Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a suitable mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below are merely examples of representative embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention cannot be reduced or explained in this way.
1. Paper clothes hanger
The structure of a paper hanger used in the clothes carrying method of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
The paper clothes hanger 1 of the present invention is composed of a hanger main body 2 (refer to fig. 1) and a hanger base paper 3 (refer to fig. 2). The hanger body 2 and the hanger base paper 3 are each formed of one sheet of paper. Although the paper is not particularly limited, cardboard such as cardboard and thick paper is preferable.
The hanger body 1 is made up of 2 hanger members 21, 22. The hanger members 21 and 22 are connected by a folding line 23. The folding lines (including the folding line 23) described below may be subjected to a process (embossing process or the like) for facilitating folding of the paper.
The hanger member 21 has a hook portion 211 and a hook portion reinforcing piece 212. The hook reinforcing piece 212 reinforces the strength of the hook 211 by being folded at the folding line 21a to overlap the hook 211. The shape of the hook portion 211 is not particularly limited as long as it can hang the paper hanger 1, and may be a hook shape similar to a conventional plastic or paper hanger. The hook portion reinforcing sheet 212 has a shape overlapping the hook portion 211 when bent at the folding line 21 a.
The hanger member 21 has a base paper hanging portion 213 extending in the right and left outer direction of the hook portion 211. Shoulder contact portions 32, 32 of a hanger liner 3 described later are folded around the liner hanging portion 213. A slit 217 is provided in the base paper hanging portion 213. An engaging piece 227 (described later) of the hanger member 22 is inserted into the slit 217.
The hanger member 21 also has base paper hanging portion reinforcing pieces 214, 214. Folding lines 21b, 21b are formed at the connection portions between the base paper hanging portion reinforcing pieces 214, 214 and the base paper hanging portion 213, and folding lines 21c, 21c are further formed inside the connection portions.
The hanger member 21 has a detent 215. A folding line 21d is formed at the connection part of the locking part 215 and the hook 211, and a slit 216 is formed at a part of the folding line 21 d. An engaging piece 225 (described later) of the hanger member 22 is inserted into the slit 216.
The hanger member 22 also has a hook portion 221 and a hook portion reinforcing piece 222. The hook reinforcing piece 222 reinforces the strength of the hook 221 by being folded at the folding line 22a to overlap with the hook 221. The shape of the hook portion 221 is not particularly limited as long as it can hang the paper hanger 1, and may be a hook shape similar to a conventional plastic or paper hanger. The hook portion reinforcing piece 222 has a shape overlapping the hook portion 221 when folded at the folding line 22 a.
The hanger member 22 also has a base paper hanging portion 223 extending in the right and left outer direction of the hook portion 221. Shoulder contact portions 32, 32 of the hanger liner 3 described later are folded around the liner hanging portion 223.
The hanger member 22 has a latch 224 formed with a latch tab 225. A folding line 22b is formed at the connection part of the locking part 224 and the hook part 221. A folding line 22c is formed at the connection part between the locking piece 225 and the locking part 224. The locking piece 225 is inserted into the slit 216 of the hanger member 21 and locked.
The hanger member 22 also has a latch 226 formed with a latch piece 227. A folding line 22d is formed at the connection part between the locking part 226 and the base sheet hanging part 223. The engaging piece 227 has a shape in which a connecting portion with the engaging portion 226 is cut. The locking piece 227 is inserted into the slit 217 of the hanger member 21 and locked.
The hanger base 3 has a body contact portion 31 and shoulder contact portions 32, 32 extending diagonally outward from the body contact portion 31. The body contact portion 31 contacts the inside of the body of the clothing when the paper hanger 1 is attached to the clothing. Also, the shoulder contact portions 32, 32 contact the inside surfaces of the left and right shoulders of the garment, respectively, when the paper hanger 1 is attached to the garment.
