The plurality of rotary spraying seats 231 arranged in this way can also be called as indexing angle spraying water outlets, wherein the indexing angle spraying water outlets refer to the plurality of rotary spraying seats 231 which are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotary spraying seats of the lower spraying seat, and the plurality of rotary spraying seats 231 are arranged at different positions in a circumferential area and are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction. Preferably, the spraying openings 231 of the rotary spraying seat are all directly sprayed upwards, and an upward direct spraying mode is adopted to ensure the upward spraying and flushing effects of the spraying water flow on the tableware in the lower bowl basket. Of course, the spray nozzle can be designed into an oblique spray structure according to the requirements. The lower spray arm rotary spray seat 23 rotates along with the rotation of the lower spray arm 22 and also rotates relative to the lower spray arm 22, so that the spray water flows of the rotary spray seat spray openings 231 are laminated and dense, and the spray effect is effectively ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the lower spray device 2 includes a lower spray arm set 21, the dishwasher body 1 includes a body base 14, a base water outlet socket 141 is provided on the body base 14, and the lower spray arm set 21 is snapped onto the base water outlet socket 141. As shown in fig. 4, the lower spray arm group 21 includes a lower spray arm 22 and a rotatable lower spray arm rotary spray seat 23 mounted at an end of the lower spray arm 22.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the lower spray arm 22 includes a lower spray arm upper cover 224 and a lower spray arm lower shell 225, and the lower spray arm upper cover 224 and the lower spray arm lower shell 225 are integrally welded (of course, not limited to this connection mode) to form a hollow water cavity therebetween. A lower spray arm inlet header 226 is provided on the lower spray arm lower housing 225. Preferably, the lower spray arm inlet header 226 is integrally formed with the lower spray arm lower housing 225. The lower spray arm lower shell 225 is also provided with a lower spray arm fixing buckle 227 positioned at the periphery of the lower spray arm water inlet pipe seat 226, the lower spray arm fixing buckle 227 is buckled on the base water outlet pipe seat 141, and the lower spray arm water inlet pipe seat 226 is communicated with the base water outlet pipe seat 141. The middle part of lower spray arm upper cover 224 is provided with lower spray arm water diversion area 229, be provided with first spraying unit on the arm that is located lower spray arm water diversion area 229 both sides, first spraying unit includes a plurality of upper spray mouths 220 that set gradually along the length direction of lower spray arm upper cover 224, first spraying unit still includes a plurality of side spray mouths 222 that set up in the tip side of lower spray arm upper cover 224, the top of lower spray arm upper cover 224 is provided with the cambered surface and sprays water diversion area 223, first spraying unit still includes a plurality of minute angle spray mouths 221 that set up on this cambered surface sprays water diversion area 223, this minute angle spray mouths 221 also can be called cambered surface curve minute angle delivery port, in order to realize planar arc contained angle multi-angle play water, increase planar play water flushing angle. One end of the lower spray arm upper cover 224 is provided with a lower spray arm driving water gap 228, and the direction of the driving water gap is reasonably designed to realize that the lower spray arm 22 is driven to spray rotationally by utilizing the water pressure reaction force, and the lower spray arm rotary spray seat 23 is arranged at the other end of the lower spray arm upper cover 224.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the lower spray arm rotary spray seat 23 includes a rotary spray seat upper cover 232 and a rotary spray seat lower housing 233, and the rotary spray seat upper cover 232 and the rotary spray seat lower housing 233 are welded together to form a hollow water cavity therebetween. The rotary spray seat lower shell 233 is provided with a rotary spray seat water inlet pipe seat 235 and a rotary spray seat fixing buckle 236 arranged on the periphery of the rotary spray seat water inlet pipe seat 235, the other end part of the lower spray arm upper cover 224 is provided with a lower spray arm water outlet pipe seat 237, the rotary spray seat fixing buckle 236 is buckled at a lower spray arm clamping edge 238 of the lower spray arm water outlet pipe seat 237, and the lower spray arm water outlet pipe seat 237 is communicated with the rotary spray seat water inlet pipe seat 235. The middle part of the lower spray arm rotary spray seat 23 is provided with a rotary spray seat water diversion area 234, a rotary spray seat upper cover 232 is provided with a plurality of rotary spray seat spray openings 231 which are sequentially arranged on the periphery of the rotary spray seat water diversion area 234 along the circumferential direction of the rotary spray seat water diversion area 234, and the rotary spray seat spray openings 231 can also be called indexing angle spray water outlets.
