The sensor head 100 includes a mounting base 10, a first circuit board 20, a second circuit board 30, a sensor 40, a magnet 50 (see fig. 2), and a connector 60. The first circuit board 20 and the second circuit board 30 are electrically connected and respectively disposed on two sides of the mounting base 10. The sensor 40 is disposed on the first circuit board 20 to detect the rotation speed of the gear 200, the origin position of the gear, and the like. A magnet 50 is disposed on the mounting base 10 to cooperate with the sensing element 40 for detection. The connector 60 is disposed on the second circuit board 30 to enable the sensor head 100 to be electrically connected to an external circuit.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the mounting base 10 includes a mounting portion 11 and two fixing portions 12. The mounting portion 11 is substantially rectangular parallelepiped. The mounting portion 11 is provided with a receiving groove 111. The magnet 50 is disposed in the receiving groove 111. The first circuit board 20 is disposed on the mounting portion 11 and covers a surface having the accommodating groove 111. The second circuit board 30 is disposed on a surface of the mounting portion 11 facing away from the first circuit board 20 and parallel to the first circuit board 20. The mounting portion 11 and the fixing portion 12 are integrally formed, and the two fixing portions 12 extend outwardly from opposite sides of the mounting portion 11, respectively. The fixing portion 12 is provided with a fixing hole 121. The fixing holes 121 are used to cooperate with fasteners (e.g., screws, bolts, etc.) to fix the mount 10.
The first circuit board 20 is a sensor mounting board, and a circuit for controlling the sensor 40 is disposed on the first circuit board 20.
The first circuit board 20 is further provided with a connection mother seat 21 on a surface opposite to the second circuit board 30. The connection socket 21 is provided with a receiving hole 211.
The second circuit board 30 is a control board, and the second circuit board 30 is configured with a total control circuit.
The second circuit board 30 is further provided with a connection male seat 31 on a surface opposite to the first circuit board 20. The male connector 31 is inserted into the receiving hole 211 of the female connector 21 to be matched with the female connector 21 so as to electrically connect the first circuit board 20 and the second circuit board 30.
The sensing element 40 is disposed on a surface of the first circuit board 20 away from the mounting base 10 and electrically connected to the circuit on the first circuit board 20.
In this embodiment, there are two sensing elements 40, and the two sensing elements 40 are disposed side by side on the first circuit board 20.
In this embodiment, the sensing element 40 is a magneto-sensitive element, and specifically, the sensing element 40 is a magneto-sensitive sensor.

In this embodiment, the mounting portion 11 is further provided with a positioning hole 112 and a mounting hole 113. The first circuit board 20 is provided with an alignment hole 22. The second circuit board 30 is provided with a mounting hole 32. The positioning hole 112 and the alignment hole 22 cooperate with each other through fasteners (such as screws, bolts, etc.) to position and fix the first circuit board 20 on the mounting base 10. The mounting holes 113 cooperate with the mounting holes 32 to secure the second circuit board 30 to the mount 10 by fasteners (e.g., screws, bolts, etc.).

When the sensor head 100 is mounted, as shown in fig. 2, the sensor 40 on the first circuit board 20 is brought close to the teeth of the gear 200 (as shown in fig. 1).
The sensor magnetic head 100 is arranged on the first circuit board 20 and electrically connects the first circuit board 20 with the second circuit board 30, so that when the sensor 40 malfunctions (such as scraping or crashing) or needs to be replaced, only the first circuit board 20 provided with the sensor 40 needs to be replaced, and the whole scrapping or replacement is not needed, thereby saving the cost. And only the first circuit board 20 to be replaced is required to be mounted on the mounting seat 10 through the positioning hole 112 and the alignment hole 22, so that the sensor sensitive element 40 on the sensor is not required to be positioned and corrected again, and the working efficiency is improved.

The sensor head of claim 1 or 3, wherein the mounting portion has a receiving slot, the magnet is disposed in the receiving slot, the first circuit board is disposed on the mounting portion and covers a surface of the receiving slot, and the second circuit board is disposed on a surface of the mounting portion facing away from the first circuit board.
5. The sensor head of claim 1 wherein said mounting portion is integrally formed with said mounting portion.
6. The sensor head of claim 1 wherein the sensor element is a magneto-dependent sensor.
7. The sensor head of claim 1 wherein said magnet is a permanent magnet.
