Abstract
本发明一种机械射流风屏装置,其结构包括外壳体、内壳体、面板、送风单元、送风道、吸风道,所述的内壳体设置于外壳体内部,所述的面板位于所述的外壳体、内壳体一端,所述的外壳体、内壳体通过所述的面板连接,所述的面板上布设若干送风单元,所述的送风道位于外壳体、内壳体之间,所述的送风单元与送风道相连接,所述的吸风道位于内壳体内侧。本发明尤其适用于处理无组织排放尘源点,具有安装移动方便、除尘效率高、能耗低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通风装置,属于通风除尘技术领域,具体涉及一种机械射流风屏装置。
背景技术
在通风除尘技术领域中,通风管道及吸送风口比较常见,一般采用金属或复合材料制成,通风管道按功能分为排风管道、送风管道,且排风管道和送风管道采用独立的管道分别布设,送排风口一般与排风管道连接,并设置在尘源点附近用于吸除粉尘。
在某些空间受限的场合,无法将排风管道和送风管道分别布设;在一些需要经常移动或检修的场合,排风管道和送风管道分别布设工作繁重;对于无组织排放尘源点,可以在其附近设置吸风口吸收粉尘,但粉尘仍然易受周围空间自然风的影响发生扩散逃逸,为了获得更好的除尘效果,需要大幅度增加风量,从而增加能耗。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明一种机械射流风屏装置,尤其适用于处理无组织排放尘源点,具有安装移动方便、除尘效率高、能耗低等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一种机械射流风屏装置,其结构包括外壳体、内壳体、面板、送风单元、送风道、吸风道,所述的内壳体设置于外壳体内部,所述的面板位于所述的外壳体、内壳体一端,所述的外壳体、内壳体通过所述的面板连接,所述的面板上布设若干送风单元,所述的送风道位于外壳体、内壳体之间,所述的送风单元与送风道相连接,所述的吸风道位于内壳体内侧。

下面结合附图中的实施例对本发明作进一步的描述:
如图1所示,本发明一种机械射流风屏装置,其结构包括外壳体1、内壳体2、面板3、送风单元4、送风道5、吸风道6,所述的内壳体2设置于外壳体1内部,所述的面板3位于所述的外壳体1、内壳体2一端,所述的外壳体1、内壳体2通过所述的面板3连接,所述的面板3上布设若干送风单元4,所述的送风道5位于外壳体1、内壳体2之间,所述的送风单元4与送风道5相连接,所述的吸风道6位于内壳体2内侧。
进一步地,所述的外壳体1、内壳体2均为圆管或矩形管。
进一步地,所述的送风单元4,其结构包括角度调节机构101、风量调节机构102、送风口103。
本发明的工作机理是:将机械射流风屏装置布设在产尘点附近,经除尘器处理后的洁净空气或由专门的通风机提供的洁净空气由送风道进入,流经各送风单元后,由面板排出,从而在产尘点四周形成射流风屏,将尘源点与周围空间气流隔离,使尘源点附近形成局部密闭空间;同时,进入各送风单元的洁净空气量可通过风量调节机构进行调节,通过送风口流出面板的气流角度可通过角度调节机构进行调节,从而对产尘点四周形成的射流风屏的形状进行调节,实现对不同类型产尘点的覆盖进行匹配;在吸风道负压的作用下,将产尘点含尘气流吸入吸风道,吸风道可以对接各类除尘器,从而对含尘气流进行处理。

1.一种机械射流风屏装置,其特征在于:其结构包括外壳体(1)、内壳体(2)、面板(3)、送风单元(4)、送风道(5)、吸风道(6),所述的内壳体(2)设置于外壳体(1)内部,所述的面板(3)位于所述的外壳体(1)、内壳体(2)一端,所述的外壳体(1)、内壳体(2)通过所述的面板(3)连接,所述的面板(3)上布设若干送风单元(4),所述的送风道(5)位于外壳体(1)、内壳体(2)之间,所述的送风单元(4)与送风道(5)相连接,所述的吸风道(6)位于内壳体(2)内侧。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种机械射流风屏装置,其特征在于:所述的外壳体(1)、内壳体(2)均为圆管或矩形管。
3.按权利要求1所述的一种机械射流风屏装置,其特征在于:所述的送风单元(4),其结构包括角度调节机构(101)、风量调节机构(102)、送风口(103)。
