Abstract
The invention discloses a disassembling tool for a screw cap with a nut slipping prevention function, which comprises the following components: a support body and a cap body; the supporting body is a semi-cylinder, and the diameter of the supporting body is smaller than the shape formed by the vertical surface of the clamping head facing the direction of the bolt head and the limit stop; the diameter of the cap body is 1/4 of that of the support body, one surface of the cap body coincides with the side plane of the support body, and the other surface of the cap body coincides with one end of the support body and is fixedly connected with the other end of the support body; the sum of the lengths of the supporting body and the cap body is equal to the length of the clamping head. The problem that the elastic clamping piece is difficult to press into the mounting hole so that the nut is detached is solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric tools, in particular to a disassembling tool for a screw cap with a screw cap slipping prevention function.
Background
The key parts of large engineering such as bridges and large machinery such as automobiles need to be frequently provided with bolts, the stress of the key parts has the characteristics of large load and large impact load, and nuts on the bolts are easy to loosen and even slip due to the characteristics, so that accidents occur. If the nut is welded on the screw rod, the nut is prevented from slipping, but the problem of inconvenient nut disassembly can occur when the nut is required to be disassembled during maintenance. Therefore, the screw cap of the prior art is easy to slip in the use process, and the contradiction that the screw cap is difficult to disassemble is caused although the screw cap is difficult to slip when the screw cap is welded on the screw cap.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, there is a conventional nut slipping prevention bolt, which includes: a bolt; the bolt includes: a bolt head 2 and a screw 1; one end of the screw 1 is fixedly connected to the bolt head 2; the surface of the screw 1 is provided with a mounting hole 101, and the mounting hole 101 is perpendicular to the central axis of the screw 1; the nut slipping prevention bolt further comprises: an elastic clip 4; the elastic clamping piece 4 comprises a clamping head 403, a guide rod 402 and an elastic mechanism 401; one end of the guide rod 402 is fixedly connected with the clamping head 403, the other end of the guide rod 402 is fixedly connected with the elastic mechanism 401, the elastic mechanism 401 and the guide rod 402 are inserted into the mounting hole 101, and the clamping head 403 protrudes out of the surface of the screw rod 1; one end of the elastic mechanism 401 opposite to the connecting position of the guide rod 402 is contacted with the hole bottom of the mounting hole 101, and the elastic direction of the elastic mechanism 401 points to the outside of the mounting hole 101 from the inside of the mounting hole 101; the chuck 403 is a surface perpendicular to the central axis of the screw 1 on the side facing the bolt head 2, and is an inclined surface or a spherical surface on the side opposite to the bolt head 2.
The mounting hole 101 further comprises a stopper 102; the baffle block 102 is fixedly connected to the edge of the hole, and the distance between the baffle block 102 and the opposite side of the hole of the mounting hole 101 is smaller than the diameter of the guide rod 402; the upper surface of the guide bar 402 is positioned in the mounting hole 101 below the stop 102.
When the nut 3 is screwed down, the nut 3 rotates towards the bolt head 2 along the screw 1, when the nut 3 touches an inclined plane or a spherical surface opposite to the bolt head 2 on the chuck 403, the nut 3 has downward pressure on the chuck 403, the nut 3 presses the chuck 403 into the mounting hole 101 through the inclined plane or the spherical surface, the nut 3 can be quickly mounted just like a common nut by rotating, when the nut 3 is loosened by external force, the chuck 403 of the elastic clamping piece 4 exposes out of the surface of the screw 1, the surface, perpendicular to the central axis, of the chuck 403 clamps the nut 3 to ensure that the nut 3 does not move further towards the other end opposite to the screw 1 of the bolt head 2, and when the nut 3 needs to be dismounted, the nut 3 can be dismounted after the chuck 403 is pressed into the mounting hole 101. When the nut screwing device is used, the guide rod 402 is blocked in the mounting hole 101 below the guide rod 402 by the stop block 102, so that the screw cap 3 can not be screwed due to the blocking of the guide rod 402 when the guide rod 402 extends out of the surface of the screw rod 1, and the safety problem caused by the fact that the elastic clamping piece 4 slides out of the mounting hole 101 can be avoided.
However, when the nut 3 is disassembled, the nut cannot be disassembled directly like a common nut due to the blocking of the elastic clamping piece 4, the elastic clamping piece 4 needs to be pressed into the mounting hole 101 before the bolt is screwed out like a common bolt, but the problem that the elastic clamping piece 4 is pressed into the mounting hole 101 is that if a rod piece is used for pressing the elastic clamping piece 4, the nut 3 can prop the rod piece open when the nut 3 is rotated, and after the rod piece is propped open, the elastic clamping piece 4 can pop out the surface of the screw 1 due to the fact that the upper part of the clamping head 403 is not stressed. Therefore, the elastic clip 4 has a problem that it is difficult to press into the mounting hole 101.

compared with the prior art, the nut is contacted with the cap body of the dismounting tool when the nut rotates by attaching the side plane of the dismounting tool to the vertical plane of the chuck in the direction of the bolt head and contacting the bottom surface of the supporting body with the upper surface of the guide rod, and the nut applies a downward force to the dismounting tool to enable the dismounting tool to press the elastic clamping piece into the mounting hole because the cap body is a spherical surface, so that the nut can be easily dismounted like a common nut.