As shown in fig. 9, the spray water flow of the lower spray device 2 forms a torus wide-angle lamination rotation angle-division spray water flow net, so as to spray and rinse the lower area and corners of the tableware in the lower bowl basket 13.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the dishwasher spray device comprises a rear spray device 3, the rear spray device 3 comprises a rear spray seat 31, the rear spray seat 31 is installed at the rear part of the dishwasher body 1, and a plurality of rear spray seat spray openings 311 are formed in the rear spray seat 31. Specifically, the rear spraying seat 31 is in an i shape as a whole, the middle part of the rear spraying seat 31 is formed into a rear spraying seat water diversion area, the upper part of the rear spraying seat 31 is provided with a plurality of rear spraying seat spraying openings 311, and the lower part of the rear spraying seat 31 is provided with a plurality of rear spraying seat spraying openings 311. The side areas of the tableware in the upper bowl basket 12 and the tableware in the lower bowl basket 13 are strengthened by utilizing the rear spraying seat spraying opening 311, so that the spraying water flow of the rear spraying device 3 can pass through the tableware gap to wash the inside of the tableware with deep concave and the upper areas of the tableware in the upper and lower bowl baskets under the condition that the tableware is densely placed in the upper bowl basket 12 and/or the lower bowl basket 13, and the surfaces of the inside of the tableware with deep concave and the upper areas of the tableware in the upper and lower bowl baskets can be washed cleanly, thereby effectively ensuring the dryness of the washed tableware. Preferably, the rear spraying seat spraying openings 311 are all directly sprayed forwards, so that the spraying direction of the rear spraying seat spraying openings 311 is ensured to be parallel to the gap between adjacent tableware as much as possible, so that water sprayed by the rear spraying seat spraying openings 311 can be flushed to the upper area of the tableware through the tableware gap as much as possible, the spraying angle of the rear spraying seat spraying openings 311 is not wide angle, but is direct spraying, and the penetrability of the sprayed water is ensured. Of course, the spraying direction of the spraying opening 311 of the rear spraying seat is not limited to the specific design, and can be reasonably designed and adjusted according to practical situations.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the rear spraying device 3 includes a rear spraying seat 31, the dishwasher body 1 includes a body liner 15, the body liner 15 has a body liner enclosure plate 154 and a body liner rear plate 151, and the rear spraying seat 31 is mounted on the body liner rear plate 151. Specifically, the body liner rear plate 151 is provided with a body liner rear plate locking and fixing hole 152, the rear spray seat 31 is provided with a rear spray seat locking and fixing hole 314 corresponding to the body liner rear plate locking and fixing hole 152, and fastening connection of the two is realized by using a fastener such as a screw. As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the rear spray socket 31 includes a rear spray socket front cover 312 and a rear spray socket rear housing 313, the rear spray socket front cover 312 and the rear spray socket rear housing 313 being a welded integral assembly, with a hollow water chamber formed therebetween. The rear spraying seat front cover 312 is provided with a plurality of rear spraying seat spraying openings 311, and the machine body inner container rear plate 151 is provided with machine body inner container rear plate perforations 153 corresponding to the rear spraying seat spraying openings 311, so that the rear spraying seat spraying openings 311 are communicated with the inner cavity 11 through the perforations, and spraying water flow is sprayed to the inner cavity 11. The rear spray seat rear shell 313 is provided with a three-way adapter diversion water outlet 71 which is used for communicating with the three-way adapter 7, a rear spray seat water inlet pipe seat 315 which is used for conveying water to the rear spray device 3, the rear spray seat rear shell 313 is also provided with a rear spray seat first water outlet pipe seat 316 which is used for communicating water to the top spray device 5, and the rear spray seat front cover 312 is provided with a rear spray seat second water outlet pipe seat 317 which is used for conveying water to the middle spray device 4.
