In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-3, the operating head 303 of the operating member 3 includes two protruding portions 304, for example, two protruding portions 304, and a slit 305 may be formed between the two protruding portions 304; as shown in fig. 2-1, the slide pin 1 has a connecting arm 104 for connecting the right convex body 102 to the left convex body 101; 3-2, the connecting arm 104 falls into the slot 305 and the two projections 304 fall between the right spur 102 and the umbrella center stick 4; as shown in fig. 2-3, the protruding portion 304 includes a convex abutting portion 306 and a buffer portion 307 connected between the abutting portion 306 and the operating rod 302; as shown in fig. 2-1, the upper end and the lower end of the inner side of the right convex body 102 respectively have an inclined surface, including an upper inclined surface 105 and a lower inclined surface 106, and the upper end and the lower end of the abutting portion 306 respectively have a corresponding inclined surface, including an upper inclined surface 309 and a lower inclined surface 310.
In other embodiments, the operating head 303 may also comprise only one protrusion 304, and correspondingly, the connecting arm 104 of the sliding pin 1 may have a wider dimension so as to provide an operating hole for the protrusion 304 to pass through.
When the operating element 3 is pushed and pulled up and down, the abutting part 306 applies force to the right convex body 102, and due to the existence of the inclined planes, the force pushed and pulled up and down and along the axial direction of the umbrella middle rod is converted into force along the radial direction of the umbrella middle rod, so that the abutting part 306 can jack or restore the right convex body 102, and the sliding pin 1 is promoted to slide leftwards or rightwards along the radial direction of the umbrella middle rod.
The working principle of the umbrella nest structure of the invention is briefly described as follows:
1. the umbrella opening operation process:
firstly, when the umbrella opening operation is carried out and the operating piece 3 is pushed upwards, the operating piece 3 drives the sleeve 2 to slide upwards along the umbrella middle rod together until the upper edge of the sleeve 2 is close to the sliding pin 1, as shown in figure 3-1;
secondly, when the operating element 3 is pushed upwards, the abutting part 306 on the operating head 303 jacks up the right convex body 102, as shown in fig. 3-2; thereby, the sliding pin 1 is made to slide along the umbrella middle rod 4 in the radial direction, and the left convex body 101 is forced to retract into the umbrella middle rod 4, as shown in fig. 3-3;
secondly, when the operating element 3 is pushed upwards, the abutting part 306 goes over the right convex body 102, and the buffer part 307 falls between the right convex body 102 and the umbrella middle rod 4, as shown in fig. 3-4; thus, the sliding pin 1 slides reversely under the action of the spring 103, so that the left convex body 101 is protruded and caught by the left opening 201, the sleeve 2 is prevented from sliding downwards, and the umbrella is kept in an open state, as shown in fig. 3-5.
2. The umbrella folding operation process:
firstly, when the umbrella folding operation is performed and the operating member 3 is pulled downwards, the abutting part 306 of the operating head 303 jacks up the right convex body 102, as shown in fig. 3-2, so that the sliding pin 1 slides along the umbrella middle rod in the radial direction, and the left convex body 101 is promoted to retract into the umbrella middle rod 4, as shown in fig. 3-2;
secondly, when the operating piece 3 is continuously pulled downwards, the buckle part is separated from the sliding pin, as shown in fig. 3-1, the sleeve 2 slides downwards, so that the umbrella is separated from the umbrella opening state;
finally, the operating element 3 is continuously pulled downwards, and finally the umbrella is completely folded.
