本发明涉及LED灯技术领域,具体为一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯。
背景技术
LED被称为第四代照明光源或绿色光源,具有节能、环保、寿命长、体积小等特点,广泛应用于各种指示、显示、装饰、背光源、普通照明和城市夜景等领域。根据使用功能的不同,可以将其划分为信息显示、信号灯、车用灯具、液晶屏背光源、通用照明五大类。现在已经将LED灯作为主要的照明路灯。
现有的LED路灯还存在一些问题,比如在野外或者高速上的路灯,夏夜常常有蚊虫附着在灯罩的下方,导致灯罩的下表面容易粘附蚊虫的排泄物,并且在雾气水珠的作用下,使得空气中的灰尘容易吸附,导致灯罩的下方产生黑斑,影响灯罩的照明效果,同时由于灯罩位于下方,雨水很难对其进行冲洗,其次现有的太阳能灯不便进行清洁,从而电池板上有污渍降低了光能转化率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,具有利用雨水的能量对灯罩进行清洗,减少灯罩黑斑的存在,并且便于对顶端的太阳能板进行清洁的功能,以解决上述背景技术中提出灯罩下方的污渍不便清洗并且不便对太阳能电池板进行清洁的问题。

3.安装筒的下方设置有出水孔,从而便于安装筒内部的积水少量多次的流下来,提高清洗的效率,在出水孔被封住时,雨水在安装筒的内部储存,并且设置有钢丝绳和定滑轮,当其中一个转轮转动后,则会带动安装架在固定杆上下移动,便于将安装筒拆卸,方便清洁更换;

流道20上端的中心点与出水孔21的中心点处于同一垂直线,且流道20的末端位于灯罩24的上方。
传动筒23的内壁设置有滚珠25,且传动筒23的内部安装有清扫杆26,传动齿轮22与传动筒23的外侧为啮合连接,且传动筒23的通过内壁的滚珠25与灯罩24的外壁为滚动摩擦连接,便于传动筒23进行转动,滚珠25的设置减小了摩擦力,提高了转动的顺畅度。
清扫杆26在传动筒23的内部等角度设置有3个,且清扫杆26与灯罩24的下表面相互连接,清扫杆26进行转动时,对灯罩24的下表面进行清扫。
工作原理:在使用该具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯时,首先将整体安装在路面上,之后即可投入使用,太阳能电池板18将光能转化为电能,电能通过配电箱16进行转换,之后电能为灯罩24内部的LED灯进行照明供能,配电箱16内部的线路从穿进平板19的内部,最终电线插入灯罩24的中心处;
当在雨天时,雨水将流进安装筒10的内部,从而雨水通过涡轮12流下,从而涡轮12进行转动,涡轮12在安装筒10的内部进行转动,由于涡轮12嵌入式安装在安装筒10的内壁上,使得雨水全部从涡轮12中流下,提高水流的推力,此时涡轮12带动支撑杆13进行转动,从而支撑杆13带动堵盖14和传动齿轮22进行转动,此时传动齿轮22带动传动筒23进行转动,则传动筒23带动内部的清扫杆26进行转动,清扫杆26对灯罩24的底表面进行清扫,去除了灯罩24表面的污渍;
支撑杆13在带动堵盖14进行转动时,当堵盖14表面的缺口与出水孔21重合时,安装筒10内部的水通过出水孔21流出,随后堵盖14表面的缺口与出水孔21错位时,出水孔21被堵住,从而雨水在安装筒10的内部积累,便于雨水少量多次的从出水孔21流出,提高清洗的洁净度;
当需要对配电箱16进行检修或需要对清扫杆26进行清洗时,如图3所示,首先将转动右侧的转盘6,使得钢丝绳4在右侧的转盘6上收拢,钢丝绳4带动安装架8向下移动,安装架8在固定杆2的外侧向下移动,从而安装架8带动安装筒10向下降落,直至安装架8的位置适合工作人员操作的高度,此时对左侧的转盘6进行固定,即拧紧该转盘6上把手7的固定件,使得把手7为固定状态,这样的操作有效的避免安装筒10因为重力而掉落,保证了安装筒10的稳定性。之后可打开配电箱16进行检修,并且将清扫杆26从传动筒23的下方拆卸,对清扫杆26进行更换;