As shown in fig. 14, the spray water flow of the rear spray device 3 forms a multi-layered multi-port direct spray water flow net, which strengthens spray rinsing of the tableware in the upper bowl basket 12 and the side areas of the tableware in the lower bowl basket 13, so that the spray water flow can rinse the inside of the tableware with deep concave in the upper and lower bowl baskets and the upper areas of the tableware in the upper and lower bowl baskets through the clearance between the tableware, and the problem that the inside of the tableware with deep concave in the upper and lower bowl baskets and the surfaces of the upper areas of the tableware in the upper and lower bowl baskets cannot be rinsed cleanly is avoided.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the dishwasher spray device includes a middle spray device 4, and the middle spray device 4 includes a middle spray arm communication pipe 42 and a middle spray arm 41 rotatably connected to one end of the middle spray arm communication pipe 42. The rear spray seat 31 is provided with a rear spray seat water outlet pipe seat (namely the rear spray seat second water outlet pipe seat 317), the other end part of the middle spray arm communicating pipe 42 is connected with the rear spray seat water outlet pipe seat, and the top surface of the middle spray arm 41 is provided with a middle spray arm spray opening 411. Specifically, the number of the middle spray arm spray ports 411 is plural, the plurality of middle spray arm spray ports 411 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the middle spray arm 41, and the spray directions of at least two of the plurality of middle spray arm spray ports 411 are different. The lower area of the tableware in the upper bowl basket 12 is sprayed and washed by the middle spraying device 4, the upper area of the tableware in the lower bowl basket 13 can be sprayed and washed by the spraying water flow dropped in the spraying process by the middle spraying device 4, and the spraying direction of the spraying ports 411 of the plurality of middle spraying arms is reasonably designed, so that the spraying angle is increased, and the spraying dead angle is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the middle spray device 4 includes a middle spray arm communication pipe 42 and a middle spray arm 41 rotatably connected to one end of the middle spray arm communication pipe 42. The rear shower seat 31 is provided with a rear shower seat water outlet pipe seat (i.e., the rear shower seat second water outlet pipe seat 317 described above), and the other end portion of the middle shower arm communication pipe 42 is connected to the rear shower seat second water outlet pipe seat 317. As shown in fig. 16, the middle spray arm 41 includes a middle spray arm upper cover 413 and a middle spray arm lower case 414, and the middle spray arm upper cover 413 and the middle spray arm lower case 414 are welded together to form a hollow water chamber therebetween. The middle part of the middle spray arm upper cover 413 is provided with a middle spray arm water inlet pipe seat 415 and a middle spray arm fixing buckle 416 arranged on the periphery of the middle spray arm water inlet pipe seat 415, and the middle spray arm fixing buckle 416 is buckled at one end part of the middle spray arm communicating pipe 42. The middle spray arm upper cover 413 is provided with a plurality of middle spray arm spray ports 411 along the length direction, the plurality of middle spray arm spray ports 411 can be designed into different spray directions according to requirements, at least one end part (preferably two end parts) of the middle spray arm upper cover 413 is provided with a middle spray arm driving water port 412, and the water pressure reaction force is utilized to drive the middle spray arm 41 to spray in a rotating way through the direction of the middle spray arm driving water port 412 in reasonable design.
In order to realize the drainage of the water flow accumulated in the lower spray arm 22 after the washing is completed, two drainage openings are arranged on the lower shell 225 of the lower spray arm, the drainage openings are mainly used for draining the water flow accumulated in the lower spray arm 22 after the washing is completed, the drainage openings can also play a role in assisting in spray rinsing in the washing process, and the spray water flow sprayed by the drainage openings can drop down onto the tableware in the lower bowl basket so as to spray and rinse the upper area of the tableware in the lower bowl basket.
As shown in fig. 17, the spray water flow of the middle spray device 4 forms a toroidal dislocation angle single-whirl spray water flow net, so as to spray and rinse the upper area of the tableware in the lower bowl basket 13 and the lower area of the tableware in the upper bowl basket 12.