The clothes are not particularly limited to clothes having shoulders and a body, and may include dresses such as suits, jackets (jackets), jackets (blomers), blouses (blossons), blouses (blouses), shirts, waistcoats, and sweaters (cardigans), as well as dresses such as dresses (coat) and dresses (onepiece). The length of the dresses, the overcoat and the dress, the existence of the sleeves and the length of the sleeves can be any.
The body contact portion 31 has a pair of left and right slits 311, 311.
The body contact portion 31 is set to an appropriate shape corresponding to the body length and waist circumference so as to fit the body shape of the garment. For example, the body contact portion 31 is the same as or slightly narrower than the width of the body of the garment. The body contact portion 31 is, for example, the same length as the length of the body of the garment or slightly longer than the same length. The body contact portion 31 may have a narrow portion for the waisting of the clothing.
The shoulder contact portions 32, 32 have locking pieces 321, 321. The locking pieces 321, 321 have shapes in which the connecting portions with the shoulder contact portions 32, 32 are cut. The locking pieces 321, 321 are inserted into the slits 311, 311 and locked.
The paper hanger 1 is assembled by folding the shoulder contact portions 32, 32 of the hanger base paper 3 over the base paper hanging portions 213, 223 of the hanger body 2 (see fig. 3). Hereinafter, the steps of assembling the paper hanger 1 will be explained with reference to fig. 4 to 10.
First, the hook portion reinforcing piece 212 of the hanger member 21 is folded at the folding line 21a and overlapped to the hook portion 211 (see fig. 4). Fig. 4 shows a state in which the hanger body 1 shown in fig. 1 is turned upside down. Also, the hook portion reinforcing piece 222 of the hanger member 22 is bent at the folding line 22a and overlapped to the hook portion 221.
Thereafter, the base paper hanging portion reinforcing pieces 214 and 214 of the hanger member 21 are folded and turned over at the folding lines 21b and the folding lines 21c and 21c (see fig. 5). Latch 215 of hanger member 21 and latch 226 of hanger member 22 are also bent at fold line 21d and fold line 22d, respectively.
Next, the hanger member 21 is bent at the folding line 23 and overlapped to the hanger member 22 (refer to fig. 6). The locking piece 227 of the hanger member 22 is inserted into the slit 217 of the hanger member 21 and locked. Latch 224 of hanger member 22 is then bent at fold line 22b and overlapped to latch 215 of hanger member 21. Further, the locking piece 225 is bent at the folding line 22c and inserted into the slit 217 of the hanger member 21 to be locked (see fig. 7).
In this state, the paper hanger 1 is in a state in which the hook portion 211 and the hook portion reinforcing piece 212 of the hanger member 21 are quadruplely overlapped with the hook portion 221 and the hook portion reinforcing piece 222 of the hanger member 22. The paper hanger 1 exerts high strength at the overlapped portion.
Finally, the shoulder contact portions 32, 32 of the hanger base paper 3 are folded around the base paper hanging portions 213, 223 of the hanger body 1 (see also fig. 1), and the locking pieces 321, 321 are locked at the slits 311, whereby the hanger base paper 3 is hung on the hanger body 2 (see fig. 8). Fig. 8 shows a state where the hanger body 1 shown in fig. 7 is placed upside down. Thereby, the shoulder contact portions 32, 32 of the hanger base 3 are hung by the base hanging portions 213, 223 of the hanger body 2 (see fig. 9).
Fig. 10 and 11 show a state in which the paper hanger 1 is attached to a garment. Fig. 10 shows a state of being attached to a jacket, and fig. 11 shows a state of being attached to a dress.
Shoulder contact portions 32, 32 of the hanger base paper 3 contact the insides of the left and right shoulders of the clothes, respectively. And, the body contact portion 31 of the hanger base paper 3 contacts the back surface of the body of the clothes. The body contact portion 31 is set to an appropriate shape corresponding to the body length and waist circumference so as to fit the body shape of the garment. The clothes maintain the shapes of the shoulders and the body by the shoulder contact portions 32, 32 and the body contact portion 31. The sleeves of the clothes can be folded back to the side of the clothes body according to the requirement.
