Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an adjustable clamp which can prevent damage to trees caused by embedding the adjustable clamp into the trees.
1. According to the adjustable clamp, the clamp comprises a pressing structure, a base, a clamp ring, a clamp belt and a fixing piece, wherein the base is of a door-shaped structure, the pressing structure comprises a pressing arm and a pressing head, the pressing arm is connected with the base in a lifting mode, the pressing head is arranged in the base, the pressing head is fixedly connected with one end of the pressing arm, the pressing head is provided with a pressing mechanism towards the clamp belt, the clamp ring is of a non-closed ring shape, one end of the clamp ring is fixedly connected with the base, one end of the clamp belt is fixedly connected with the clamp ring, the other end of the clamp belt is of a free end, the free end of the clamp belt can extend into the space between the pressing head and the base, so that the pressing mechanism is in pressing fit with the clamp belt to enable the clamp belt to be attached to the base, and the fixing piece is fixedly connected with the clamp ring or any one of the clamp belt.

The existing clamp is seriously damaged on trees.
In view of this, the inventors have devised an adjustable band that can vary with the circumference of the tree growth.

The beneficial effect of the embodiment is that the hoop 102 can continuously adjust the size of the hoop 102 through stress balance along with the growth of trees, so that the hoop 102 is prevented from seriously damaging the trees, especially the bark. According to the invention, the free end of the hoop 103 is mainly extended between the pressure head 106 and the base 101, the pressure head 106 is enabled to extrude the hoop 103 by adjusting the pressure arm 105, the pressure spring 108 in the pressure head 106 supports the ball 109 to extrude the hoop 103, the hoop 103 is extruded to be attached to the base 101, the hoop 103 receives static friction force from the ball 109 and the base 101 and cannot slide, fixing is achieved, and then the lighting device is arranged on the notch 110 of the fixing piece 104, so that fixing and installation are facilitated. When the tree grows continuously, the hoop 103 continuously bears the tension increased by the increase of the circumference, when the tension is larger than the static friction force borne by the hoop 103, the hoop 103 slides, and the part is pulled out from between the pressure head 106 and the base 101, so that the whole circumference of the embodiment is increased, the hoop 103 is further reduced by the tension increased by the circumference of the tree, and when the tension is reduced to be equal to the static friction force borne by the hoop 103, the hoop 103 stops sliding due to the balance of the force, and the lighting equipment is prevented from falling down. Through the step of continuous automatically regulated and atress balance like this, realized letting this embodiment along with trees growth constantly change its girth, the girth is also the girth, avoids causing serious destruction to trees, can also ensure light equipment's installation and fixed simultaneously.

As shown in fig. 3-10, a second embodiment of the present invention provides an adjustable clamp, which includes a pressing structure, a base 101, a hoop 102, a hoop 103 and a fixing member 104, where the base 101 is in a door-shaped structure, the pressing structure includes a pressing arm 105 and a pressing head 106, the axial direction of the pressing arm 105 is perpendicular to the surface of the hoop 103, the pressing arm 105 penetrates through the base 101 and is in threaded connection with the base 101, the pressing head 106 is disposed in the base 101, the pressing head 106 is fixedly connected with the pressing arm 105, the pressing head 106 is provided with a pressing mechanism toward the hoop 103, the pressing mechanism includes a plurality of concave holes 107 formed on the end face of the pressing head, a compression spring 108 is disposed in the concave holes 107, a ball 109 is disposed at the top of the compression spring 108, and the ball 109 protrudes the end face of the pressing head 106 and can only roll in the concave holes 107.
The hoop 102 is arc-shaped and annular, the cross section of the hoop 102 is c-shaped, and one end of the hoop 102 is fixedly connected with the base 101.
One end of the hoop 103 is fixedly connected with one end of the hoop 102, which is connected with the base 101, the other end of the hoop 103 is a free end, the free end of the hoop 103 can at least encircle one circle in the hoop 102 and extend into the space between the pressure head 106 and the base 101, and the balls 109 of the pressure head 106 are abutted against the hoop 103 to form a press fit, so that the hoop 103 is attached to the base 101.