As shown in fig. 18 to 21, the dishwasher spray device comprises a top spray device 5, the top spray device 5 comprises a top spray seat 51, an upright angle spray opening 511 and a plurality of inclined wide angle spray openings 512 are arranged on the top spray seat 51, and the plurality of inclined wide angle spray openings 512 are sequentially arranged outside the upright angle spray opening 511 along the circumferential direction of the upright angle spray opening 511. Wherein, the vertical angle spray port 511 sprays downwards, and a plurality of inclined wide angle spray ports 512 spray downwards in a radial manner with the spray direction of the vertical angle spray port 511 as the center. The top spraying device 5 is utilized to spray and rinse the upper area of the tableware in the upper bowl basket 12 and the top area of the inner cavity 11, so that the spraying water flow of the top spraying device 5 can directly rinse the upper area of the tableware in the upper bowl basket under the condition that the tableware is densely placed in the upper bowl basket 12 and/or the lower bowl basket 13, and the upper area of the tableware in the upper bowl basket is ensured to be completely washed. Because the space above the upper bowl basket 12 in the inner cavity 11 is smaller, the top spraying device 5 adopts the structure, and the upper area of the tableware in the upper bowl basket 12 can be sprayed and washed under the condition that the top spraying device 5 does not occupy too large space and can be conveniently installed. Of course, if the installation space allows, the top shower seat 51 may be designed as a rotary shower seat or other structures as needed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the dishwasher body 1 includes a body liner 15, the body liner 15 having a body liner panel 154 and a body liner rear plate 151, and the top spray device 5 includes a top spray seat 51, the top spray seat 51 being mounted on the body liner panel 154. Specifically, the body liner coaming 154 is provided with an organic liner coaming locking and fixing hole 155, the top spraying seat 51 is provided with a top spraying seat locking and fixing hole 516, and the two are fastened and connected by using a fastener such as a screw. As shown in fig. 20 and 21, the top spray seat 51 includes a top spray seat upper cover 513 and a top spray seat lower shell 514, and the top spray seat upper cover 513 and the top spray seat lower shell 514 are welded together to form a hollow water cavity therebetween. The top spraying seat lower shell 514 is provided with the top spraying seat locking fixing hole 516, the top spraying seat lower shell 514 is also provided with the top spraying seat water inlet tube seat 515, and the top spraying seat water inlet tube seat 515 is used for being connected with the rear spraying seat first water outlet tube seat 316 through a water pipe 8. The top spraying seat upper cover 513 is provided with an upright angle spraying opening 511 and a plurality of inclined wide angle spraying openings 512, and the plurality of inclined wide angle spraying openings 512 are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the upright angle spraying opening 511 along the circumferential direction of the upright angle spraying opening 511. Wherein, the vertical angle spray port 511 sprays downwards, and a plurality of inclined wide angle spray ports 512 spray downwards in a radial manner with the spray direction of the vertical angle spray port 511 as the center. Preferably, the number of the vertical angle spray ports 511 is 1, and the number of the inclined wide angle spray ports 512 is 8, however, the number of the vertical angle spray ports and the inclined wide angle spray ports is not limited to the specific limitation, and the vertical angle spray ports and the inclined wide angle spray ports can be designed according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 22, the spray water flow of the top spray device 5 forms a wide-angle dispersed water flow inclined spray water flow net, which satisfies the spray rinsing of the upper area of the tableware in the upper bowl basket 12 and also satisfies the spray rinsing of the top area of the inner cavity.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 23, the dishwasher spray device comprises a wash pump 6 disposed at the bottom of the dishwasher body 1, the wash pump 6 being connected to the lower spray device 2 and the rear spray device 3, respectively, by a three-way adapter 7. Specifically, the washing pump outlet of the washing pump 6 is connected with the three-way adapter water inlet of the three-way adapter 7, one three-way adapter shunt water outlet 71 of the three-way adapter 7 is connected with the lower spray arm water inlet pipe seat 226 of the lower spray device 2 through the base water outlet pipe seat 141, that is, one end of the base water outlet pipe seat 141 is connected with the three-way adapter shunt water outlet 71, the other end of the base water outlet pipe seat 141 is connected with the lower spray arm water inlet pipe seat 226, and the other three-way adapter shunt water outlet 71 of the three-way adapter 7 is connected with the rear spray seat water inlet pipe seat 315 of the rear spray device 3 through the water pipe 8.
