Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vein catheterization fixing devices, in particular to a hemodialysis vein catheterization fixing band.
Background
Hemodialysis is a main method for treating acute and chronic renal failure, and a stable, reliable and safe blood vessel channel is the basic guarantee for smooth hemodialysis of a patient. A common practice in the prior art for establishing such vascular access is to place a hemodialysis venous catheter intravascularly in the patient's neck, with the end of the venous catheter extending outside the patient's body and the tail of the venous catheter having a "Y" shaped bifurcation, an arterial catheter port and a venous catheter port, respectively. At present, the traditional fixing method of a neck vein catheterization for hemodialysis is to wrap the outer side of a catheter by two sterile gauzes and fix the catheter on the ear of a patient by adhesive tapes so as to keep sterility, the length of the exposed part of the wrapped catheter is about 12-13 cm, the cannula and the skin entrance are often folded when the patient moves, so that the dialysis blood flow is not smooth, and the dialysis is not sufficient. In addition, through the fixed pipe of adhesive tape, the adhesive tape often drops because patient perspires or the head rotates, does not reach effectual fixed to too much use adhesive tape, probably arouses the allergy, leads to the skin reddening, damaged scheduling problem, because of the adhesive tape inelasticity, can tractive patient's ear, makes the activity inconvenient, to the female patient who stays long hair simultaneously, glues the hair on the adhesive tape easily, causes the tractive, arouses the pain, brings a great deal of puzzlement for patient's daily activity and sleep.
Therefore, Chinese patent 'CN 208927373U' provides a hemodialysis jugular vein catheterization fixed band, and it includes that neck fixed band, pipe hold the bag, ear string rope and magic subsides, and the medial extremity of neck fixed band one end is equipped with the hook face paster of magic subsides, and the outside of the neck fixed band other end is equipped with the matte paster of no less than two magic subsides, and the matte paster of each magic subsides is the interval setting, and open end one side that the pipe held the bag is fixed on the neck fixed band. The utility model discloses a certain beneficial effect does have, but nevertheless the existence is not enough at will: 1. the blood purification treatment needs to change the medicine for many times and insert and pull out the dialysis catheter for many times, so that the venous catheterization is inevitably pulled in the process, and the integral venous catheterization is easily dropped from the blood vessel; 2. even this scheme sheathes the pipe at the arteriovenous catheter and holds the bag, the patient inevitably can produce little effort tractive to vein catheterization when the activity, makes the patient painful, so for a long time, vein catheterization still can probably drop from the blood vessel.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical purpose
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a hemodialysis venous catheter fixing band, aiming at solving the problem that the existing hemodialysis venous catheter fixing band is easy to fall off from a blood vessel when in use.
(II) technical scheme
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a hemodialysis vein catheterization fixing strap comprises a fixing strap used for winding a main catheter for fixing a vein catheterization, and the tail of the main catheter is branched into an arterial catheter and a venous catheter.
The hemodialysis venous catheter fixing band also comprises at least one group of limiting pieces, and one end of each limiting piece is connected to the outer side face of the fixing band; the number of the set of stoppers is two, one of the stoppers can be selectively connected to the arterial catheter, and the other stopper can be selectively connected to the venous catheter. When the fixed band winding is fixed at the patient neck, the locating part is connected respectively on arterial catheter and ductus venosus this moment, play limiting displacement to whole ductus venosus, specifically, when medical personnel plug dialysis catheter when carrying out hemodialysis operation, can make the ductus venosus draw or shift (the other movable condition of ductus venosus no longer has repeated) appear in the blood vessel, then the ductus venosus has the tendency of deviating from in following the blood vessel, the locating part can give the holistic restriction of ductus venosus this moment, prevent that it from deviating from. It should be noted that each group of limiting pieces can be respectively connected to the arterial catheter and the venous catheter in a bilateral symmetry manner, so that the limiting effect on the whole venous catheterization is uniformly distributed; in addition, the invention can be used not only in neck hemodialysis, but also in arm and peritoneal hemodialysis treatment, and only the size of the fixing band needs to be adaptively modified.
The outer side surface of the fixing belt is provided with a tightening mechanism for adjusting the tensioning degree of the limiting pieces, and the tightening mechanism corresponds to the limiting pieces one by one; the fixing belt is provided with clasping mechanisms which correspond to the tightening mechanisms one by one, and the clasping mechanisms are positioned on two sides of the main catheter; the elasticity mechanism includes sliding connection in the slider of fixed band lateral surface, and the slider cover is located the locating part, when the locating part tensioning, the locating part can stimulate the slider and slide and support and press and hold the mechanism tightly for hold the mechanism tightly and support and press and hold the main duct.
