Step 2, detecting whether the disease is caused
Typically human chews are teeth that contact no more than 2 seconds, and when the biting force of the upper and lower teeth is applied to the current incisors exceeds 10 pounds, the human chews are harmful to the tongue; when the time that the front cutting tooth acts on the sensing mechanism 3 exceeds 2s and the front cutting tooth receives the biting force exceeding 10 pounds, the sensing mechanism 3 sends out a pulse to be transmitted to the starting electromagnetic valve 45 through the trigger pulse transmission wire 7;
step 3, starting the protection device
When the pulse signal is transmitted to the starting electromagnetic valve 45, the starting spring 451 on the starting electromagnetic valve 45 drives the starting control protrusion 452 to move, the starting control protrusion 452 is separated from the first fixing groove 441 on the bouncing block 44, and the bouncing block 44 moves upwards along the guide rod 42 under the action of the bouncing spring 43; when the limit groove on the bouncing block 44 is matched with the limit protrusion 47 at the upper end of the guide block 42, the bouncing block 44 reaches the limit position; meanwhile, the holding control projection 462 of the holding solenoid valve 46 springs into the second fixing groove 442 on the spring block 44, preventing the spring block 44 from moving downward; at this time, the bouncing block 44 forms a supporting body between the upper teeth and the lower teeth, so that the upper teeth and the lower teeth can not be closed, and the upper teeth and the lower teeth are prevented from being bitten to the tongue;
step 4, restoring the protection device to the initial state
After the patient returns, the lower dental mouthpiece 1 is taken out, the starting button 463 of the holding electromagnetic valve 46 is pressed, the holding spring 461 of the holding electromagnetic valve 46 drives the holding control projection 462 to retract, and the holding control projection 462 is separated from the second fixing groove 442 of the bouncing block 44; the bouncing block 11 is pressed downwards again, when the starting control protrusion 452 bounces into the first fixing groove 441 of the bouncing block 44, the initial state of the protection device is restored to completion, and the lower shell 1 is attached to the lower teeth.
The invention discloses a tongue biting prevention tooth socket, which solves the problems that the existing tongue biting device is inconvenient to operate, lacks of safety protection, cannot automatically judge whether the disease occurs or not and the like.
