After the valve plate is placed into the concave part in the positioning jig and clamped, the valve body positioning plate can form a positioning component of the stop valve when stretching to the middle under the driving of the cylinder. The positioning component forms a positioning opening on a reserved position of the stop valve to be placed in the valve body according to the shape of the valve body, and the valve body is conveniently placed in.
The cylinder fixing plate 2 is provided with an accommodating space of the valve body positioning piece, so that the valve body positioning piece can be accommodated in the accommodating space under the driving of the cylinder. The valve body positioning plate can retract into the accommodating space of the cylinder fixing plate 2 when retracting under the driving of the cylinder, so that the connecting structure of the stop valve and the valve plate can move without obstruction after the installation is completed.
The distance between the valve plate positioning strip and the valve body positioning plate is set within a preset distance, and the preset distance is determined according to the relative position of the stop valve and the valve plate during installation. If the distance between the valve body positioning plates exceeds the preset distance, the stop valve and the valve plate are inconvenient to lock and attach during installation, and even the situation that installation cannot be carried out can occur.

In the embodiment, in an initial state, the cylinder drives the valve body positioning plate to extend out, the valve plate is plugged into a concave part formed by the valve plate positioning part and the valve plate positioning seat, and the transverse position of the valve plate is positioned accordingly; the tail end of the valve plate is propped against the limiting adjusting seat, so that the valve plate is longitudinally positioned. The valve body positioning plate which extends out at the moment is just positioned above the valve plate, and a positioning opening area is automatically formed for the stop valve.
According to the formed positioning opening area, the stop valve can be easily placed into the jig for positioning. Preferably, the locating formation is spaced from the stop valve, typically by 0.05 to 0.1 mm. After the stop valve is placed into the jig for positioning, the stop valve can be attached to the valve plate through a screw. After the valve plate is placed, the position of the stop valve is automatically positioned, the valve body is conveniently placed, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
After the screw is locked, the cylinder drives the valve body positioning plate to retract, the stop valve moves without any interference of parts, and other mechanisms can move to carry out the next working procedure.