The fixing member 104 is fixedly connected to the hoop 102, and a notch 110 for fixing the suspended object is formed in the fixing member 104.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the size of the hoop 102 can be continuously adjusted through stress balance along with the growth of trees, so that the hoop 102 is prevented from seriously damaging the trees, especially the barks. The invention mainly utilizes the hoop 103 to encircle the hoop 102, then the free end of the hoop 103 extends between the pressure head 106 and the base 101, the pressure head 106 is enabled to press the hoop 103 by adjusting the pressure arm 105, the pressure spring 108 in the pressure head 106 supports the ball 109 to press the hoop 103, the hoop 103 is pressed to be attached to the base 101, the hoop 103 receives static friction force from the ball 109 and the base 101 and cannot slide, the fixation is realized, and then the lighting device is arranged on the notch 110 of the fixing piece 104, so that the fixation and the installation are convenient. When the tree grows continuously, the hoop 103 continuously bears the tension increased by the increase of the circumference, when the tension is larger than the static friction force borne by the hoop 103, the hoop 103 slides, and the part is pulled out from between the pressure head 106 and the base 101, so that the whole circumference of the embodiment is increased, the hoop 103 is further reduced by the tension increased by the circumference of the tree, and when the tension is reduced to be equal to the static friction force borne by the hoop 103, the hoop 103 stops sliding due to the balance of the force, and the lighting equipment is prevented from falling down. When the invention is used, although the invention can ensure that the circumference is continuously increased along with the growth of trees, another problem is also caused, because the invention realizes the circumference adjustment through the stress balance, the invention is not just fixedly locked for the hoops 103, but only dynamic balance, if someone intentionally or unintentionally pulls the hoops 103, only the force is large enough to be larger than the static friction force suffered by the hoops 103, the hoops 103 can be torn off, and therefore, the invention and the lamplight equipment are taken off from the trees, and the equipment is easy to fall down or even injure pedestrians under the trees.
In order to avoid this, a central concave hole 111 needs to be formed in the end face of the pressure head 106, a rotating wheel 112 is disposed in the central concave hole 111, the rotating wheel 112 is attached to the strap 103, when the free end of the strap 103 slides, the rotating wheel 112 is driven to rotate, and the faster the strap 103 slides, the faster the rotating wheel 112 also rotates, and the faster the rotating wheel 112 also drives the turntable 114 to rotate rapidly.
In addition, since the rotating arm 115 is disposed on the rotating disc 114, when the rotating disc 114 rotates, the rotating arm 115 moves along with the rotating disc, but the following movement of the rotating arm 115 is different due to the speed of the starting moment of the rotating disc 114.
When the turntable 114 starts to rotate rapidly instantly, the rotating arm 115 can enable the rotating arm 115 to rotate in the opposite direction to the rotating direction of the turntable 114 due to inertia, at this time, the clamping joint 116 at one end of the rotating arm 115 can exceed the boundary of the turntable 114 and interfere with the stop block 119 to block the rotation of the rotating arm 115, and meanwhile, the rotating arm 115 can be blocked by the limiting block 118 on the turntable 114, so that the rotation of the turntable 114 is blocked by blocking the rotating arm 115, the turntable 114 drives the rotating wheel 112 to stop, the friction force with the band 103 is increased, the band 103 is prevented from sliding continuously, and the band 103 is prevented from sliding out from between the pressure head 106 and the base 101.
When the turntable 114 is started to rotate at a low speed, the rotating arm 115 is slightly influenced by inertia, and basically rotates simultaneously with the turntable 114, so that a large speed difference is not generated, the clamping joint 116 of the rotating arm 115 does not exceed the boundary of the turntable 114, interference between the clamping joint 116 and the stop block 119 does not occur, the turntable 114 can smoothly rotate, the rotating wheel 112 can continuously rotate, friction force between the rotating wheel 112 and the band 103 is not increased, the band 103 can continuously slide, the band 103 can be smoothly pulled out from between the pressure head 106 and the base 101, and the tree is removed.
