Description

Method and device for code matching on receiver, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of curtain driving, in particular to a method and a device for code matching on a receiver, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
At present, most of electric curtains on the market drive a curtain body through a driving device to realize automatic folding and unfolding of curtain cloth. The driving device comprises a motor and a receiver, and for the rolling curtain, the motor is used for driving the shafts of the curtain reel in the positive and negative directions to rotate so as to drive the curtain cloth, so that the curtain cloth is rolled up or put down; for the sliding type curtain, the motor is used for driving the curtain to slide along the top guide rail, so that the curtain is unfolded or folded. When a user drives the electric curtain to be folded and unfolded, the controller sends a control signal to the receiver of the driving device, and the receiver receives the control signal and controls the driving motor to execute corresponding operation to fold or put down the curtain. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, specific embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting of the application. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant portions of the present application are shown in the drawings. Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the operations (or steps) as a sequential process, many of the operations can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
The method for code matching on power-on of the receiver is used for starting entering a code matching state of the receiver by taking power-on of the receiver as a condition for triggering the receiver to perform a code matching process. For most of the existing electronic devices such as electric curtains and fans which adopt wireless control, radio frequency signals are mostly adopted to carry control signals when wireless control is realized. The wireless control equipment needs to establish a corresponding relation with the controlled equipment to realize wireless control. The process of establishing the corresponding relationship between the wireless control device and the controlled device is called code matching, and generally, when the controlled device is initially put into use or the key position of the wireless control device needs to be adjusted, code matching operation needs to be performed. The wireless control device is usually a controller, and the process of code matching is essentially a process of information interaction between a remote controller and a controlled device receiver. The remote controller is operated by the code matching to send the function codes corresponding to each key position to the receiver, the receiver stores the code matching information after receiving the code matching information, namely, the code matching process between the remote controller and the receiver is completed, and the remote controller and the controlled equipment complete the establishment of the corresponding relation. Then, based on the corresponding relationship, when the remote controller presses the corresponding key, the receiver compares the code matching information stored in the receiver with the corresponding key information to determine the control operation corresponding to the key, and controls the working state of the controlled device according to the corresponding control operation. Specifically, in the application scenario of the electric curtain, the code matching operation between the remote controller and the electric curtain receiver usually needs to be triggered through the physical key, and since the motor of the electric curtain is arranged at a high position, the physical key arranged on the receiver is also correspondingly arranged at the high position, so that in the using process of the electric curtain, once the user needs to adjust the key position function, the physical key of the receiver needs to be pressed to start the code matching process when the code matching operation is performed. Therefore, the mode of starting the code matching process is inconvenient, the physical injury caused by code matching operation can occur even when the entity key is arranged at a high position, and based on the method, the power-on code matching method of the receiver is provided.
Implementing one step:
fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a receiver power-on code matching method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the receiver power-on code matching method provided in this embodiment may be executed by a receiver power-on code matching device, the receiver power-on code matching device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and the receiver power-on code matching device may be formed by two or more physical entities or may be formed by one physical entity. Generally, the code matching device on the receiver has the receiver function of the controlled device, and the code matching device on the receiver can be a receiver of the controlled device such as a fan, a curtain, a television and the like applied in wireless control.
The following describes the power-on code matching method provided by the embodiment of the present application with reference to an application scenario of a motorized window shade, by taking a power-on code matching device of a receiver as an example. Referring to fig. 1, the method for power-on code matching of a receiver specifically includes:
and S110, triggering to enter a code matching state when the receiver is powered on.
