The nine embodiments all belong to the design concept of the invention about the structure of the liner 1, the first coaming 16 is formed by bending a long plate, so that the welding between plates is reduced, the tightness and the structural strength of the box body are improved, the second coaming 17 is an integrally formed L-shaped plate, the second coaming 17 is formed by bending a long plate, the first coaming 16 and the second coaming 17 can be completely connected by only welding 5 edges between the first coaming 16 and the second coaming 17, and the connection tightness and the connection strength of the box body of the electric steam box are improved.
In this embodiment, preferably, the liner 1 adopts the connection structure of mode 2, and as shown in fig. 18, the bottom plate 13 and the side plate 12 are integrally formed to form the first coaming 16, the top cover plate 11 and the back plate 18 are independently divided into two splice plates, and the top cover plate 11 is located on the upper side of the first coaming 16; the back plate 18 is located on the rear side of the first shroud 16.

Specifically, the size of the back plate 18 is larger than the size occupied by the back side of the frame body formed by connecting the first coaming 16 with the top cover plate 11, namely, when the back plate 18 is connected with the first coaming 16 and the top cover plate 11, the back plate 18 is reserved around, and screw holes are arranged on the back plate 18 at reserved positions and are suitable for being connected with the cavity of the integrated kitchen.
As shown in fig. 18, the back plate 18 is provided with a clamping groove 181, the clamping groove 181 comprises a side wall 1811, when the first coaming 16, the top cover plate 11 and the back plate 18 are installed, the rear side end part of the first coaming 16 and the top cover plate 11 are abutted against the side wall 1811, namely, the edges of the rear side ends of the first coaming 16 and the cover plate 11 extend into the clamping groove 181, the clamping groove 181 is formed by stretching the back plate 18 backwards, the process is simple, the connection between the clamping groove 181 and the back plate 18 is firmer, the clamping groove 181 comprises a bottom surface 1812, the bottom surface 1812 is perpendicular to the side wall 1811, and the bottom surface 1812 is provided with reinforcing ribs 1813.
Specifically, the protruding plate 111 is disposed above the top cover plate 11, the protruding plate 111 is formed by stretching the top cover plate 11 upwards, and the protruding plate 11 can enhance the structural strength of the top cover plate 11.
When the electric steamer box body according to the embodiment works, the tray needs to be fixed in the inner container 1 for heating, in general, the tray needs to be suspended in the inner container 1, that is, the tray and the top cover plate 11 and the bottom plate 13 of the inner container 1 are not contacted, specifically, the tray fixing structure of the electric steamer box is provided, as shown in fig. 19, the fixing structure comprises a fixing part 123, the fixing part 123 is located on a side plate 12 of the inner container 1, preferably, the fixing part 123 is formed by stretching the side plate 12 towards the inner side of the inner container 1, when the tray 3 is placed in the inner container 1 of the electric steamer box, the fixing part 123 can support the tray 3, and the tray 3 can be in a disc shape, a net shape or a railing shape and can be supported by the fixing part 123 and located in the middle of the inner container 1.
It should be noted that, the side plate 12 includes a left side plate 121 and a right side plate 122, fixing portions 123 are disposed on the left side plate 121 and the right side plate 122, and the fixing portions on the left side plate 121 and the right side plate 122 are at the same horizontal level.
Specifically, referring to fig. 20, the fixing portion 123 includes a lower bar 1231, where the lower bar 1231 is a strip-shaped protrusion formed by stretching the side plate 12 toward the inner side of the liner 1, and the lower bar 1231 is horizontally disposed in the liner 1.
Further, the fixing portion 123 further includes a convex hull 1233, the convex hull 1233 is disposed above the lower rail 1231, the convex hull 1233 is also a convex structure formed by stretching the side plate 12 inwards, a track 1234 is formed between the convex hull 1233 and the lower rail 1231, the track 1234 plays a guiding role, the tray 3 is suitable for being inserted into the lower rail 1231 along the track 1234, the lower rail 1231 plays a role in supporting the tray 3, preferably, the convex hull 1233 can be multiple, in this embodiment, two convex hulls 1233 are located on the same horizontal plane, and the convex hull 1233 and the lower rail 1231 clamp the tray 3 in the track 1234 to prevent the tray 3 from tilting or rollover in the liner 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 20 and 21, the tray fixing structure further includes a clamping block 31, the clamping block 31 is disposed below the tray 3, and the clamping block 31 is disposed at the left and right sides of the tray 3, in this embodiment, the clamping block 31 is a leg extending downward from two sides of the tray 3; the positioning groove 1232 is arranged on the lower baffle bar 1231, when the tray 3 is completely inserted into the track 1234 and reaches a set position, the clamping block 31 can be clamped in the positioning groove 1232, the positioning groove 1232 can limit the movement of the clamping block 31 in the front-back direction, and meanwhile, the limiting effect is also achieved, the front side of the tray 3 is not contacted with the steamer door, the rear side of the tray 3 is not contacted with the backboard 18, the phenomena such as scraping are prevented, meanwhile, the tray 3 is also ensured to be placed at a proper position to close the steamer door again, and the phenomenon that articles to be steamed on the tray 3 are scattered in the liner 1 caused by touching the tray 3 when the steamer door is closed is prevented; specifically, the height of the clamping block 31 is smaller than the height of the track 1234, and must not be larger than the height of the track 1234, otherwise the tray 3 cannot be inserted into the track 1234 normally.
Preferably, the lower shelves 1231 are multiple, and the multiple lower shelves 1231 are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction, specifically, the embodiment includes four lower shelves 1231, namely, 4 trays 3 can be placed in the liner 1, the number of the placed trays 3 is increased, and the convex hulls 1233 are arranged above each lower shelf 1231, so that each tray 3 is ensured to be clamped between the corresponding convex hull 1233 and the lower shelves 1231.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, only the electric steamer of the integrated kitchen range is taken as an example, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the electric steamer of the integrated kitchen range.
