2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
before the image information of the enterprise personnel is collected through the second camera, the first camera is started; the first camera is used for acquiring a video in the process of developing the business;
compressing the video in the service developing process and then sending the video to the background server so that the background server determines the service stage of the current service development according to the video and generates a service instruction of the service stage; and enabling the background server to store the video in the business developing process for event backtracking of the business developing process.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining image information of a file to be obtained further comprises:

the processing unit is specifically configured to: acquiring the illumination intensity of the current environment, setting camera parameters of a second camera according to the illumination intensity, starting a camera preview mode of the second camera, acquiring image information in the camera preview mode, and determining the image information in the camera preview mode which meets the preset image requirement as the image information of the file to be acquired;
the requirement for meeting the preset image at least comprises that the brightness of the image information meets the requirement, and the file to be acquired is located in a preset position of the projection frame.
6. The apparatus as recited in claim 5, said processing unit to further:
