The sewage pipeline has the characteristics of strong sewage capability, low blockage probability and self-cleaning; in addition, the invention has the characteristics of light weight, less material consumption, high structural strength and easy installation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a corrugated structure wall pipe, in particular to a self-cleaning special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe.
Background
Sewage pipes are very important facilities in municipal drainage systems and industrial drainage systems. Currently common sewage pipes include plastic pipes, composite pipes, concrete pouring pipes and the like. A common feature of these pipes is that they are all circular in cross-section. That is, the drain pipes currently employed are cylindrical pipes.
It is known that the cylindrical sewage pipes have the advantage of large cross-sectional area, and the highest drainage capacity in sewage pipes of the same size and specification, and that the inside of the cylindrical sewage pipes has no edges and corners, and are not easy to block solid objects. However, according to years of research and experience accumulation of researchers of the application, it is found that the current urban and industrial sewage disposal systems in China are easy to be blocked, and especially in sewage disposal sections with more solids, pipeline blockage is often caused. The researchers find that the main reason of the blockage is that solids are easy to deposit at the bottom of the pipeline, and the cylindrical sewage discharge pipe has very gentle water flow speed at the bottom under the condition that water flow is not turbulent enough, so that the bottom solids are difficult to discharge, and more solids are deposited after accumulation in daily life, so that the pipeline is blocked.
Based on this, the present investigator improved the sewage drain from the viewpoint of changing the shape of the pipeline, and designed a sewage drain capable of improving the sewage discharge capacity and reducing the clogging probability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-cleaning special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe. The sewage pipeline has the characteristics of strong sewage capability, low blockage probability and self-cleaning; in addition, the invention has the characteristics of light weight, less material consumption, high structural strength and easy installation.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the self-cleaning special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe comprises a smooth wall inner pipe, wherein a corrugated outer pipe is wound outside the smooth wall inner pipe; the cross-sectional profile of the smooth-wall inner pipe is melon seed type, one end with larger cross-sectional profile is a circular arc top, the other end with smaller cross-sectional profile is a circular arc bottom, the side surface is a side arc part which is tangent to the circular arc top and the circular arc bottom, and the side arc part is tangent to the circular lower half part where the circular arc top and the circular arc bottom are located respectively.
In the self-cleaning special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe, the ratio of the radius of the circular arc-shaped bottom to the radius of the circular arc-shaped top is 1:2-3.
In the self-cleaning special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe, the ratio of the radius of the circular arc-shaped bottom to the radius of the circular arc-shaped top is 1:2.5.
The self-cleaning special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe has the advantages that the ratio of the radius of the circular arc-shaped bottom to the maximum height of the inside of the smooth wall inner pipe is 1:6-8.

The cross section of the smooth wall inner pipe is designed into a melon seed type, the top and the bottom are designed into arc shapes without edges, and the side arc parts at the two sides incline inwards gradually from top to bottom. In the sewage disposal process, the sewage disposal width is narrowed because the width of the bottom is greatly reduced, and the water flow impact force on the unit sectional area of the bottom is greatly improved. When the solid waste descends at the bottom of the pipeline, the solid waste is easily discharged under the action of the large impact force of water flow, so that the possibility of sedimentation and accumulation of the solid waste at the bottom is reduced, the sewage discharge capacity is greatly improved, the blockage probability is reduced, and the self-cleaning device has the advantage of self cleaning. Meanwhile, the invention designs the diameter proportion of the circular arc top and the circular arc bottom of the pipeline and the included angle of the side arc part, so that the capability of draining water is not influenced on the basis of improving the capability of draining solid waste pollution.
In addition, the invention makes up for the reduction of the compression resistance and the bending resistance of the special-shaped structure compared with the traditional circular structure by arranging the pipeline structure into the corrugated structure, thereby improving the compression resistance and the bending resistance of the pipeline; compared with another special-shaped double-layer structure wall pipe with the same cross section outline designed by the researcher, the invention has the advantages that the structure is a corrugated structure on the premise of simultaneously meeting the requirements of compression resistance and bending strength in use, the material consumption is reduced, the weight of the pipe is reduced, and the material strength can also meet the use requirements. In addition, the corrugated outer tube increases the width of the bottom of the outer wall of the whole pipeline, and is convenient to install.
The researchers carried out related experiments on self-cleaning capability, respectively manufactured a cylindrical plastic pipeline with consistent sectional area and the special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe, wherein the radius of the circular arc bottom of the inner layer pipe of the special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe is 16cm, the radius of the circular arc top is 39cm, the maximum height in the inner layer pipe is 108cm, and the supporting layer adopts an I-shaped shape (shown in the attached figure 1). The smooth wall inner tube and the special tube of other patents in the project are produced by adopting the same die, and the inner wall is consistent in size and shape.
The cylindrical plastic pipeline and the special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe are respectively spliced to the length of 200m, the cylindrical plastic pipeline and the special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe are paved on a flat ground, the inclination angles are 10 degrees, crushed stone blocks, crushed cloth pieces, garbage bags and vegetable leaves are evenly divided into 2 parts after being mixed, the crushed stone blocks, the crushed cloth pieces, the garbage bags and the vegetable leaves are respectively dispersed at the bottoms of the cylindrical plastic pipeline and the special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe, water flows with the height of about 1/3 of the cross section of the filled cylindrical plastic pipeline naturally flow in from one end of the cylindrical plastic pipeline and one end of the special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe respectively, solid waste discharge conditions in the pipe are observed after 5 minutes of water discharge, the test is repeated for 3 times, and the results are shown in the following table:
It should be noted that the drainage and self-cleaning capabilities of the special corrugated wall pipe of the present invention are not different from those of the other 2 patents filed by the inventor of the present application, and are different in structural strength and easier to install.

Examples: a self-cleaning special-shaped corrugated structure wall pipe, as shown in figures 1,2 and 5, comprises a smooth wall inner pipe 1, wherein a corrugated outer pipe 2 is wound outside the smooth wall inner pipe 1; the cross-sectional profile of the smooth-wall inner pipe 1 is melon seed type, one end with larger cross-sectional profile is a circular arc top 3, the other end with smaller cross-sectional profile is a circular arc bottom 4, the side surface is a side arc part 5 which is tangentially connected with the circular arc top 3 and the circular arc bottom 4, and the side arc part 5 is respectively tangential with the circular lower half parts where the circular arc top 3 and the circular arc bottom 4 are located.
When the corrugated structure wall pipe is installed, the corrugated structure wall pipe is directly placed at an installation position, the corrugated structure wall pipe is fixed by depending on the area of the increased bottom of the corrugated outer pipe 2, and other conventional auxiliary brackets can be adopted for supporting if necessary, so that the installation of pipelines and the interconnection between the pipelines are realized.
The ratio of the radius of the circular arc-shaped bottom 4 to the radius of the circular arc-shaped top 3 is 1:2-3. Preferably, the radius ratio is 1:2.5.
The ratio of the radius of the circular arc-shaped bottom 4 to the maximum height of the inside of the smooth-wall inner tube 1 is 1:6-8. Preferably, the ratio is 1:7.
The outer contour of the corrugated outer tube 2 is square (figure 3), round (figure 4) or melon seeds (figure 2) with the same cross-section contour as the smooth wall inner tube 1; when the cross section is round or melon-shaped with the same cross section outline as the smooth wall inner pipe 1, the bottom of the corrugated outer pipe 2 is provided with a horizontal part, so that the flatness of the bottom is further improved, and the installation is convenient.
The corrugated structure wall pipe can be a plastic pipe or a steel pipe or a composite material pipe.
