Embodiment 3 of the present invention provides a gas water heater, as shown in fig. 4, which includes a control system 1, a circulating pump, a water inlet pipeline 2, a water outlet pipeline 3, and a water return pipeline 4 as described in embodiment 2, wherein the circulating pump is connected to a control module of the control system, the water inlet pipeline, the water outlet pipeline, and the water return pipeline are all provided with temperature sensors, the temperature sensors are connected to a signal receiver 5 of the control system, and the signal receiver 5 is arranged at the bottom of the gas water heater.
As shown in fig. 5-7, the signal receiver 5 includes an upper housing 51, a lower housing 52, a main control board 53, an antenna pedestal 54, and an antenna 55, wherein the upper housing 51 and the lower housing 52 are vertically fastened to form a cavity, the main control board 53 is disposed in the cavity, the antenna pedestal 54 is disposed at the bottom of the main control board 53, one end of the antenna 55 extends into the lower housing 52 and is connected to the antenna pedestal 54, and the other end extends out of the lower housing 52.
As shown in fig. 8, in the structure of the antenna base 54, the antenna base 54 is disposed at the bottom of the main control board 53 and is used for connecting the main control board 53 and the antenna 55, the upper portion of the antenna base 54 is a fixing portion 541, the fixing portion 541 is used for connecting with the main control board 53, the top surface of the fixing portion 541 is provided with a plurality of pins 543, the main control board 53 is provided with a plurality of through holes in a matching manner, the lower portion of the antenna base 54 is a connecting portion 542, the connecting portion 542 is used for connecting the antenna 55, and the connecting portion 542 is in threaded connection with the upper end of the antenna 55; during assembly, the pins 543 of the antenna base 54 are inserted into the main control board 53 and soldered to complete the connection between the main control board 53 and the antenna base 54, and the fixing portion 541 is generally rectangular to avoid the antenna base 54 rotating with the antenna 55 during mounting, which may cause the antenna base 54 to be damaged easily.

the center of the bottom wall of the lower shell 52 protrudes upwards to form a mounting chamber 521, the mounting chamber 521 provides an assembly space for mounting the antenna pedestal 54 and the antenna 55, the mounting chamber 521 is provided with a stepped through hole 522 along the vertical direction, the upper part of the stepped through hole 522 is a rectangular hole matched with the fixing part 541 of the antenna pedestal 54, the rectangular hole at the upper part of the stepped through hole 522 is matched with the fixing part 541 of the antenna pedestal 54, the antenna pedestal 55 can be prevented from rotating in the stepped through hole 522, the lower part of the stepped through hole 522 is a round hole matched with the connecting part 542 of the antenna pedestal 54, and a certain gap exists between the inner wall at the lower part of the stepped through hole 522 and the inserted connecting part 542, so that the insertion of the antenna 55 can be facilitated, the antenna 55 and the connecting part 542 can be screwed and rotated, and the arrangement of the stepped through hole 522 also plays a role in guiding, so that the assembly of the antenna 55 and the antenna pedestal 54 is facilitated; during assembly, the antenna pedestal 54 at the bottom of the main control board 53 is inserted along the stepped through hole 522, at this time, the mounting chamber 521 can also support the main control board 53, the antenna 55 is inserted into the mounting chamber 521 from the lower part of the lower shell 52 along the stepped through hole 522, and the antenna 55 is rotated to connect the antenna 55 with the antenna pedestal 54; the lower end surface of the antenna pedestal 54 is higher than the lower end surface of the mounting chamber 521, and the lower end surface of the mounting chamber 521 extends downward out of the lower case 51, so that water drops outside the case can be further prevented from reversely permeating into the inside of the antenna pedestal 54 along the stepped through hole 522.
Wherein, two assembling columns 523 are symmetrically arranged on the inner walls of two opposite sides of the lower shell 52, two bosses 524 are arranged on the inner walls of the other two sides, and the two bosses 524 are used for supporting the main control board 53;
two assembling columns 523 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower shell 52, the assembling columns 523 are provided with screw holes with downward openings, and the assembling columns 523 on the two side walls of the lower shell 52 are arranged to facilitate the fixation of the signal receiver 5 in the gas water heater;
the assembling column 523 can also be used for supporting the main control board 53, the left side and the right side of the assembling column 523 protrude out of the side wall of the lower shell 52, and the top surface of the assembling column 523 protruding out of the inner side of the lower shell 51 is flush with the top surface of the mounting chamber 521, so that the supporting force of the main control board 53 can be more uniform, and the main control board 53 is prevented from being loosened in the process of mounting the antenna 55.
The upper shell 51 and the lower shell 52 are connected by a buckle, at least one pair of buckle holes 525 are arranged on the side walls of two opposite sides of the lower shell 52, and at least one pair of buckles 511 matched with the at least one pair of buckle holes 525 are arranged on the inner wall of the upper shell 51;
the opposite both sides lateral wall of lower casing 52 still is provided with at least a pair of spacing arch 526, and spacing arch 526 is used for the supplementary spacing of main control board 53, avoids main control board 53 slope to rock.
Specifically, the upper edge of the lower housing 52 protrudes upwards to form two pairs of engaging portions, each pair of engaging portions is symmetrically located on the front and rear side walls of the lower housing 52, a fastening hole 525 is formed on each engaging portion, meanwhile, a mounting groove is formed in the inner wall of the upper housing 51 corresponding to the engaging portion, a fastening 511 matching with the fastening hole 525 is arranged at the mounting groove, the outer side of the fastening 511 is an inclined surface, so that the mounting is convenient, when the main control board 53 is mounted in the lower housing 52, and the upper housing 51 is fastened, the mounting groove of the upper housing 51 corresponds to the engaging portion of the lower housing 52, and the upper housing 51 slides downwards, the fastening 511 sliding to the upper housing 51 is fastened into the fastening hole 525 of the lower housing 52, the contact surface between the fastening 511 and the lower housing 52 is an inclined surface, so that the fastening 511 and the fastening hole 525 are fastened, at this time, the stepped housing edge on the lower side of the upper housing 51 is sealed with the stepped housing edge on the upper side of the lower housing 52, the upper shell 51 and the lower shell 52 are buckled, and meanwhile, the buckling hole 525 and the buckle 511 are matched, so that looseness between the upper shell and the lower shell of the signal receiver in the carrying process of the gas water heater can be avoided.
Wherein, a notch 527 is arranged on the edge of one side wall of the lower shell 52 for passing through an electric wire, and the upper shell 51 is provided with a waterproof cover 512 matched with the notch 527.

