for generating each test instruction according to the item to be tested and sending each test instruction to the signal generating device, the displacement device or the test device according to a preset time sequence;
the generating of the test instructions according to the items to be tested comprises the following steps: the industrial personal computer device is internally stored with test flow data, test picture data and test position data corresponding to each item to be tested, acquires the test flow data, the test picture data and the test position data corresponding to the item to be tested by inquiring the stored data, and generates a series of test instructions corresponding to the item to be tested according to the acquired data;
the signal generating device is used for generating a test picture according to the received test instruction and sending the test picture to the display so that the display can display the test picture;
the displacement device is used for moving the testing device to a preset position according to the received testing instruction;
the testing device is used for collecting performance parameters of a display displaying the testing picture at the preset position according to the received testing instruction and sending the performance parameters to the industrial personal computer device so as to enable the industrial personal computer device to generate a testing report according to the performance parameters;
the display performance testing system further comprises a positioning camera;
the positioning camera is used for acquiring a positioning picture according to a received test instruction sent by the industrial personal computer device and sending the positioning picture to the industrial personal computer device so that the industrial personal computer device controls the displacement device to move the test device to a preset position according to the positioning picture;
the industrial control device generates the testing position of the testing device according to the positioning picture collected by the positioning camera, and comprises:
when the positioning picture is a test picture presented by a display to be tested, the industrial personal computer device generates a test position of the test device according to a mark point and a preset positioning position in the positioning picture acquired by a positioning camera, wherein the mark point is a mark point in the test picture displayed by the display, and the preset positioning position is each frame of the display or the central position of the display;
the industrial control device generates the testing position of the testing device according to the mark point and the preset positioning position in the positioning picture collected by the positioning camera, and comprises the following steps:
a position relation exists between the mark point and the preset positioning position, the mark point is associated with a position coordinate of the testing device in a coordinate system corresponding to the displacement device, and a testing position of the testing device is generated according to the association relation; wherein, the incidence relations of different test systems are different;
when the positioning picture is a local picture of a test picture which can be acquired by the test device by performance parameter acquisition, the industrial personal computer device compares the positioning picture with a preset picture, selects the same characteristic point in the positioning picture and the preset picture, calculates the offset of the same characteristic point in the two pictures, takes the offset of the characteristic point as the position offset of the test device, and sends a test instruction containing the position offset to the displacement device; and the displacement device moves the test device according to the position offset in the test instruction, so that the test device is ensured to move to a preset position.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
and the rotating device is used for rotating the testing device and/or the display which are moved to the preset position by a preset angle according to the received testing instruction sent by the industrial personal computer device, so that the testing device can acquire the performance parameters after rotating by the preset angle.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the industrial personal device is further configured with a display screen; and the display screen is used for displaying the test report and the test process of the item to be tested.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the industrial control device is further configured with an input device; and the input equipment is used for inputting the item to be tested to the industrial personal computer device.
5. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
and the alarm device is used for giving an alarm when the display performance test system meets the preset alarm condition.
6. A display performance testing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a to-be-tested item input by a user, and generating each test instruction according to the to-be-tested item;
the generating of the test instructions according to the items to be tested comprises the following steps: the industrial control device acquires test flow data, test picture data and test position data corresponding to the item to be tested by inquiring the stored data, and generates a series of test instructions corresponding to the item to be tested according to the acquired data;
sending the test instructions to a signal generating device, a displacement device or a test device according to a preset time sequence so that the signal generating device generates a test picture according to the received test instructions and sends the test picture to a display so that the displacement device moves the test device to a preset position according to the received test instructions so that the test device performs performance parameter acquisition on the display displaying the test picture at the preset position according to the received test instructions;
receiving the performance parameters sent by the testing device, and generating a testing report according to the performance parameters;
the display performance testing method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a positioning picture sent by a positioning camera, and controlling a displacement device to move the testing device to a preset position according to the positioning picture;
the receiving positioning picture sent by the positioning camera, and controlling the displacement device to move the testing device to a preset position according to the positioning picture comprise:
when the positioning picture is a test picture presented by a display to be tested, the industrial personal computer device generates a test position of the test device according to a mark point and a preset positioning position in the positioning picture acquired by a positioning camera, wherein the mark point is a mark point in the test picture displayed by the display, and the preset positioning position is each frame of the display or the central position of the display;
the industrial control device generates the testing position of the testing device according to the mark point and the preset positioning position in the positioning picture collected by the positioning camera, and comprises the following steps:
a position relation exists between the mark point and the preset positioning position, the mark point is associated with a position coordinate of the testing device in a coordinate system corresponding to the displacement device, and a testing position of the testing device is generated according to the association relation; wherein, the incidence relations of different test systems are different;
when the positioning picture is a local picture of a test picture which can be acquired by the test device by performance parameter acquisition, the industrial personal computer device compares the positioning picture with a preset picture, selects the same characteristic point in the positioning picture and the preset picture, calculates the offset of the same characteristic point in the two pictures, takes the offset of the characteristic point as the position offset of the test device, and sends a test instruction containing the position offset to the displacement device; and the displacement device moves the test device according to the position offset in the test instruction, so that the test device is ensured to move to a preset position.
7. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a display performance testing method as claimed in claim 6.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method for testing the performance of a display device as claimed in claim 6.