For example, the motorized window shades currently on the market are generally of a rolling curtain type or a sliding type, and the embodiment of the present application is described by taking a rolling curtain type window shade as an example. The electric rolling curtain generally comprises a curtain body and a driving device, wherein the curtain body comprises curtain cloth and a scroll, the curtain cloth is fixed on the scroll, the curtain cloth is driven by the rotation of shafts in the positive and negative directions of the scroll, the curtain cloth is rolled up or put down, the driving device of the rolling curtain comprises a motor and a control part of the motor, the motor is installed at one end of the scroll, the control part of the motor comprises a microprocessor, a receiver and a switch circuit, the motor is connected with a driving power supply through the switch circuit, the switch circuit is connected with the microprocessor, the receiver reads control operation information according to a control signal received by the controller, uploads the control operation information to the microcontroller, and the microcontroller controls the driving device to control the upward movement, the downward movement and the stop. Referring to fig. 2, the controller is correspondingly provided with an up key 11, a down key 12 and a stop key 13 for correspondingly controlling the normal rotation, reverse rotation and stop operations of the motor. When the corresponding relation between the remote controller and the receiver needs to be established or the corresponding control operation of the key position needs to be adjusted, the receiver needs to be started to enter a code matching state. At the moment, a user powers on the equipment, the equipment is switched into the commercial power and then the receiver is started, and the receiver is triggered to enter the code matching state of the receiver through a pulse signal generated by the power-on of the equipment. The code matching process of the receiver is started in a power-on triggering mode, and the code matching process is started without manual key pressing of a user, so that the operation of the user is simplified.
And S120, after receiving the code codes within a set time period, triggering to enter a function code receiving preparation state, wherein the function codes respectively correspond to different key positions of the controller.
Illustratively, after entering the code matching state, the code encoding receiving preparation is made within a set time period. The embodiment of the application is set to 15 seconds, if the receiver receives the code within 15 seconds, the receiver enters a function code receiving preparation state, and if the receiver does not receive the code within 15 seconds, the receiver returns to a normal standby state. And considering that after the device is powered on, a user may want to perform normal operation normally, if the controller sends a control signal corresponding to a key position instead of a code, after the receiver is powered on, the receiver receives the control signal, and then exits the code matching state, returns to the normal state and responds to the signal of the controller. Therefore, the normal use of the electric curtain by a user is prevented from being influenced due to no subsequent code matching operation after the equipment is powered on and enters the code matching state.
Specifically, after entering the code matching state, if the user presses the code key 14 of the remote controller within 15 seconds, the code is sent to the receiver. Referring to fig. 3, the receiver starts to receive the code matching information transmitted by the controller, and the code matching information is triggered and transmitted based on the user pressing each key according to the code matching operation sequence. After the receiver receives the code, it indicates that the remote controller is ready to send the function code, and the receiver enters into the ready state of function code reception. The function of code coding is to distinguish the normal control operation of the user through the controller from the code matching operation, since the receiver entering the code matching state is actively triggered by the power-on of the device, and the receiver is triggered to enter the code matching state through the control of the related keys by the user. Then, after the device is powered on, there is a high possibility that the user performs a normal control operation. Based on this, set up code key 14 on the controller, if the user needs the receiver to enter the state, then after the apparatus is electrified, trigger the receiver to enter the function code and receive the ready state by pressing code key 14. If the code key 14 is not pressed within the set time (15 seconds) of the power-on of the device, the user does not perform the code matching operation, and the receiver returns to the normal standby state.
S130, receiving the function codes one by one, and storing the function codes in a one-to-one correspondence mode according to the key positions.