Wherein reference is made to the cross-sectional views shown in figures 4-1 through 4-3 for further understanding. Wherein, as shown in fig. 4-1, the movable nest is separated or disengaged from the positioning pin 1; fig. 4-2 shows the movable nest and the positioning pin 1 in a locked or locked state, so as to position the movable nest at the position, namely, in an umbrella opening state; fig. 4-3 show the state that the positioning pin 1 slides along the umbrella middle rod 4 in the radial direction, and the left convex body 101 is retracted into the umbrella middle rod 4, which is a state before the umbrella is successfully opened or a state when the umbrella is just started to be closed.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-2, the sleeve 2 further includes an extension portion 204 extending to the lower side of the nesting portion 203, and the extension portion 204 is inserted into the sliding sleeve portion 301 of the operation member 3 and connected to the sliding sleeve portion 301; the extension 204 has a clearance area 205 that avoids the operating rod 302. In the assembled umbrella nest structure, the operating rod 302 falls into the clearance 205.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, a mounting hole 206 is formed on a surface of the extending portion 204, and a corresponding protrusion (not shown in the drawings) is formed inside the sliding sleeve portion 301, and the protrusion is inserted into the mounting hole 206 to connect the extending portion 204 and the sliding sleeve portion 301.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the invention, the length of the mounting hole 206 is slightly greater than the length of the projection in the direction of the axis of the rod 4 in the umbrella, so that the operating member 3 can move within a small range relative to the sleeve 2. Thus, when the umbrella is closed and the operating element 3 is pulled downwards, the operating element 3 can slightly move downwards before the sleeve 2, and the operating head 303 can force the sliding pin 1 to move to a certain extent, so that the left convex body 101 starts to retract into the umbrella middle rod 4; when the operating element 3 is pulled downwards, the sleeve 2 is driven to slide downwards, and the sleeve 2 is not prevented from sliding downwards because the left convex body 101 is retracted.
By enabling the operating part 3 and the sleeve 2 to move relatively in a small range, the umbrella can be opened and closed more smoothly and more unimpededly. The maximum distance that the operating element 3 and the sleeve 2 can move relative to each other, or the difference between the lengths of the mounting hole 206 and the projection, is preferably such that the operation is smooth, for example, in the order of millimeters, such as 1 millimeter, 2 millimeters, 3 millimeters, or 5 millimeters, and between 1 and 5 millimeters, depending on the size of the structure, such as the slide pin, the operating head, and the like.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-1, the upper end of the left convex body 101 has a stop surface 107 for positioning the casing 2 and stopping it from sliding; the outer side of the left convex body 101 is provided with a guide inclined plane 108 which is used for contacting with the upper edge of the sleeve 2 and converting the force of sliding on the sleeve 2 into the force of pushing the left convex body 101 so as to promote the left convex body 101 to retract into the umbrella middle rod 4; optionally, two sides of the left convex body 101 are respectively provided with a protruding ear 109, which can be blocked on the inner wall of the umbrella middle rod 4, and is used for limiting the left convex body 101, so that only a small part of the left convex body 101 can extend out of the umbrella middle rod 4.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, a diameter of a lower end of the sliding sleeve portion 301 of the operating element 3 is larger than a diameter of an upper end, and the sliding sleeve portion 301 is in a horn shape with a larger opening at the lower end, so that an operator can push and pull up and down conveniently.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, an upper nest 5 is installed on the top of the umbrella middle rod 4, and the upper nest 5 has an installation part 501 inserted into the umbrella middle rod 4; the mounting part has a through hole corresponding to the through hole 401, and the slide pin 1 passes through the through hole of the mounting part 501 while passing through the through hole 401; the installation department 501 with stick 4 passes through rivet 6 fixed in the umbrella to form bellied rivet head 601 on the stick in the umbrella, sleeve pipe 2 upper end can correspond to be equipped with and be used for avoiding the breach 207 of rivet head 601. That is, the sliding pin 1 is inserted into the umbrella middle rod 4 and also into the upper nest 5, so as to prevent the strength of the umbrella middle rod 4 from being reduced by the through hole 401 on the umbrella middle rod 4.
Optionally, the umbrella middle rod 4 can be a reverse rod middle rod or a forward rod middle rod. That is, the plurality of sleeves for constituting the umbrella stem 4 in a telescopic manner may be thick pipes or thin pipes.
As above, the present invention discloses an umbrella nest structure.
In some embodiments of the invention, there is also provided an umbrella comprising an umbrella nest structure as described above. The umbrella can be different types of umbrellas such as sun-rain umbrellas, sunshade umbrellas and the like, which is not limited in this document.
