Abstract
The invention discloses a double-line plane rotatable angle connector, which comprises: the rear end of the upper rotating cover is connected with the front end of the lower rotating cover through a rotating structure, a pair of needle seat jacks are arranged on the front end of the upper rotating cover, and a slotted hole is formed in the rear end of the lower rotating cover; the front ends of the needle bases are arranged in the needle base jacks, the rear ends of the needle bases are provided with annular planes, the rear ends of the needle bases of the two annular planes are positioned on the rotating structure, the rear ends of the needle bases of the two annular planes and the rotating structure are arranged at the center of a corner, and a parallel interval is reserved between the rear ends of the needle bases of the two annular planes; an angle limiting mechanism is further arranged between the rear end of the upper rotary cover and the front end of the lower rotary cover. The invention effectively solves the defects of complicated appearance or poor contact of the traditional rotatable connector.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a corner device of an LED laminate lamp, in particular to a double-wire plane corner connector.
Background
The double-wire plane rotatable connector is a double-core connector which can rotate at a certain angle on a horizontal plane, and is mainly applied to the electrical connection between rotatable LED laminate lamps for lighting shelves or containers at the places of commercial and specialty shops and the like.
Currently, there are two main types of products on the market: the first type is a connector consisting of wires, i.e. conducting electricity between the input and output of a rotatable angle connector with wires; the second type is a connector consisting of point contact metal sheets, i.e. the electrical conduction is performed with point contact metal sheets between the input and output of the corner connector.
However, the first type of connector consisting of wires has complex appearance and complex production process; the second type of connectors consisting of point contact metal sheets often suffer from poor contact due to vibration of the shelves or during corner turning.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the double-line plane rotatable connector, which effectively solves the defects of complicated appearance or poor contact of the prior rotatable connector.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a two-wire planar rotatable angle connector comprising: the rear end of the upper rotating cover is connected with the front end of the lower rotating cover through a rotating structure, a pair of needle seat jacks are arranged on the front end of the upper rotating cover, and a slotted hole is formed in the rear end of the lower rotating cover;
The front ends of the needle bases are arranged in the needle base jacks, the rear ends of the needle bases are provided with annular planes, the rear ends of the needle bases of the two annular planes are positioned on the rotating structure, the rear ends of the needle bases of the two annular planes and the rotating structure are arranged at the center of a corner, and a parallel interval is reserved between the rear ends of the needle bases of the two annular planes;
an angle limiting mechanism is further arranged between the rear end of the upper rotary cover and the front end of the lower rotary cover.
The rotary structure comprises: the upper screw hole is arranged at the rear end of the upper rotary cover, the lower screw hole and the locking screw are arranged at the front end of the lower rotary cover, and the locking screw sequentially penetrates through the lower screw hole and the rear ends of the needle seat of the two circular plane surfaces to be connected and fixed with the upper screw hole.
The needle bases are all made of phosphor copper sheets.
The angle limiting mechanism comprises: the rear end of the upper rotating cover is provided with an arc, the front end of the lower rotating cover is provided with a fan-shaped groove, and the rotation between the upper rotating cover and the lower rotating cover is limited by the contact between the rear end of the arc upper rotating cover and the inner walls on two sides of the fan-shaped groove on the front end of the lower rotating cover.
Limiting blocks are arranged at the front end of the upper rotary cover and the rear end of the lower rotary cover.
In the technical scheme, the double-line plane rotatable connector provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. The needle seat adopts circular plane connection, so that the contact area is increased, and good contact of the connector is ensured;
2. the invention adopts the plug connection, greatly simplifies the assembly process, reduces the manufacturing cost and improves the reliability of the product;
3. The upper rotary cover, the lower rotary cover and the two needle seats adopt coaxial rotary structures, so that the connector capable of rotating can not cause poor contact due to deviation from the circle center during rotation;
4. According to the invention, the angle limiting mechanism is arranged between the upper rotating cover and the lower rotating cover, and different requirements of plane corner angles of users can be met according to different designs of the angle limiting mechanism;
5. the invention realizes the connection of double lines and corners, can meet the combination and corner requirements of more LED light source modules and creates different lighting effects.

