Abstract

本发明涉及一种激光雷达定向光阵列器件及其制备方法。将位于光学系统焦平面位置的发光阵列器件通过逐个点亮的方式,经过光学透镜成像,把每个点光源在探测器远端形成一个光斑探测区域,一对一光学设计的透镜,保证了每一个发光光源都按固定的方向出光,光束离散角精度在2°以内。组合而成的定向光阵列器件是理想的纯固态元件,具备了高分辨率,无运动部件和低制造成本的三大优势。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及电子元件,涉及一种激光雷达定向光阵列器件及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着激光雷达性能参数的不断提高,对于出光元器件提出了更高的要求。运动式出光元件已经走过了发展高峰期,全固态式出光元件正在激烈竞争中。全固态出光元件分为相控阵式和闪光式。其中相控式激光雷达由于要通过改变相位来改变波束方向从而对物体完成扫描过程,而为了达到更精确的扫描,则需要加入更多的天线辐射振子单元。而闪光式激光雷达同样受限于其成像元件APD阵列的像素高低进而影响到探测精度。为了达到更精确的扫描,这两种方案的技术改进都需要投入大量的人力、物力和财力。本发明的定向光阵式激光雷达将在满足高分辨率的同时,有效降低开发成本。
发明内容
我们发明的定向光阵式和上述两种完全不同。定向光阵式是采用将发光阵列器件固定于光学系统焦平面作为出光光源,其价格低廉,性能稳定。通过一对一光学设计的透镜,保证了每一个发光光源都按固定的方向出光,光束离散角精度在2°以内。作为出光元件,发光阵列器件中的任意一个单元都可以独立发光保证了其光线只沿着某一个固定角度出射。组合而成的定向光阵列器件是理想的全固态元件,具备了高分辨率,无运动部件和低制造成本的三大优势。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式不限制本发明,本领域的技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构或方法上的变化均包括在本发明的保护范围内。
1.确保发光阵列器件二极管之间间隔相同,用光学胶固定。
2.将粘结完成后的发光阵列器件放置在高温炉内加热,温度控制在150℃至200℃之间,24H-48H固化后取出。
3.将同化完成的发光阵列器件同定于探测器光敏面。
4.根据设计要求组装光学透镜,用光学胶固定于镜筒腔
5.将固定了透镜的镜筒腔放置在高温炉内,用150℃-200℃温度加热12H-24H固化后取出。
6.将探测器光敏面固定于光学系统焦平面位置,封住后盖,完成封装。

Claims (5)

1.本发明涉及一种激光雷达定向光阵列器件及其制备方法,其特征在于:发光阵列器件固定在光学系统焦平面位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光阵列器件,其特征在于:每个发光元件之间间隔相同,且始终处于同一平面内。根据不同探测精度所增加的发光元件均属于本专利保护范围。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光学系统,其特征在于:发光阵列器件中每一个发光单点所发出的光,通过光学系统出射后,光束的离散角小于2度,且每一个光束的偏转角都不重合。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的发光阵列器件可以固定在探测器光敏面上,也可以固定在其他功能的本底上。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的发光阵列器件用光学胶固定在探测器光敏面上时,上胶固化温度0-200度。