Specifically, after the receiver enters a function code receiving preparation state, the receiver starts to receive function codes corresponding to different control operations of the driving motor one by one, the received function codes correspond to key position information to be stored, the control operation of the motor corresponding to the function code at the moment is marked and corresponds to the key position, and when a user presses the key position through the controller, the motor is required to execute the corresponding control operation. When the receiver receives one function code, the receiver receives the key bit information corresponding to the function code at the same time, that is, when the user presses the up key 11, the down key 12 or the stop key 13 through the controller, the remote controller sends the key bit information and the function code information corresponding to the key to the receiver for storage. In some embodiments of the method for sending function codes by powering on a receiver in the embodiments of the present application, each time the receiver receives one function code, the receiver sequentially extracts pre-stored key bit information, and correspondingly stores the function code and the key bit with the corresponding sequential number. That is, when the user matches the code, the user presses any key of the up key 11, the down key 12 or the stop key 13, and only sends the corresponding function code information to the receiver, and the key position information is pre-stored by the receiver according to the code matching process. For example, the receiver follows the "1, up key; 2. a down key; 3. the stop key performs key position information sequencing, so that no matter what sequence the three function codes of the controller are sent in, the three function codes correspond to the '1' and the uplink key in sequence; 2. a down key; 3. stop key "save. Here, the user is required to sequentially press the up key 11, the down key 12, and the stop key 13 according to the case bit information stored in the receiver to ensure that the key bit information can be accurately corresponded. Otherwise, if the key bit information "down key" corresponds to the function code of the motor up control operation, then returning to the normal standby state, and the user presses the controller down key 12, then the receiver receives the key bit information of the down key 12, finds the function code corresponding to the motor up control operation according to the code matching information stored in the receiver, and controls the motor to move up according to the function code at this time, and drives the curtain to retract. Therefore, the user is required to sequentially transmit the function codes to the receiver key bit information storage order. Therefore, the information transmission of the controller can be reduced, the function codes and the corresponding key position information do not need to be transmitted simultaneously during code matching, and the receiving of the information is reduced, so that the influence of conditions such as disordered and lost information receiving on the code matching process can be avoided.
Specifically, the function code receiving process shown in fig. 4 specifically includes:
s1301, receiving a first function code, storing the first function code corresponding to a first key position, and triggering to enter a second function code receiving preparation state;
s1302, receiving a second function code, storing the second function code corresponding to a second key position, and triggering to enter a third function code receiving preparation state;
and S1303, receiving a third function code, and storing the third function code corresponding to a third key position.
The function codes are stored corresponding to the key positions when received, for example, the first, second and third function codes respectively correspond to the up, down and stop operations of the curtain. Then, when the user is checking the code, the user presses the uplink key 11, sends the key position information of the uplink key 11 and the function code corresponding to the uplink operation, and the receiver receives the first function code and the key position information of the uplink key 11; pressing down the down key 12, sending the information of the key position of the down key 12 and the function code corresponding to the down operation, and receiving the second function code and the information of the key position of the down key 12 by the receiver; the stop key 13 is pressed down, the key position information of the stop key 13 and the function code corresponding to the stop operation are transmitted, and the receiver receives the third function code and the key position information of the stop key 13. Therefore, the receiver completes the corresponding storage of the key position information and the function code. When the device is used normally subsequently, a user presses the corresponding key position, the key position information is sent to the receiver, the receiver searches for the corresponding function code stored in the receiver based on the key position information, the function code is uploaded to the microcontroller, and the microcontroller drives the motor to execute the operation of the corresponding function code.
S140, receiving the code again, finishing the code matching operation, receiving the ID information of the controller and the ID information of the control channel, storing the ID information of the controller and the ID information of the control channel corresponding to the function code and the key position, and returning to a normal standby state.
After the function code reception in S130 is completed, it indicates that the function code storage is completed. At this time, the controller sends the code to the receiver again, indicating that the code matching operation is completed. In this case, in order to establish unique correspondence between the controller and the receiver, it is avoided that one receiver is controlled by a plurality of controllers. Therefore, when the code matching is completed, the remote controller sends the ID information of the controller and the ID information of the control channel, the ID information of the controller and the ID information of the control channel are stored in the receiver corresponding to the function code and the key bit which are sent in advance, a unique corresponding relation is established, and the normal standby state is returned. It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the method for code matching on a receiver in the embodiments of the present application, after the receiver receives three function codes, the receiver automatically exits from the code matching state and returns to the normal standby state. In addition, in the code matching process, if the receiver has no effective operation within the set time, namely no code matching information is received, the code matching state is exited, and the normal standby state is returned.
The receiver is triggered to enter the code matching state when being powered on, and after receiving the code codes, the receiver is triggered to enter the function code receiving preparation, receive the function codes corresponding to different key positions of the controller one by one and store the function codes. The receiver enters the code matching state and the function code receiving preparation state to respectively correspond to the power-on state of the receiver and the triggering of the received code, the code matching process and the function code receiving process are started without manual key pressing of a user, the code matching operation of the user is simplified, and the code matching of the receiver is more convenient and simpler.
