The conductive flexible wire 4 is made of a bare copper flexible wire and a protective sleeve sleeved on the outer side surface of the bare copper flexible wire, and the anti-slip sleeve can be made of rubber or plastic.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, as an embodiment of the grounding wire device provided in the present invention, the grounding rod 1 is further connected to an alarm 5. The alarm 5 emits an acoustic/optical signal which can draw the attention of nearby persons and remind the nearby persons to get away from the working area.
At least one functional module is arranged on the alarm 5, the functional module can be an alarm module and/or a warning module which are electrically connected with the conductive flexible wire 4, the alarm module comprises a conductive body which is electrically connected with the conductive flexible wire 4, an indicator lamp which forms a loop with the conductive body and a loudspeaker which is connected with the indicator lamp in parallel, when the conductive flexible wire 4 has current, the current enters a circuit which is connected with the conductive body through the conductive body, the circuit has current passing, the indicator lamp emits light, the loudspeaker which is connected with the indicator lamp in parallel is started and gives an alarm, the alarm module can timely react to the current flowing through the conductive flexible wire 4, and the alarm module reminds an operating personnel that the operating area has current passing and needs to be evacuated in time.
The warning module comprises current alarm system, including setting up in 5 inside batteries of alarm, PLC control system, be connected with PLC control system electricity and be used for detecting external change's infrared sensor and the megaphone of being connected with battery and PLC control system electricity simultaneously.
Alarm module can in time gather and transmit PLC control system the infrared signal that operation site personnel sent with the mistake through infrared sensor, and PLC control system can control the megaphone broadcast warning information of being connected with the battery electricity after the analysis, prevents that non-relevant personnel from getting into the operation region, avoids appearing the accident.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, as an embodiment of the grounding wire device provided by the present invention, a pulling rope 15 is disposed on the grounding rod 1, and one end of the pulling rope 15 is connected to the limiting member 2. The setting of stay cord 15 makes locating part 2 be connected with earth bar 1, and the effectual in-process locating part 2 that has solved and has used this earth connection device loses the problem easily.
In this embodiment, the limiting member 2 is provided with a first pull ring, and one end of the pull rope 15 can pass through and be connected with the first pull ring; the side of earthing rod 1 is equipped with the second pull ring, and the other end of stay cord 15 can pass the second pull ring and be connected with it, and stay cord 15 has realized through the pull ring structure and has been connected with dismantling of locating part 2 and earthing rod 1, has made things convenient for the change of operating personnel to the stay cord 15 that produces wearing and tearing after long-time the use.
In order to prolong the service life of the pull rope 15, the pull rope 15 is made of nylon rope with good wear resistance.

Claims (10)

1. An earth connection device, comprising:
the grounding rod comprises a plurality of sections of grounding rods (1), wherein two adjacent sections of the grounding rods (1) are hinged through a hinge shaft (14), and the tail end of the grounding rod (1) at the tail section is connected with a rod tip (12) for being inserted into the ground;
the limiting pieces (2) are detachably connected with the hinged shafts (14) in a one-to-one correspondence mode and are used for limiting the hinged shafts (14) to rotate after the relative positions of two adjacent sections of the grounding rods (1) are fixed;
the clamping piece (3) comprises a first threaded rod (31) penetrating through the first section of the grounding rod (1) and in threaded connection with the first section of the grounding rod (1), and a clamping plate (32) rotatably connected with the penetrating end of the first threaded rod (31);
the conductive flexible wire (4) is detachably connected with the grounding rod (1) or the clamping piece (3);
the tail ends or the head ends of the rest grounding rods (1) are provided with clamping grooves which are sunken along the head-tail direction except the head end of the head section of the grounding rod (1) and the tail end of the tail section of the grounding rod (1); except for the head end of the first section of the grounding rod (1) and the tail end of the tail section of the grounding rod (1), bosses inserted into the clamping grooves are arranged at the head ends or the tail ends of the other grounding rods (1); the boss is provided with a first through groove (11) which is through along the direction perpendicular to the head-tail direction, second through grooves (131) which are coaxial with the first through groove (11) are respectively arranged on the side walls of the two sides of the joint groove, the two ends of the articulated shaft (14) are respectively positioned in the two second through grooves (131), and the middle part of the articulated shaft (14) is jointed in the first through groove (11).

The grounding wire device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a conductive block (41) detachably connected to the grounding rod (1) or the clip (3) is provided at one end of the conductive cord (4), and a spring (42) sleeved outside the conductive cord (4) is fixed to an end face of the conductive block (41).

The grounding wire device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side of the grounding rod (1) is provided with an elongated slot (132) communicating with the second through groove (131), both end surfaces of the hinge shaft (14) are provided with cross grooves (141), and each groove of the cross grooves (141) can be overlapped with the slot (132); the limiting piece (2) is clamped in the clamping groove (132) and one of the grooves of the cross groove (141) which is overlapped with the clamping groove (132).
4. A grounding device according to claim 3, characterized in that a pulling rope (15) is provided on the grounding rod (1), and one end of the pulling rope (15) is connected to the limiting member (2).

The grounding wire device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall of the first through groove (11) is provided with a plurality of radially recessed edge grooves at intervals in the circumferential direction; and the outer wall of the articulated shaft (14) is provided with clamping strips (142) inserted in the edge grooves.

The grounding wire device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tail end of the grounding rod (1) at the tail section is provided with a receiving groove (16) for embedding the rod tip (12), the grounding rod (1) at the tail section is further provided with at least two connecting pieces (17) which are respectively inserted into the receiving groove (16) along the radial direction of the rod tip (12) and clamped with the head end surface of the rod tip (12), and the connecting pieces (17) are used for limiting the clamping of the rod tip (12).

The ground wire arrangement according to claim 6, characterized in that the head end of the rod tip (12) is provided with an annular table (121) projecting radially outwards; the end face of the side wall of the accommodating groove (16) is hinged with a hinged plate (18) which is abutted against the end face of the annular table (121) close to the tip of the rod tip (12).
8. The ground plane device of claim 7, wherein said connecting member (17) includes a second threaded rod (171) inserted into said receiving groove (16), and a shutter (172) connected to an end of said second threaded rod (171) and abutting against a side surface of said hinge plate (18).
9. The grounding wire device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that an alarm (5) is also connected to the grounding rod (1).
10. The grounding wire device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the alarm (5) is provided with at least one functional module, and the functional module is an alarm module and/or a warning module electrically connected with the conductive cord (4).