Claims (9)

1. A control method of a gas water heater is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a gas water heater receives at least two preset groups of reservation information, wherein the reservation information comprises a reservation time period and a preset temperature; the gas water heater determines that the current time is in the reservation time period of any group of reservation information according to at least two groups of preset reservation information, sends a prompt whether to execute the corresponding reservation information to the client and receives feedback of the client, if the feedback is determined, starts ignition heating and keeps the temperature for 10min according to the preset temperature corresponding to the reservation time period, and shuts down the group of reservation tasks; and if the feedback is cancellation, controlling the gas water heater to execute the set of reservation information in the reservation time period.
2. The control method of a gas water heater according to claim 1, wherein the ignition heating or the heat preservation is started according to the preset temperature corresponding to the reserved time period, specifically, the current return water temperature or the water inlet temperature is compared with the preset temperature; when the current backwater temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the gas water heater starts to ignite and heat; and when the current backwater temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, the gas water heater starts to preserve heat.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the current return water temperature is lower than a preset temperature, the gas water heater starts ignition heating, and then the method further comprises the step of comparing the outlet water temperature after ignition heating and after lasting stabilization time with the preset temperature, and when the outlet water temperature after lasting stabilization time is higher than the sum of the preset temperature and a threshold temperature, the circulating pump of the gas water heater starts heat preservation after running and mixing time.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the gas water heater starts to keep warm, specifically, during the keeping warm period, the current backwater temperature or the influent water temperature of the steady duration is compared with the preset temperature, and when the current backwater temperature or the influent water temperature of the steady duration is less than the difference between the preset temperature and the temperature difference of the keeping warm, the gas water heater starts to ignite and heat.
5. The control system of the gas water heater is characterized by comprising a client, a signal receiver and a control module; the signal receiver is used for receiving at least two groups of reservation information preset by the client, wherein the reservation information comprises a reservation time period and a preset temperature; the control module is used for sending a prompt whether to execute the corresponding reservation information to the client and receiving feedback of the client after determining that the current time is in the reservation time period of any group of reservation information according to at least two groups of preset reservation information, and starting ignition heating and heat preservation for 10min according to the preset temperature corresponding to the reservation time period and closing the group of reservation tasks if the feedback is determined; and if the feedback is cancellation, controlling the gas water heater to execute the set of reservation information in the reservation time period.
6. The control system of claim 5, wherein the client is configured to preset at least two sets of reservation information and transmit the at least two sets of reservation information to the gas water heater.

The control system of a gas water heater of claim 5, further comprising a server; the client is used for presetting at least two groups of reservation information and transmitting the at least two groups of reservation information to the server; and the server is used for transmitting the received at least two groups of reservation information to the gas water heater.

The control system of a gas water heater according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the control module is specifically configured to compare the current return water temperature or the incoming water temperature with the preset temperature; when the current backwater temperature is lower than the preset temperature, starting ignition heating; when the current backwater temperature is greater than or equal to a preset temperature, starting heat preservation;
the control module is also used for comparing the water outlet temperature after ignition and heating and after lasting and stabilizing time with the preset temperature, and controlling the circulating pump to operate and start heat preservation after mixing time when the water outlet temperature after lasting and stabilizing time is greater than the sum of the preset temperature and the threshold temperature;
the control module compares the current return water temperature or the water inlet temperature of the continuous stable time with the preset temperature during the heat preservation period, and when the current return water temperature or the water inlet temperature of the continuous stable time is smaller than the difference value between the preset temperature and the heat preservation temperature difference, the gas water heater starts to ignite and heat.

A gas water heater, characterized in that, it includes the control system of any one of claims 6-8, circulating pump, water inlet pipe, outlet pipe and return pipe, the circulating pump is connected with the control module of the control system, the water inlet pipe, outlet pipe and return pipe are all provided with temperature sensor, the temperature sensor is connected with the signal receiver of the control system, the signal receiver is arranged at the bottom of the gas water heater.
