Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a head support apparatus for a micro-plastic and aesthetic medical operating table, which comprises a base 1 and a supporting table 2 mounted on the base 1, wherein an operating bed plate 3 is arranged on the supporting table 2, a supporting plate 21 is arranged at one end of the supporting table 2, a head support 4 is connected to the operating bed plate 3, and the head support 4 is located above the supporting plate 21 and supported by the supporting plate 21.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the head support 4 includes a pillow case 41, a circular sponge 42, a fixing mechanism 5, and a lifting mechanism 6, the circular sponge 42 is fixed at the center of the upper surface of the pillow case 41, the upper surface of the pillow case 41 is further provided with a long neck pillow 44, the long neck pillow 44 is disposed near the operation bed plate 3, when an operation is performed, the long neck pillow 44 is made of a human neck, and the human head is supported by the circular sponge 42. The upper surface of the pillow case 41 is provided with a through hole 43, and the through hole 43 is communicated with the inner ring of the circular sponge 42.
Please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the lifting mechanism 6 includes a concave support 61 and a transmission mechanism 7, the concave support 61 is controlled by the transmission mechanism 7 to move up and down in the through hole 43; the transmission mechanism 7 comprises a rack 71, a sliding rod 72, a gear pair 73 and a screw 74, wherein the gear pair 73, the sliding rod 72 and the screw 74 are all arranged in the pillow box 41, one end of the screw 74 penetrates out of the pillow box 41 and is connected with a rotating handle 45 arranged on the end face of one end of the pillow box 41, the screw 74 can be rotated by rotating the rotating handle 45, at the moment, the gear pair 73 is in transmission connection with the screw 74, the rack 71 is in transmission connection with the gear pair 73, the gear pair 73 comprises a driving gear and a driven gear which are fixed together, the driving gear is meshed with the screw 74, and the driven gear is meshed with the rack 71, so that the rack 71 can move up and down when the screw 74 rotates; the sliding grooves are formed in the sliding rods 72, the sliding strips 75 are arranged on the racks 71, and the sliding strips 75 are installed in the sliding grooves, so that the racks 71 can slide by taking the sliding rods 72 as supports, the concave bearings 61 are fixed at the upper ends of the racks 71, and when the racks 71 move up and down, the concave bearings 61 can slowly move up and down the heads of people, so that the operation is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 3, the fixing mechanism 5 includes a moving mechanism 8, a moving support 51, and a holding device 52, the holding device 52 is controlled by the moving mechanism 8 to move, and the moving mechanism 8 is disposed on the moving support 51; the movable support 51 comprises two fixing rods 53 fixed in the pillow box 41, and the two fixing rods 53 are positioned at two sides of the through hole 43 and are perpendicular to the screw 74; the clamping device 52 comprises a clamping plate 54 and two support rods 55 fixed at the bottom of the clamping plate 54, the clamping plate 54 is arranged above the pillow box 41, the bottoms of the two support rods 55 penetrate through two strip-shaped holes 46 formed in the pillow box 41, and the two strip-shaped holes 46 are perpendicular to the clamping plate 54, so that the two support rods 55 can move in the two strip-shaped holes 46.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the moving mechanism 8 includes a moving block 81, a thread block 82, a rotating screw 83, and a rocking handle 84, the moving block 81 is fixed at the bottom of the two support rods 55, the thread block 82 is fixed at the bottom of the moving block 81, a threaded hole 85 is formed on the thread block 82, one end of the rotating screw 83 is screwed into the threaded hole 85, the rocking handle 84 is disposed at the outer side of the pillow case 41, the other end of the rotating screw 83 penetrates through the pillow case 41 and is connected with the rocking handle 84, two through holes 86 are formed on the moving block 81, and the two fixing rods 53 are respectively inserted into the two through holes 86, so that when the rocking handle 84 is rotated, the rotating screw 83 rotates to make the thread block 82 move closer to the head of the person, and because the moving mechanism 8 is provided with two sponge blocks 56, the two sponge blocks 56 are disposed on the opposite surfaces of the two clamping plates, the head of the person does not shake left and right during the operation.