This embodiment adopts such a configuration that the movement of the band 103 is prevented when the band 103 is slid fast, but the movement of the band 103 is not prevented when the band 103 is slid slowly. Because when the band 103 slides rapidly, the band 103 is mostly pulled by a sudden and larger external force, which is not tension generated by tree growth, and is mostly damage to equipment, cables or adjustable clamps by external force, the band 103 cannot slide continuously so as to avoid damage to the equipment; when the tree grows normally, the outward expansion tension generated on the hoop 103 and the hoop 102 is very slow, and at the moment, the rotation and disconnection phenomenon of the rotating arm 115 and the rotating disc 114 cannot be caused due to the small angular momentum of the rotating arm 115, so that the rotating arm 115 and the rotating disc 114 rotate basically at the same time, interference of the clamping joint 116 and the stop block 119 is avoided, and the hoop 103 can slide normally.
When the rotating wheel 112 stops rotating, the rotating disc 114 also stops rotating, and at the moment, under the action of the tension spring 117, the rotating arm 115 is reset, and the clamping connector 116 is further retracted, so that the clamping connector 116 is positioned in the boundary of the rotating disc 114, and the re-rotation of the rotating disc 114 is not affected.

The clamping connector 116 is arranged to be of an arc-shaped structure at the top and corresponds to the arc shape of the stop block 119, so that when the turntable 114 rotates slowly, the stop block 119 contacts with the clamping connector 116, the arc-shaped contact enables the clamping connector 116 to slide smoothly, and the phenomenon that the turntable 114 rotating slowly cannot rotate normally due to interference of the clamping connector 116 and the stop block 119 is avoided. When the turntable 114 rotates rapidly, the rotating arm 115 rotates relative to the turntable 114, and the inclined surface of the clamping joint 116 extends out of the edge of the turntable 114 to correspond to the inclined surface groove of the stop block 119, so that interference occurs. Thus, when the turntable 114 rotates normally, the stop block 119 does not block the rotation of the rotating arm 115, and when the turntable 114 rotates instantly and rapidly, the stop block blocks the rotating arm 115 rapidly, so that the rotation of the turntable 114 is blocked.
The rotating wheel 112 in this embodiment is a cylindrical rotating wheel 112, and the surface of the rotating wheel 112 is provided with convex teeth 120 for increasing the grip force. The grip of the runner 112 is improved by the convex teeth 120, so that the friction between the runner 112 and the band 103 is increased, and the runner 112 cannot rotate along with the band 103 when the band 103 slides fast, so that the runner 112 and the band 103 slide fast.
When the band 103 slides fast, though the block of the runner 112 can play a certain limiting role on the band 103, but the effect is limited, in order to further increase the control of the pressure head 106 on the band 103, the band 103 is prevented from sliding off fast, in this embodiment, the band further comprises a top block 121, the top block 121 is arranged in the pressure head 106 in a sliding manner, the top block 121 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 122, the protrusions 122 respectively correspond to the concave holes 107, the protrusions 122 extend into the concave holes 107 and slide in a sliding manner, and the stop block 119 is in transmission fit with the top block 121, so that the protrusions 122 on the top block 121 are driven to move towards the end face of the pressure head 106 when the stop block 119 is stressed. When the stopper 119 is stressed, that is, when the band 103 slides rapidly, at this time, the stopper 119 pushes the protrusion 122 to move toward the end face of the ram 106 through transmission, the compression spring 108 is pressed by the protrusion 122, the elastic potential energy of the compression spring 108 is increased, the pressure of the ball 109 on the band 103 is also increased through force conduction, and further, the static friction force between the ball 109 and the band 103 and between the band 103 and the base 101 is increased, so that the band 103 cannot slide easily. By the arrangement of the top block 121, the larger the force for driving the band 103 to slide quickly, the larger the pressure of the corresponding ball 109 on the band 103, so as to prevent the band 103 from sliding out under the pulling of external force.