2. Clothes conveying method, clothes package manufacturing method, and clothes package
The clothes conveying method of the invention comprises the following steps: a step of attaching the paper hanger 1 of the present invention to a garment; a step of flatly stacking the clothes (refer to fig. 10 and 11) loaded with the paper hanger 1 in a container and forming a package; and a step of transporting the package from a transportation supply place to a transportation destination.
The clothes on which the paper hanger 1 is mounted maintains the shape of the shoulder and the body by the shoulder contact portions 32, 32 and the body contact portion 31. Therefore, even if the clothes loaded with the paper hanger 1 are stacked in the container, at least the folding of the clothes body does not occur, thereby preventing the wrinkles and deformation. In addition, the sleeves of the clothes can be folded back to the clothes body side according to the requirement. Heretofore, there has not been a paper hanger which can effectively prevent the occurrence of wrinkles and the like and which is assembled by simple steps as described above.
Further, since the body contact portion 31 functions to maintain the body shape of the clothes when the package is transported, the clothes are less likely to be wrinkled or deformed even if the package is subjected to shaking, vibration, or pressure.
In packaging, the clothes loaded with the paper hangers 1 are preferably stacked alternately one on top of another in the container (refer to fig. 12). Thereby, the amount of laundry accommodated in the container can be further increased, and the carrying efficiency can be improved. The present invention also provides a clothing packaging body using the paper hanger 1 described herein and a method of manufacturing the packaging body.
The container is usually a carton, but is not particularly limited, and for example, a plastic or metal container can be used. The shape and size of the container may be set as appropriate to suit the shape of the clothes in which the paper hanger 1 is installed. For example, the width of the container is either the same as or slightly wider than the width of the clothes in which the paper hanger 1 is installed. And, for example, the length of the container is the same as or slightly longer than the length of the clothes in which the paper hanger 1 is installed. The height of the container may be set as appropriate according to the target storage amount.
The transportation method may be land transportation by truck, train, or the like, or marine transportation by ship. The method of transporting may also further include air transport by aircraft.
The delivery origin and delivery destination may be a manufacturing place and an inspection place of the laundry.
Conventionally, in many cases, folded clothes are packed into a carton or the like from a manufacturing place to an inspection place of clothes without using a hanger. In this case, not only the occurrence of wrinkles and deformation of the clothes becomes a problem, but also it takes time and effort to hang the clothes on the hanger for inspection at the inspection site, and further, the clothes must be taken out of the hanger and repackaged for transportation to the sales site or the like after the inspection.
On the other hand, according to the clothing carrying method of the present invention, the occurrence of wrinkles and deformation can be prevented, and the clothing loaded with the paper hanger 1 can be hung and inspected as it is at the inspection site, and the clothing does not need to be removed from the paper hanger 1 and repackaged after the inspection, so that the labor for attaching/detaching the hanger can be saved. In addition, it is not necessary to return the garments to the same container prior to unpacking during repackaging.
In addition, conventionally, clothes hung on a plastic hanger are also stored in a hanger container or a hanger truck and transported. In this case, there is a problem that the storage amount of the container is limited, the transportation efficiency is low, and the cost of the plastic clothes hanger increases.
On the other hand, according to the clothes carrying method of the present invention, since the clothes can be stacked in the container while suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles and deformation, the storage amount of the container can be increased, and the carrying efficiency can be greatly improved. Also, according to the clothes carrying method of the present invention, the cost can be suppressed by using the paper hanger.
The delivery origin and delivery destination may be from the inspection or manufacturing location of the laundry to the sales location.
In a conventional method of transporting clothes suspended on plastic hangers using a hanger container or the like, when the plastic hangers for transportation in a sales place are replaced with the clothes hangers for display, it takes time and labor to handle the plastic hangers for transportation.
On the other hand, according to the clothes carrying method of the present invention, since the paper hanger which is light and easy to discard can be used, the problem of handling the clothes hanger for carrying in the selling place can be solved.