The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a two-wire planar rotatable connector, which includes: the upper rotary cover 1 and the lower rotary cover 2, the rear end of the upper rotary cover 1 is connected with the front end of the lower rotary cover 2 through a rotary structure, a pair of needle seat jacks 3 and 4 are formed in the front end of the upper rotary cover 1, and a slot 5 is formed in the rear end of the lower rotary cover 2.
Preferably, a pair of hub insertion holes 3,4 are respectively provided with a hub 6, 7, the hubs 6, 7 are respectively made of phosphor copper sheets, the front ends of the hubs 6, 7 are respectively inserted into the corresponding hub insertion holes 3,4, the rear ends of the hubs 6, 7 are respectively provided with a circular plane, the rear ends of the hubs 6, 7 of the two circular planes are positioned on a rotating structure, the rear ends of the hubs 6, 7 of the two circular planes and the rotating structure are arranged at the same corner center, the rotating shaft 8 is positioned on the upper rotating cover 1, parallel intervals are reserved between the rear ends of the hubs 6, 7 of the two circular planes, the rear ends of the hubs 6, 7 of the two circular planes are respectively provided with two conductors to lead current to the front ends of the hubs 6, 7, and the rear ends of the hubs 6, 7 are directly inserted into 2 metal guidelines of the left LED light source module to realize left connection; and the slot 5 at the rear end of the lower rotary cover 2 is inserted into the right side LED light source module, thereby completing the electrical connection of the left and right side LED light source modules. The left end of the right LED light source module is provided with an open double-sided circuit board arc, the right LED light source module is inserted into the space between the rear ends of the needle bases 6 and 7 of the two circular ring-shaped planes from the slotted hole 5 through the open double-sided circuit board arc, and then is locked by a locking screw, so that the electric connection of the right LED light source module is completed.
Preferably, an angle limiting mechanism is further provided between the rear end of the upper rotating cover 1 and the front end of the lower rotating cover 2, and the angle limiting mechanism includes: the rear end of the upper rotary cover 1 is provided with an arc 101, the front end of the lower rotary cover 2 is provided with a fan-shaped groove 201, and rotation between the upper rotary cover 1 and the lower rotary cover 2 forms rotation angle limitation through contact between the arc 101 and inner walls at two sides of the fan-shaped groove 201.
Preferably, the rotating structure includes: the upper screw hole is arranged at the rear end of the upper rotary cover 1, the lower screw hole 202 and the locking screw 9 are arranged at the front end of the lower rotary cover 2, and the locking screw 9 sequentially penetrates through the lower screw hole 202 and the rear ends of the needle bases 6 and 7 of the two circular plane surfaces to be connected and fixed with the upper screw hole. Because the opening radian of the circular arc of the opening double-sided circuit board of the right LED light source module is consistent with the radian of the circular plane at the rear ends of the needle bases 6 and 7 and belongs to the same corner center, the phenomenon of poor contact in the rotating process can not occur, and the defect of poor contact in the rotating process in the prior art is overcome.
Preferably, the front end of the upper rotating cover 1 and the rear end of the lower rotating cover 2 are both provided with limiting blocks 10, which prevent the phenomenon of incomplete insertion or over-deep insertion in connection with the left and right LED light source modules.

The diffusion cover 13 makes the LED particles uniformly emit light and protects the LED circuit board PCB12 from damage.
In summary, the invention realizes the plane corner function of the laminate lamp so as to achieve different lighting effects; in addition, because the double-wire rotatable connector of the technology is used and is designed to be installed in an inserting mode, the production process is greatly simplified, the production cost is reduced, and the product quality is ensured.
