Background
The traditional hot-mix asphalt mixture needs to be mixed and paved at high temperature, and is inconvenient to apply. Unlike hot mix asphalt mixtures, cold-laid asphalt mixtures can be stored, transported, and laid in a low temperature environment. Common cold-paving asphalt mixtures in China comprise epoxy emulsified asphalt mixtures, HU-L cold-paving asphalt mixtures, LB cold-paving asphalt mixtures, hengta brand road cold-paving asphalt mixtures and the like.
Dump trucks are commonly used road construction material transportation vehicles. However, when the transportation conditions are drier, water loss is accelerated, resulting in demulsification of the emulsified asphalt (a component commonly used in cold-laid asphalt mixtures). When the stack is too high, moisture and fines deposit on the bottom and are easily segregated. Meanwhile, the mixture at the bottom layer is agglomerated due to the action of gravity, which is not beneficial to construction.

3) Filling water into the water curtain system;
4) When the asphalt mixture is ready for transportation, the water curtain system is opened to enable water to circulate in the water curtain system, and air passes through the air duct to enable water in the water curtain system to flow into the drawer type feed box, so that the asphalt mixture is kept in a wet state;

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a carriage of the present invention, wherein a carriage 2 is arranged on a dump truck 1, and the carriage 2 comprises a plurality of drawer type bins 9 and gates 10; when the dump truck 1 is in a backward tilting mode, the gate 10 is arranged at the rear side of the carriage 2; when the dump truck 1 is selected for side tipping, the gate 10 is provided on the tipping side of the vehicle cabin 2. The carriage 2 can be tipped under the control of the hydraulic device, and the unloading is completed by matching with the opening of the gate 10.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the drawer type feed box of the invention when a through hole is arranged on a side plate, the upper part of the drawer type feed box 9 is open, a detachable baffle 13 is arranged on the rear side, the baffle 13 is fixed with the drawer type feed box 9 through a hasp 14, and the other three sides are fixed side plates; a plurality of through holes 15 with the diameter less than or equal to 10mm can be uniformly distributed on the side plate of the drawer type feed box 9 close to the water curtain system 3, and in order to prevent aggregates with small particle size from being scattered outwards or damaging the water curtain system 3, a filter screen can be preferably arranged on the inner side or the outer side of the through holes. The bottom plate of the drawer type feed box 9 can be made to incline to the rear side by 1-3 degrees, so that the water vapor and condensed water drops are promoted to flow backwards, and the humidity of each part in the drawer type feed box is uniform.

5) After the vehicle arrives at the destination, the centrifugal pump 6 is closed, the supporting arm is opened, the dump truck 1 is fixed, the gate 10 is opened, the hasp 14 is opened, the baffle 13 is detached, the carriage 2 is tilted by utilizing the hydraulic device, the cold-paving asphalt mixture is poured at a designated place, and the transportation of the cold-paving asphalt mixture is completed.
