Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a door structure of a laundry machine according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments.
[ first embodiment ]
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a drum type washing and drying machine 1 as an example of a door structure of a laundry treatment apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 1, 101 denotes an upper surface portion, 102 denotes a drain filter door, 103 denotes a front surface portion, 104 denotes a rear surface portion, 105 denotes a side plate portion, and 106 denotes a base.
As shown in fig. 1, the drum type washing and drying machine 1 of the first embodiment includes: the outer case 100, a door 50 for opening and closing an opening 100a (shown in fig. 2) of the outer case 100, a water tank (not shown) disposed in the outer case 100, and a rotary drum 3 (shown in fig. 2) rotatably disposed in the water tank.
Further, a water supply port 10 is provided on the left rear surface side of the upper surface portion 101 of the outer case 100, and an airflow filter device 30 is also mounted on the right rear surface side of the upper surface portion 101 of the outer case 100. Further, a power button 31 is provided on the right front surface side of the upper surface portion 101 of the outer case 100. Further, a detergent box 11 is mounted on the upper left side of the upper surface 101 of the outer case 100.
The door 50 includes: a door body 51 having a substantially rectangular shape in front view, and a door inclined portion 52 provided to be inclined rearward from an upper portion of the door body 51. A display operation unit 54 that selects an operation, instructs input, and displays an operation state is provided in the door inclined portion 52 of the door 50.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where door 50 of drum-type washing/drying machine 1 is opened, fig. 3 is a side view of drum-type washing/drying machine 1, and fig. 4 is a front view of drum-type washing/drying machine 1. In fig. 2 to 4, the same components as those of the drum-type washing and drying machine 1 shown in fig. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the outer casing 100 of the drum-type washing and drying machine 1 includes an upper surface 101, a front surface 103, a rear surface 104, a pair of side plates 105 (one shown in fig. 2 and 3), and a base 106.
The front surface 103 of the outer box 100 includes a first flat surface 103a, an upper inclined portion 103b extending above the first flat surface 103a, and a second flat surface 103c extending below the first flat surface 103 a.
The front surface 103 is provided with an opening 100a for taking in and out laundry. An annular member 17 is provided at the periphery of the opening 100a of the front surface 103.
Further, a door 50 for opening and closing the opening 100a is rotatably attached to the front surface side of the front surface 103 by two hinge portions 40.
Further, a lock releasing portion 53 operated by a user is provided on the rear surface side of the door 50. The unlocking portion 53 has a function of unlocking the door 50 by sliding on the front side in the thickness direction of the door 50. The engagement claw 57 is configured to be interlocked with the movement of the lock releasing portion 53.
When the unlocking unit 53 is slid toward the front side in the thickness direction of the door 50 by the user's operation in a state where the door 50 is closed, the engagement claw 57 moves toward the non-engagement side to release the engagement of the engagement claw 57 with the engaged unit 20, and the door 50 is opened. When the door 50 is closed from a state in which the door 50 is opened, the engaging claw 57 of the door 50 engages with the engaged portion 20 of the outer box 100.
The gasket 18 made of an elastic body such as rubber or soft resin is sandwiched and held between the annular member 17 and the peripheral edge portion of the opening 100a of the outer case 100. Accordingly, when door 50 is closed, tapered glass window member 56 attached to door 50 is in close contact with gasket 18, and a water tank (not shown) accommodating rotary drum 3 is kept watertight and airtight, thereby preventing liquid in the water tank from leaking to the outside of the water tank.
The water tank and the rotary drum 3 disposed in the outer box 100 are open at the door 50 side, and when the door 50 is opened, laundry (not shown) is taken out and put into the rotary drum 3 through the opening 100a of the outer box 100.
Further, the drum type washing and drying machine 1 includes: a drying heat pump unit (not shown) disposed at the lower portion and on the rear surface side in the outer box 100, and a circulation path (not shown) for circulating air in the water tank through the heat pump unit.
A drain filter door 102 is openably and closably attached to a lower left side of the second flat surface portion 103c of the outer case 100. The drain filter door 102 is opened, and the lint filter (not shown) mounted on the lower side in the outer box 100 is attached and detached.
In the drum-type washing and drying machine 1 having the above-described configuration, when the selection of the operation mode, the time setting of each step, and the like are input from the display operation unit 54 (shown in fig. 1), a series of operations from washing to drying, for example, are executed by a control device (not shown) to which the selection information and the setting information are input.
Fig. 5 is a rear view of the door 50 of the drum type washing and drying machine 1, and fig. 6 is a front perspective view of the door main body 51 in which the door inclined portion 52 is detached from the door 50. In fig. 5 and 6, the same components as those of the drum-type washing and drying machine 1 shown in fig. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in fig. 6, the door inclined portion 52 having the display operation portion 54 is configured to be detachable from the door main body portion 51. The plurality of coupling portions 58 provided at the upper end portion of the door main body portion 51 are coupled to the plurality of coupled portions 59 provided at the lower end portion of the door inclined portion 52 via screws, for example, so that the door main body portion 51 and the door inclined portion 52 are fixed.
Fig. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the door main body 51. In fig. 7, the window member 56 is omitted for easy view of the drawing.
As shown in fig. 7, the door main body portion 51 includes: a base member 61 having an opening 61a, a flat plate-like glass plate 62 attached to the front surface side of the base member 61, a back cover portion 63 attached to the rear surface side of the base member 61 and having an opening 63a, a left frame member 64 disposed on the left side of the door main body portion 51, a right frame member 65 disposed on the right side of the door main body portion 51, and a window member 56 projecting rearward (as shown in fig. 5 and 6).
The glass plate 62 is made of a translucent glass material, and the window member 56 is also made of a translucent glass material or a resin material. Therefore, when the inside of rotary drum 3 is viewed from the front surface side of door 50, the inside of rotary drum 3 can be visually recognized through glass plate 62 and window member 56.
Fig. 8 shows a rear view of the door main body 51. Fig. 9 is a rear view showing a state where the rear cover portion 63 is removed from the door main body portion 51 and the base member 61 is exposed. In fig. 8 and 9, the same components as those in fig. 7 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in fig. 8, stepped portions 63c are formed on both side portions of the back cover portion 63.
Fig. 10 is a longitudinal sectional view of the door 50 as viewed along the X-X line of fig. 5. In fig. 10, the same components as those in fig. 5 to 7 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in fig. 10, the base member 61 is provided with an annular portion 61b having an inner diameter gradually decreasing from the front surface toward the rear surface at the outer periphery of the opening portion 61 a.
The window member 56 includes a drum-shaped main body portion 56a having an open front surface side, and a flange portion 56b provided on an outer peripheral edge of the main body portion 56a having an open front surface side.
