Technical Field

The invention relates to a clothes conveying method, a manufacturing method of a clothes packaging body, a clothes packaging body and a paper clothes rack. And more particularly, to a method of flatly stacking clothes loaded with paper hangers in a container and packaging for transportation, etc.

Background

In general, transportation of clothes such as jackets is performed by storing the clothes in a cabinet in a state of being hung on a hanger made of plastic, so as to prevent wrinkles or deformation from occurring during transportation (i.e., a hanger cabinet or a hanger truck). However, this method has problems that the container storage amount is limited, the transport efficiency is low, the cost of the plastic hanger is increased, and the handling of the hanger after transportation is time-consuming and laborious.

Problems to be solved by the invention

The invention provides a clothes conveying method which can prevent wrinkles and deformation in conveying and can improve conveying efficiency by increasing the storage amount of a container.

Means for solving the problems

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following [1] to [15 ].

[1] A method for transporting clothes by storing the clothes in a container, comprising:

a step of flatly stacking the clothes loaded with the paper hanger composed of the hanger base paper and the hanger main body in the container and forming a package, and a step of transporting the package from a transport origin to a transport destination,

the clothes hanger base paper is provided with a clothes body contact part contacting the inside of the clothes body of the clothes and shoulder contact parts extending from the clothes body contact part to the left and right oblique outer directions and respectively contacting the insides of the left and right shoulders of the clothes;

the clothes hanger main body is provided with a hook part and a bottom paper hanging part which extends towards the left and right outer directions of the hook part and is used for hanging the bottom paper of the clothes hanger on the shoulder contact part;

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, a suitable mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below are merely examples of representative embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention cannot be reduced or explained in this way.

1. Paper clothes hanger

The structure of a paper hanger used in the clothes carrying method of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.

The paper clothes hanger 1 of the present invention is composed of a hanger main body 2 (refer to fig. 1) and a hanger base paper 3 (refer to fig. 2). The hanger body 2 and the hanger base paper 3 are each formed of one sheet of paper. Although the paper is not particularly limited, cardboard such as cardboard and thick paper is preferable.

2. Clothes conveying method, clothes package manufacturing method, and clothes package

The clothes conveying method of the invention comprises the following steps: a step of attaching the paper hanger 1 of the present invention to a garment; a step of flatly stacking the clothes (refer to fig. 10 and 11) loaded with the paper hanger 1 in a container and forming a package; and a step of transporting the package from a transportation supply place to a transportation destination.

Therefore, even if the clothes loaded with the paper hanger 1 are stacked in the container, at least the folding of the clothes body does not occur, thereby preventing the wrinkles and deformation. In addition, the sleeves of the clothes can be folded back to the clothes body side according to the requirement. Heretofore, there has not been a paper hanger which can effectively prevent the occurrence of wrinkles and the like and which is assembled by simple steps as described above.

Further, since the body contact portion 31 functions to maintain the body shape of the clothes when the package is transported, the clothes are less likely to be wrinkled or deformed even if the package is subjected to shaking, vibration, or pressure.

In packaging, the clothes loaded with the paper hangers 1 are preferably stacked alternately one on top of another in the container (refer to fig. 12). Thereby, the amount of laundry accommodated in the container can be further increased, and the carrying efficiency can be improved. The present invention also provides a clothing packaging body using the paper hanger 1 described herein and a method of manufacturing the packaging body.

The container is usually a carton, but is not particularly limited, and for example, a plastic or metal container can be used. The shape and size of the container may be set as appropriate to suit the shape of the clothes in which the paper hanger 1 is installed. For example, the width of the container is either the same as or slightly wider than the width of the clothes in which the paper hanger 1 is installed. And, for example, the length of the container is the same as or slightly longer than the length of the clothes in which the paper hanger 1 is installed. The height of the container may be set as appropriate according to the target storage amount.

The transportation method may be land transportation by truck, train, or the like, or marine transportation by ship. The method of transporting may also further include air transport by aircraft.

The delivery origin and delivery destination may be a manufacturing place and an inspection place of the laundry.

Conventionally, in many cases, folded clothes are packed into a carton or the like from a manufacturing place to an inspection place of clothes without using a hanger. In this case, not only the occurrence of wrinkles and deformation of the clothes becomes a problem, but also it takes time and effort to hang the clothes on the hanger for inspection at the inspection site, and further, the clothes must be taken out of the hanger and repackaged for transportation to the sales site or the like after the inspection.

On the other hand, according to the clothing carrying method of the present invention, the occurrence of wrinkles and deformation can be prevented, and the clothing loaded with the paper hanger 1 can be hung and inspected as it is at the inspection site, and the clothing does not need to be removed from the paper hanger 1 and repackaged after the inspection, so that the labor for attaching/detaching the hanger can be saved. In addition, it is not necessary to return the garments to the same container prior to unpacking during repackaging.

In addition, conventionally, clothes hung on a plastic hanger are also stored in a hanger container or a hanger truck and transported. In this case, there is a problem that the storage amount of the container is limited, the transportation efficiency is low, and the cost of the plastic clothes hanger increases.

On the other hand, according to the clothes carrying method of the present invention, since the clothes can be stacked in the container while suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles and deformation, the storage amount of the container can be increased, and the carrying efficiency can be greatly improved. Also, according to the clothes carrying method of the present invention, the cost can be suppressed by using the paper hanger.

The delivery origin and delivery destination may be from the inspection or manufacturing location of the laundry to the sales location.

In a conventional method of transporting clothes suspended on plastic hangers using a hanger container or the like, when the plastic hangers for transportation in a sales place are replaced with the clothes hangers for display, it takes time and labor to handle the plastic hangers for transportation.

On the other hand, according to the clothes carrying method of the present invention, since the paper hanger which is light and easy to discard can be used, the problem of handling the clothes hanger for carrying in the selling place can be solved.

Claims

1. A method for transporting clothes by storing the clothes in a container, comprising:

the hanger body has a hook portion, a hook portion reinforcing piece having a shape overlapping with the hook portion, and a base paper hanging portion extending in the right and left outer directions of the hook portion and hanging the hanger base paper at the shoulder contact portion;