When the elastic fixing device is used, the fixing band is firstly wound and fixed on the neck and other parts, the limiting piece is connected to the arterial catheter and the venous catheter, and the tensioning degree of the limiting piece is adjusted through the elastic mechanism, specifically, the length of the limiting piece is adjusted to enable a patient to feel the most comfortable. The sliding block is connected with the sliding groove on the outer side surface of the fixing belt in a sliding mode, the tensioning degree of the limiting piece can influence whether the sliding block abuts against the clamping mechanism or not, generally, the sliding block and the clamping mechanism need to abut against each other, clamping can be achieved timely when the intravenous catheter moves, and accidents are avoided; but the slider and the clasping mechanism have a clearance, namely a sliding distance, so that a larger moving space can be reserved for a patient, and the patient can feel more comfortable.
It should be noted that, because the arterial catheter and the venous catheter need to be frequently inserted and extracted, the catheters are made of hard materials, and therefore can bear the connection pulling action of the limiting piece.
In this scheme, when the vein catheterization received the tractive effect, through the effort transmission of above-mentioned process, finally turn into the pulling force to the effort of holding tightly of main catheter, generally speaking, the tractive effect that the vein catheterization received is more obvious, and the fixed band is bigger to the effort of holding tightly of vein catheterization to restricted the activity of vein catheterization to a certain extent, avoided it to deviate from in the blood vessel, alleviateed patient's misery.
Further, the locating part is connected the one end of vein catheterization is equipped with spacing portion, and spacing portion includes the connecting block and locates the hasp on the connecting block, and the hasp includes the discount and opens and shuts the portion, and the discount is the annular and leaves the breach for the one end that is close to the connecting block, and the portion of opening and shutting articulates in the connecting block, can realize the closure and the opening of breach through pulling the portion of opening and shutting. The limiting part can be more conveniently connected with the arterial catheter and the venous catheter through the locking structure. Of course, the stop portion may be other structures, such as a collar, clip, etc.
Furthermore, the tightening mechanism also comprises a limiting rod hinged to the sliding block, and the bottom of the limiting rod is provided with a limiting lug; the limiting part is provided with a plurality of limiting holes, and the limiting lugs can be selectively clamped into different limiting holes so as to adjust the tensioning degree of the limiting part. The limiting part can be pulled in the sliding block, the limiting lug is clamped into the limiting hole, the relative position of the limiting lug and the limiting part cannot be changed, and at the moment, if the vein catheterization drives the limiting part to move, the limiting part can only drive the sliding block to move in the sliding groove. When the vein catheterization pipe moves outwards from the blood vessel, the sliding block moves towards the holding mechanism. It should be noted that the tightening mechanism may also adopt other structures, such as a buckle plate, a buckle, etc. with a through hole capable of passing through the stopper.
Furthermore, the clasping mechanism comprises a first air bag and a second air bag, the first air bag is positioned on the outer side surface of the fixing band, the second air bag is positioned on the inner side surface of the fixing band, and the first air bag is communicated with the second air bag through a pipeline; when the sliding block slides and is pressed against the first air bag, the gas in the first air bag can be introduced into the second air bag, so that the second air bag is expanded to hold the main conduit tightly. The air bag can absorb the acting force pressed on the main catheter, so that the acting force transmitted to the patient is as small as possible; meanwhile, the air bag has good adaptability, can be better contacted with the main catheter, the fixing belt and the skin of a human body, increases the contact area and further reduces the traction feeling.
Furthermore, the clasping mechanism is a sponge block which is communicated with and protrudes out of the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the fixing band, and when the sliding block slides and presses against the sponge block, the part of the sponge block, which is positioned on the inner side of the fixing band, can clasp the main catheter. The sponge block is made of a flexible material and can absorb the acting force pressed on the main catheter, so that the acting force transmitted to the patient is as small as possible.
Further, the fixed band lateral surface is in it accomodates the bag to be equipped with the pipe between the mechanism to hold tightly, and the bag is accomodate to the pipe is used for covering and establishes arterial pipe and venous catheter mainly play the guard action to arterial pipe and venous catheter, also can play certain limiting displacement.
Furthermore, at least one sucker is arranged on the outer side surface of the fixing band. When the fixing device is used, the sucker can be adsorbed on the body of a patient, a better limiting effect is achieved on the fixing band, and looseness of the fixing band is avoided.
Furthermore, the fixing band is an inner-outer double-layer mechanism, the inner side of the fixing band is a moisture absorption layer, and the outer layer of the fixing band is a heat dissipation layer. When the fixed band is worn for a long time, too much sweat is easily produced at the contact position of the patient's body and fixed band, and the patient can feel uncomfortable, and skin is in the damp and hot state for a long time, can produce the injury to skin.
Furthermore, the moisture absorption layer is made of sponge; the heat dissipation layer is made of carbon fiber gauze. The sponge is in direct contact with the skin, is soft and can play a good sweat absorption effect, and the skin is prevented from being in a damp and hot state; the carbon fiber gauze dissipates the heat, and the comfort of the patient is improved. It should be noted that, because there are many moisture absorbing materials and heat dissipating materials, the present invention will not be described in detail, but other materials are still within the scope of the present invention.
Further, the fixing band both ends are equipped with the connecting piece that is used for connecting its both ends, are convenient for realize the winding fixed, and the connecting piece can be for magic subsides, couple etc..