在风大的天气中,气流带动风叶11进行转动,从而风叶11带动支撑杆13进行转动,同理支撑杆13带动堵盖14进行转动,使得安装筒10内部积攒的水通过出水孔21少量多次的向下流,起到了清洗的作用,并且同样带动传动齿轮22进行转动,使得传动筒23进行转动,配合着清扫杆26的转动,起到了清洁灯罩24的效果,同时转动的清扫杆26避免蚊虫在灯罩24的下方飞舞,减小脏污的附着,提高灯罩24下表面的干净度,有利于照明,增加了整体的实用性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,包括承重杆(1)、钢丝绳(4)和安装架(8),其特征在于:所述承重杆(1)的上方安装有固定杆(2),且固定杆(2)顶端的下方设置有定滑轮(3),所述钢丝绳(4)从定滑轮(3)的上方穿过,且定滑轮(3)的两端均连接有转盘(6),所述承重杆(1)的表面固定有安装座(5),所述安装架(8)的表面被固定杆(2)贯穿,且安装架(8)通过侧面安装的固定扣(9)与钢丝绳(4)相互连接,所述安装架(8)的侧面固定有安装筒(10)和曲架(15),且安装筒(10)与曲架(15)的顶端相互连接,所述安装筒(10)的上方架设有风叶(11),且风叶(11)的中心处安装有支撑杆(13),并且支撑杆(13)的外侧设置有涡轮(12)和堵盖(14),所述支撑杆(13)的下端贯穿至曲架(15)的内部,所述安装筒(10)的外侧安装有配电箱(16),且配电箱(16)的侧面安装有支架(17),并且支架(17)的上方固定有太阳能电池板(18),所述配电箱(16)的下方连接有平板(19),且平板(19)的内部预留有流道(20),所述安装筒(10)的底表面开设有出水孔(21),所述支撑杆(13)的下方安装有传动齿轮(22),且传动齿轮(22)的右侧连接有传动筒(23),所述平板(19)的下方安装有灯罩(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,其特征在于:所述安装座(5)的表面安装有转盘(6),且转盘(6)的外侧安装有把手(7)。
3.根据权利要求2述的一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,其特征在于:所述转盘(6)设置有2个,且2个转盘(6)与定滑轮(3)构成传动结构,并且其中一个转盘(6)的中心点与定滑轮(3)的中线点处于同一垂直线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,其特征在于:所述安装架(8)与固定杆(2)的外壁为滑动连接,且安装架(8)通过固定扣(9)与钢丝绳(4)为固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,其特征在于:所述安装筒(10)的口径大于其内径,且安装筒(10)的内壁被涡轮(12)嵌入式安装,并且安装筒(10)与涡轮(12)构成滑动结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,其特征在于:所述风叶(11)在支撑杆(13)的外侧为等角度分布,且风叶(11)的长度大于安装筒(10)的口径。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,其特征在于:所述流道(20)上端的中心点与出水孔(21)的中心点处于同一垂直线,且流道(20)的末端位于灯罩(24)的上方。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,其特征在于:所述传动筒(23)的内壁设置有滚珠(25),且传动筒(23)的内部安装有清扫杆(26)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,其特征在于:所述传动齿轮(22)与传动筒(23)的外侧为啮合连接,且传动筒(23)的通过内壁的滚珠(25)与灯罩(24)的外壁为滚动摩擦连接。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种具有雨水截流清洗功能的路灯,其特征在于:所述清扫杆(26)在传动筒(23)的内部等角度设置有3个,且清扫杆(26)与灯罩(24)的下表面相互连接。
