The larger the value of the environmental noise is, the larger the noise at the position where the user is located is, and therefore, the sensitivity of the voice collecting device needs to be increased, that is, the value of the environmental noise is proportional to the correction value. For example, the distance between the user and the air conditioner is 1m, the sensitivity of the voice collecting device is-44 dB, if the value of the environmental noise is 20dB, the determined sensitivity is increased by-44 dB, and the increased sensitivity is-40 dB.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the air conditioner determines the environmental noise value of the location where the user is located, and corrects the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device determined by the location information according to the environmental noise value, so that the air conditioner flexibly sets the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device according to the environmental noise.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a sixth embodiment of a method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on any one of the first to fifth embodiments, the method further includes:
step S40, acquiring the position of an environment noise source, and generating position suggestion information of voice output according to the position of the environment noise, wherein the position corresponding to the position suggestion information is different from the position of the environment noise;
and step S50, outputting the position suggestion information to allow the user to output a voice instruction at a position corresponding to the position suggestion information.
In the present embodiment, the air conditioner is provided with an acoustic camera. The air conditioner determines the location of each of the environmental noise sources in the room through the acoustic camera. For example, a family holds a birthday meeting, and there are multiple entertainment locations in the room, each of which may be considered an ambient noise source. When the noise value of the environmental noise source is larger than the preset noise value, and the user is in the environmental noise source, the air conditioner cannot accurately capture the voice command sent by the user. In this regard, after acquiring the position of the environmental noise source, the air conditioner generates position suggestion information of voice output according to the position of the environmental noise source, the position corresponding to the position suggestion information is different from the position of the environmental noise source, and the air conditioner outputs the position suggestion information so that the user can output a voice instruction at the position corresponding to the position suggestion information.
The air conditioner may display the position suggestion information in the form of an image, and specifically, the air conditioner may display positions corresponding to the sources of the environmental noise on the display screen, and the positions may be marked with red dots. The air conditioner can display a blue area, wherein the blue area is a position corresponding to the position suggestion information, namely the position suggestion information. To facilitate user understanding, a description of the red dot location and the blue area may be displayed on the display screen.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the air conditioner acquires the position of the ambient noise source, generates the position suggestion information of the voice output according to the position of the ambient noise source, and outputs the position suggestion information so that the user can output the voice instruction at the position corresponding to the position suggestion information, thereby enabling the air conditioner to clearly capture the voice instruction.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a seventh embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on any one of the first to sixth embodiments, the step S10 includes:
step S11, when the target information is detected, obtaining location information of the user corresponding to the target information relative to the air conditioner, where the target information includes at least one of a preset action and a preset voice.
There may be a plurality of users in the space where the air conditioner is located. The air conditioner needs to determine a target user, and the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device is adjusted according to the position information of the target user relative to the air conditioner. The air conditioner stores preset actions and preset voice, the preset actions can be gestures, foot actions and the like, the preset voice can be preset music or recorded voice, the user can detect the actions or the output voice by the air conditioner, if the actions are the preset voice or the voice is the preset voice, the user can be judged to send a voice command, and at the moment, the air conditioner can adjust the sensitivity of the voice recognition device according to the position information of the user relative to the air conditioner. Through the mode, the problem that when a plurality of indoor users exist, the air conditioner cannot accurately adjust the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device is solved.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when the air conditioner detects the target information, the air conditioner acquires the position information of the user corresponding to the target information relative to the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner can know the user who wants to output the voice instruction in advance, and the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device can be accurately adjusted.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises a voice acquisition device, a processor, a memory and a control program of the air conditioner, wherein the control program of the air conditioner is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, the voice acquisition device is connected with the processor, and when being executed by the processor, the control program of the air conditioner realizes the steps of the control method of the air conditioner according to the embodiment.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a control program of the air conditioner, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the control method of the air conditioner as described in the above embodiments.

Claims (9)

1. A control method of an air conditioner is characterized in that the air conditioner is provided with a voice acquisition device, and the control method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps:
determining position information of a user in a space where an air conditioner is located relative to the air conditioner, wherein the position information comprises at least one of a distance between the user and the air conditioner and a direction of the user relative to the air conditioner;
adjusting the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device according to the position information, wherein the distance and the sensitivity are in a positive correlation relationship, and an included angle between the direction of the user relative to the air conditioner and the voice acquisition direction of the voice acquisition device and the sensitivity are in a positive correlation relationship;
wherein, the step of adjusting the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device according to the position information comprises:
determining the identity of the user, and determining the habit volume value of the user according to the identity;
and adjusting the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device according to the habit volume value and the position information.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air conditioner is provided with a rotation mechanism connected to the voice collecting device, the air conditioner controls the voice collecting device to rotate through the rotation mechanism, and the step of determining the position information between the user in the space where the air conditioner is located and the air conditioner comprises:
and controlling the rotating mechanism to rotate according to the position information so that the voice collecting surface of the voice collecting device faces the user, wherein the position information comprises the direction of the user relative to the air conditioner.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the air conditioner is provided with an image pickup device, and the adjusting of the sensitivity of the voice pickup device according to the position information comprises:
acquiring the image of the user acquired by the image acquisition device;
determining an included angle between the face orientation direction of the user and the voice acquisition direction of the voice acquisition device according to the image;
and adjusting the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device according to the included angle and the position information.
4. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting the sensitivity of the voice collecting device according to the position information comprises:
determining the environmental noise value of the position of the user;
and adjusting the sensitivity of the voice acquisition device according to the environment noise value and the position information.
5. The control method of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
acquiring the position of an environment noise source, and generating position suggestion information of voice output according to the position of the environment noise source, wherein the position corresponding to the position suggestion information is different from the position of the environment noise source;
and outputting the position suggestion information to enable the user to be located at a position corresponding to the position suggestion information to output a voice instruction.
6. The control method of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the step of determining the location information of the user in the space where the air conditioner is located with respect to the air conditioner comprises:
when the target information is detected, position information of a user corresponding to the target information relative to the air conditioner is acquired, wherein the target information comprises at least one of preset actions and preset voice.

An air conditioner, characterized in that the air conditioner comprises a voice collecting device, a processor, a memory and a control program of the air conditioner stored in the memory and operable on the processor, the voice collecting device is connected with the processor, and the control program of the air conditioner realizes the steps of the control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1-6 when executed by the processor.
8. The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the air conditioner is provided with a rotating mechanism connected with the voice collecting device, and the air conditioner controls the voice collecting device to rotate through the rotating mechanism.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a control program of the air conditioner, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