Further, as shown in fig. 23, a three-way water inlet and outlet pipe seat is arranged on the rear spraying device 3, and the rear spraying device 3 is respectively connected with the middle spraying device 4 and the top spraying device 5 through the three-way water inlet and outlet pipe seat. It should be appreciated that the three-way water inlet and outlet tube seat may be formed by the rear spray seat water inlet tube seat 315, the rear spray seat first water outlet tube seat 316 and the rear spray seat second water outlet tube seat 317. Specifically, the rear spray seat first outlet pipe seat 316 is connected to the top spray seat inlet pipe seat 515 of the top spray device 5 through the water pipe 8, and the rear spray seat second outlet pipe seat 317 is connected to the middle spray arm inlet pipe seat 415 of the middle spray device 4 through the middle spray arm communication pipe 42.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 23, three arrows arranged in parallel in the figure indicate the water inlet direction of the water source of the machine body base. The water source of the machine body base 14 enters the washing pump 6 through the washing pump water inlet 61, the outlet of the washing pump 6 is connected with a three-way adapter 7, a three-way adapter split water outlet 71 of the three-way adapter 7 is connected with a lower spray arm water inlet pipe seat 226 through a base water outlet pipe seat 141, the other three-way adapter split water outlet 71 of the three-way adapter 7 is connected with a rear spray seat water inlet pipe seat 315 through a water pipe 8, one part of water flow 9 output by the washing pump 6 enters the lower spray device 2 through the lower spray arm water inlet pipe seat 226, and the other part enters the rear spray seat water inlet pipe seat 315 through the water pipe 8. Wherein, one part of the water flow 9 entering the lower spray device 2 forms spray water flow through a first spray unit on the lower spray arm 22, and the other part enters the lower spray arm rotary spray seat 23 through the lower spray arm water outlet seat 237 and the rotary spray seat water inlet seat 235 to form spray water flow; part of the water flow 9 entering the rear spray seat water inlet pipe seat 315 enters the rear spray seat 31 to form spray water flow, part of the water flow enters the top spray seat 51 through the rear spray seat first water outlet pipe seat 316 and the top spray seat water inlet pipe seat 515 to form spray water flow, and part of the water flow enters the middle spray arm 41 through the rear spray seat second water outlet pipe seat 317 and the middle spray arm communicating pipe 42 to form spray water flow.
In summary, the spraying device of the dish washer provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a lower spraying device, a middle spraying device, a top spraying device and a rear spraying device, wherein the lower spraying device controls the lower layer area of the inner cavity to form a torus wide-angle lamination rotary spraying water flow net, so that the lower area and corner spraying flushing of the tableware in the lower bowl basket are met; the middle spraying device controls the middle layer area to form a torus dislocation angle single-convolution spraying water flow net, so that the upper area of the tableware in the lower bowl basket and the lower area of the tableware in the upper bowl basket are sprayed and washed; the top spraying device controls the upper region to form a wide-angle dispersed water flow inclined spraying water flow net so as to meet the requirement of spraying and flushing the upper region of the tableware in the upper bowl basket; the rear spraying device forms a layer domain multi-port direct-spraying water flow net, strengthens the spraying and flushing of side areas of tableware in the upper bowl basket and the lower bowl basket, and truly realizes the spraying and flushing of multi-layer areas, three-dimensional space type 360 degrees, multiple faces, wide-angle range areas and corners; in other words, the toroidal multidimensional spraying system device has 360-degree stereoscopic multidimensional angle spraying, realizes plane, wide-angle, multilayer and regional spraying flushing, solves the defect problem existing in the traditional single-layer plane spraying, and has breakthrough progress and innovation.
