The staff places the heated board on first bearing roller 5, then promotes the heated board right, aims at cutting device 10 with the position that will cut, starts cutting device 10 and the work of second motor 12. The second motor 12 drives the eccentric wheel 13 to rotate, when the outer edge of the eccentric wheel 13 pushes the cutting device 10 to move downwards through the roller 11 and the mounting block 9, the swing rod 8 swings downwards, the tension spring 15 stretches, and the cutting device 10 contacts the insulation board and cuts the insulation board. When the outer edge of the eccentric wheel 13 does not push the roller 11 to move downwards, the swinging rod 8 swings upwards to reset under the action of the tension spring 15, the cutting device 10 moves upwards along with the swinging rod, and at the moment, a worker pushes the heat insulation plate rightwards and enables the next part to be cut to be aligned to the cutting device 10. When the cutting device 10 is moved down again, the next cutting can be performed. The operation is simple and convenient, the cutting can be performed quickly, and the time and the cost are saved. After the insulation board is cut, the worker turns off the second motor 12, so that the cutting device 10 stops working.
The worker starts the first motor 102 to rotate in the forward direction, the first motor 102 drives the first connecting rod 103 to rotate in the forward direction, the first connecting rod 103 drives the saw frame 108 to move back and forth through the triangular plate 104 and the third connecting rod 106, and the saw blade 109 moves back and forth along with the saw frame. When the saw blade 109 moves down and contacts the insulation board, the insulation board can be cut. After the insulation board is cut, the worker turns off the first motor 102.
When the insulation board moves to the right, the conveyor belt 18 conveys the cut insulation board to the right, and the insulation board is prevented from falling, so that workers can collect and arrange the cut insulation board conveniently.
The worker rotates the screw 26 to move downwards, the screw 26 is loosened, the third sliding sleeve 25 moves left and right, and the limit plate 27 moves left and right accordingly. When the limit plate 27 is moved to the proper position, the screw 26 is tightened. The staff can support the heated board right-hand member limiting plate 27 and cut, so can adjust the cutting size of heated board as required, can guarantee higher cutting accuracy. After the insulation board is cut off, the worker swings the push rod 29 clockwise, the push rod 29 drives the N-shaped frame 22 to move downwards through the pull rope 30 and the connecting block 24, the first spring 23 is compressed accordingly, the limiting plate 27 moves downwards accordingly and leaves the insulation board, and therefore the insulation board is convenient to convey rightwards and fall along the inclined plane of the inclined plate 20. After the cut insulation board is conveyed, the worker releases the push rod 29, the N-shaped frame 22 moves upwards to reset under the action of the first spring 23, and the limiting plate 27 moves upwards and supports against the insulation board again.