Specifically, the transmission cooperation between the stop block 119 and the top block 121 in this embodiment is achieved through the following structure, as shown in fig. 19, the stop block 119 is further provided with a shifting block 123 and an arc rod 124, the stop block 119 is rotationally connected with the pressure head 106, the shifting block 123 is fixedly connected with the stop block 119, a trumpet-shaped arc track 125 is further provided in the pressure head 106, the arc track 125 comprises a large opening end and a small opening end, the arc rod 124 is rotationally connected with the shifting block 123 at the large opening end of the arc track 125, the small opening end of the arc track 125 is provided with a linear track 126 arranged along the sliding direction of the protrusion 122, a slidable top rod 127 is provided in the linear track 126, one end of the top rod 127 is connected with the top block 121, and the diameter of the arc rod 124 is smaller than the diameter of the small opening end and the diameter of the linear track 126.
In the working state, i.e. when the stopper 119 is forced, the rotation occurs, and since the dial 123 is located at the other side of the rotation axis of the stopper 119, the dial 123 also rotates, as shown in fig. 20. The arc lever 124 rotatably coupled to the dial 123 slides in the arc rail 125 such that the arc lever 124 is advanced toward the linear rail 126. Because the arc-shaped rod 124 can extend into the linear track 126, and then the arc-shaped rod 124 can push the ejector rod 127 in the linear track 126, the ejector rod 127 drives the ejector block 121 to slide towards the direction close to the band 103, the bulge 122 moves along with the ejector block 121, the pressure spring 108 in the concave hole 107 is extruded, the pressure of the ball 109 to the band 103 is improved, the friction force between the ball 109 and the band 103 and between the band 103 and the base 101 is increased, and the sliding of the band 103 is prevented.
In this embodiment, a torsion spring may be provided to the stopper 119 to return it.
In order to make the present embodiment more durable, a self-locking nut 128 may be further provided in the present embodiment, where the self-locking nut 128 is sleeved on the end of the pressing arm 105 extending out of the base 101. Since the pressing arm 105 is screwed to the base 101, in use, due to the tendency of the band 103 to slip under the tension of the tree growth, the pressing head 106 may slightly rotate as the band 103 slides, and such slight rotation is cumulative, which may cause the pressing arm 105 to slip out of the base 101, so that the pressing head 106 is slightly away from the band 103, the pressure of the balls 109 on the band 103 is reduced, and the static friction between the band 103 and the balls 109 and the base 101 is also greatly reduced, so that the free end of the band 103 slips from between the pressing head 106 and the base 101, resulting in the lamp falling off, causing a hazard. The addition of the self-locking nut 128 can prevent the loose threaded connection between the pressing arm 105 and the base 101, and ensures the pressure stability of the pressure head 106 on the pressing arm 105 to the band 103.
In addition, in order to facilitate observation of the present embodiment, the present embodiment may be provided with a baffle 129, the baffle 129 is disposed around the hoop 102, and the circumference of the baffle 129 is smaller than that of the hoop 102, so as to form an observation port 130 capable of being observed, and the hoop 103 is provided with a warning band 131, where the warning band 131 is near the free end of the hoop 103. The opening formed by the baffle 129 allows direct observation of the band 103, and the provision of the warning band 131 at a position of the band 103 near the free end allows a worker to find the warning band 131 through the viewing port 130, and once the warning band 131 is found through the viewing port 130, the free end of the band 103 is illustrated as having slid substantially off the ram 106 and the base 101, and is immediately slipped off, requiring even replacement and maintenance.
In this embodiment, grooves 132 corresponding to the balls 109 are provided in the band 103. The combination of the hoop 103 and the balls 109 is tighter through the grooves 132, so that the control force of the pressure head 106 on the hoop 103 is stronger, and the balls 109 on the pressure head 106 are prevented from slipping, so that the control on the hoop 103 is prevented. The grooves 132 in this embodiment may also be round pits corresponding to the balls 109, which provides better control of the band 103.
Further, the fixing member 104 in this embodiment is a snap ring, and the snap ring is welded with the hoop 102. The snap ring is provided with the notch 110, the snap ring is welded on the hoop 102, so that the snap ring is firmly fixed with the hoop 102, and then the lamplight equipment is fixed on the notch 110 of the snap ring through an anchor bolt or a screw, so that the rapid and convenient installation of the equipment is realized.
