Abstract
The invention provides a double safety valve, which comprises a valve body, wherein an inlet flange and an outlet flange are arranged on the valve body, the inlet flange is connected with an inlet joint, the outlet flange is connected with an outlet joint, and the inlet joint is connected with the outlet joint through at least two groups of valve bodies which are arranged in parallel; the valve body is internally provided with a rotary sleeve, the rotary sleeve is internally provided with a groove, the groove is internally and movably provided with a valve, the valve is matched with the rotary sleeve through a spring, and the valve is internally provided with a vertical guide rod, and the vertical guide rod is matched with the valve. The invention has compact integral structure design, light weight, high reliability, convenient and quick replacement and maintenance, and can replace a failed valve body only when one valve body fails, thereby being convenient to disassemble and saving the cost.

Preferably, two small holes are formed in the rotary sleeve and matched with the rotary sleeve.
Preferably, the upper part of the valve is provided with a valve spring guide surface which is guided to the inner diameter surface of the spring; the lower part of the rotary sleeve is provided with a rotary sleeve spring guide surface and a rotary sleeve spring guide surface which guides the outer diameter surface of the spring.
Preferably, the inlet joint and the outlet joint are both provided with connecting flanges, and the connecting flanges are connected with the inlet flange or the outlet flange; the connecting flange is provided with an O-shaped circular groove, and an O-shaped sealing ring is arranged in the O-shaped circular groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The internal-discharging safety valve is characterized in that the outlet connector is communicated with a pipeline with certain pressure, and under the action of the pressure pipeline, the influence of back pressure on the opening of the valve can be not considered, so that the effect on the low-pressure safety valve is particularly obvious. The internal exhaust action type safety valve can also prevent harmful gas from leaking outwards and prevent environmental pollution.
3. The relief valve passes through flange joint, can realize swiftly changing the maintenance, even a relief valve breaks down, only needs to replace the relief valve module, and need not change whole relief valve system, saves the cost.

The valve body 3 is internally provided with a rotary sleeve 1, the rotary sleeve 1 is internally provided with a groove, a valve 6 is movably arranged in the groove, the valve moves in the groove after being subjected to air pressure change at an inlet, the valve 6 is matched with the rotary sleeve 1 through a spring 2, the upper part of the valve 6 is provided with a valve spring guide surface, and the valve spring guide surface is guided to the inner diameter surface of a spring, namely the inner diameter surface of an upper outer circular surface of the valve; the lower portion of the rotating sleeve 1 is provided with a rotating sleeve spring guide surface and a rotating sleeve spring guide surface guide spring outer diameter surface, the spring sleeve is arranged in the rotating sleeve, the valve penetrates through the spring to move in a groove of the rotating sleeve, spring action is facilitated by the aid of the valve spring guide surface and the rotating sleeve spring guide surface, friction force between the spring and the rotating sleeve and between the spring and the valve is reduced, a vertical guide rod and a vertical guide rod are arranged in the valve 6 and matched with the valve 6, the vertical guide rod enables the valve to keep moving in the vertical direction in the groove in the moving mode, and vibration is avoided.

The inlet joint 9 is connected with the outlet joint 8 through at least two groups of valve bodies 3 arranged in parallel, the outlet joint 8 is communicated with a pressure pipeline, certain pressure is provided for the outlet of the valve body through a pipeline with pressure, the outlet joint is connected with the valve body in a communication connection mode, thus the inlet joint and the outlet joint form a sealed safety valve system with the valve body respectively, gas cannot escape into the external environment, the gas pressure of the external environment cannot influence the opening of an internal valve, after the gas enters the valve body of the valve, when the inlet pressure is lower, the gas is not greater than the opening pressure, the valve is not enough to overcome downward back pressure, downward spring force and downward valve dead weight by upward gas pressure, and the valve is tightly attached to a valve seat of the valve body. When the gas pressure rises gradually, the valve can overcome downward back pressure, downward spring force and downward valve dead weight by the upward gas pressure, the valve is opened, the spring is compressed, the spring force is increased, and the opening degree of the valve cannot be overlarge. When the gas pressure is released to a certain degree, the pressure is reduced, and the valve is closed;
