Claims (5)

1. A printer printing ink smoke and dust absorbing device which characterized in that: comprises an absorption box body (1), a fixing mechanism (2), a reciprocating mechanism (3), a cover body mechanism (4) and a temperature sensor (5), wherein a partition plate (11) which is vertically arranged and can be detached is arranged in the absorption box body (1), the internal space of the absorption box body (1) is divided into an installation space (12) and an absorption space (13) by the partition plate (11), a vent plate (14) which is horizontally arranged and can be detached is arranged in the absorption space (13), the absorption space (13) is divided into an absorption cavity (131) and a smell removal cavity (132) by the vent plate (14), an ink absorption layer and two symmetrically arranged suction fans (1311) are arranged in the absorption cavity (131), activated carbon is arranged in the smell removal cavity (132), a groove communicated with the smell removal cavity (132) and a closed grooved sealing cover (15) are arranged at the top of the absorption box body (1), the cover (15) is provided with a connecting pipe (16), the reciprocating mechanism (3) is installed on the outer wall of the printer and the back of the absorption box body (1), the fixing mechanism (2) is installed on the inner wall of the printer and the absorption box body (1), the cover body mechanism (4) is installed on the absorption box body (1), and the temperature sensor (5) is installed on the side wall of the absorption box body (1);
the fixing mechanism (2) comprises a first fixing component (21), a second fixing component (22) and two rails (23), the two rails (23) are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the printer, the first fixing component (21) and the second fixing component (22) are respectively installed on the top and the bottom of the absorption box body (1), and the first fixing component (21) and the second fixing component (22) are respectively connected with the two rails (23) in a sliding mode;
the first fixing component (21) and the second fixing component (22) are identical in structure and respectively comprise a fixing motor (211), a first gear (212), a second gear (213) and a clamping sliding strip (214), the top and the bottom of the absorption box body (1) are respectively provided with two rotating seats (17) which are symmetrically arranged, two ends of the clamping sliding strip (214) are respectively provided with a rotating shaft, the two rotating shafts are respectively rotatably installed on the two rotating seats (17), the first gear (212) is installed on one rotating shaft, the fixing motor (211) is installed on the absorption box body (1), the fixing motor (211) is located beside the first gear (212), the second gear (213) is installed on the output end of the fixing motor (211), and the second gear (213) is meshed with the first gear (212);
reciprocating motion mechanism (3) are including driving motor (31), drive wheel (32) and two rack (33), driving motor (31) are installed on the outer wall of printer, two rack (33) are installed on the back of absorption box (1) through the bolt symmetry, drive wheel (32) are installed on the output of driving motor (31) to drive wheel (32) are located between two rack (33), be equipped with on drive wheel (32) a plurality of along its circumference and with tooth (321) of rack (33) meshing.

The printer ink dust absorbing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: cover body mechanism (4) are including front shroud subassembly (41), back shroud subassembly (42) and two sideshield subassemblies (43), two sideshield subassembly (43) are installed respectively on the both ends outer wall of controlling of absorption box (1), front shroud subassembly (41) are installed on the preceding lateral wall of absorption box (1), back shroud subassembly (42) are installed in installation space (12).

The printer ink smoke absorber of claim 2, wherein: the front cover component (41) comprises a front cover plate (411), a first motor (412), a first winding drum (413) and a first traction rope, one end of the front cover plate (411) is hinged to the absorption box body (1), the other end of the front cover plate (411) is provided with a first connecting ring (4111), the first motor (412) is installed above the front cover plate (411), a first installing seat (18) used for installing the first winding drum (413) is arranged on the side of the first motor (412), one end of the first traction rope is connected to the first winding drum (413), and the other end of the first traction rope is connected to the first connecting ring (4111).
