Background
The application environment of the engineering machinery is severe, the working condition is complex, and the uncontrollable factors are more; in the working process of the hydraulic valve, particularly in the reversing process of a valve rod, the flow rate is easy to change suddenly, the execution mechanism moves in an accelerated manner or stops suddenly due to the sudden change of liquid flow, so that the vibration of the execution mechanism causes certain hidden danger to the safety of a host machine, the vibration of the host machine is not beneficial to operation and control, and the operation comfort level is poor; meanwhile, when the engineering machinery is in fine operation, the requirement on the stability of the valve core in a micro-opening state is high, the stability of the valve core is favorable for controlling the flow precision, and the micro-operation of an actuating mechanism is facilitated; in the process that the actuating mechanism requires stable action, the throttling area of the valve rod can be slightly changed due to the rotation of the valve rod, so that the flow passing through the valve rod is changed, the action of the actuating mechanism is not coordinated, and the potential safety hazard is brought to the safety of a hydraulic control system.

The throttling groove is formed in the circumferential surface of the guide section or the guide surface of the guide section.
When the valve rod is positioned at the middle position, the partition plate is positioned between the two throttling grooves which are axially arranged.
The anti-rotation plug is provided with an external thread at one end connected with the valve rod, the end part of the valve rod is provided with a threaded blind hole, and the external thread end of the anti-rotation plug is connected with the threaded blind hole of the valve rod through a thread.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a reversing buffer device for a hydraulic valve comprises an end cover 1, an anti-rotation plug 2 and a valve rod 3, wherein the anti-rotation plug 2 is located between the end cover 1 and the valve rod 3. The throttling groove 4 is arranged on the circumferential surface of the guide section 2-1 or the guide surface 2-2 on the guide section 2-1. And two throttle grooves 4 are arranged in the axial direction of each side, the two throttle grooves 4 being arranged symmetrically along the axial direction.
In addition, when the section of the guide surface 2-2 position on the guide section 2-1 is waist-shaped, the parallel guide surface 2-2 can be processed with variable section to realize the throttling function.
Referring to fig. 3, a partition plate 1-1 is arranged in an end cover 1, and the partition plate 1-1 divides the interior of the end cover 1 into a front cavity 1-2 and a rear cavity 1-3; the axis of the partition plate 1-1 is provided with a guide hole 1-4, the section of the guide hole 1-4 is matched with the section of the guide section 2-1, and the guide section 2-1 is slidably sleeved in the guide hole 1-4. Under the matching of the partition plate 1-1 and the guide section 2-1, an effective anti-rotation mode is formed for the valve rod, the stability of circulating oil is improved, the risk of valve core clamping stagnation is avoided, and the safety of an actuating mechanism is improved.
When the valve rod 3 is positioned in the middle position, the partition plate 1-1 is positioned between the two throttling grooves 4 which are axially arranged, so that a front closed cavity and a rear closed cavity are formed in the end cover 1 under the matching of the anti-rotation plug 2, no matter whether the anti-rotation plug 2 leads the oil A to be introduced or the oil B to be introduced along the axial direction of the valve rod 3, the throttling area at the matching surface of the anti-rotation plug 2 and the end cover 1 is gradually increased, namely the reversing process of the valve rod 3 is a gradual process which is slow first and fast later; in the process of resetting the valve rod 3, the movement of the valve rod is firstly fast and then slow as the throttling area at the matching surface of the anti-rotation plug 2 and the end cover 1 is gradually reduced; the anti-rotation plug 2 can change the flow area of the front cavity and the rear cavity of the end cover 1 along with the movement of the valve rod 3, the flow area is equivalent to a variable throttling hole in the function, the on-off of the two cavities is realized, the micro-motion characteristic of the valve rod 3 is realized through the change of the throttling areas in the forward direction and the reverse direction, and the hydraulic impact of the reset of the valve rod is reduced.
The embodiment shows that the reversing buffer device improves the stability and the precision of liquid flow under the micro-opening state of the valve rod, thereby eliminating the vibration and the crawling of the micro-opening of the hydraulic valve; meanwhile, hydraulic impact generated by quick return of the valve rod in the valve core resetting process can be eliminated, the operation comfort is improved, and the safety of a hydraulic system is improved; the application of the anti-rotation function can effectively prevent the valve rod from rotating in the valve core hole and improve the stability of the flow passing through the valve core hole; the influence of hydraulic power on the stability of the valve rod can be effectively avoided, and the anti-interference capability of the hydraulic valve is improved; meanwhile, the anti-rotation function can eliminate the phenomenon of valve rod clamping stagnation caused by machining errors of the valve rod and the valve core hole.
The invention is not only suitable for large-tonnage and super-tonnage hydraulic control mechanisms, but also can be applied to high-pressure and large-flow control mechanisms in other industries. According to the characteristics of the engineering machinery and the requirements of different working conditions, different throttling parameters and mechanical control structure parameters can be set so as to meet the requirements of different engineering machinery on different working conditions.

1. A hydraulic valve reversing buffer device comprises an end cover (1) and a valve rod (3);

an anti-rotation plug (2) is connected between the end cover (1) and the valve rod (3);
