Abstract
The invention discloses a connecting pipe of a marine supercharger compressor. The compressor connecting pipe of the marine supercharger comprises: sealing the rubber tube; the steel cylinder is sleeved on the outer layer of the sealing rubber tube and is provided with an axial opening; the compressing device is arranged along the axial direction of the steel cylinder and used for locking the sealing rubber tube; and the stop rings are arranged at two ends of the sealing rubber tube and the steel cylinder, so that the axial movement of the connecting tube can be prevented. The strength of the connecting pipe is greatly enhanced by the connecting pipe of the marine supercharger compressor, so that the occurrence of the fault of air leakage caused by cracking and air leakage of the connecting rubber pipe or swelling of the connecting rubber pipe is reduced; the axial float of the connecting pipe can be prevented, the fastening is more reliable, the cost is low, the implementation is easy, and the failure rate of parts can be effectively reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engines, in particular to a connecting pipe of a marine supercharger compressor.
Background
The temperature of the outlet of the compressor of the high-power engine is generally more than 220 DEG, the pressure is generally more than 230kPa, and the connecting rubber tube is easy to age or soften in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment for a long time, so that the connecting rubber tube is cracked and leaks or the connecting rubber tube bulges to cause the failure of gas leakage. Affecting engine intake pressure and thus engine performance.

In a preferred embodiment, the diameter of the sealing rubber tube is 3mm to 10mm smaller than the diameter of the steel cylinder.
In a preferred embodiment, the axial opening distance of the steel cylinder is 5mm to 30mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the compacting device comprises: the clamping device comprises a first clamping ring, a second clamping ring and fastening bolts, wherein the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring are symmetrically arranged on two sides of an axial opening of a steel cylinder, the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring are respectively arranged at the outer ends of the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring, and the fastening bolts penetrate through the first clamping ring, the second clamping ring, the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring to lock the steel cylinder.
In a preferred embodiment, the first snap ring and the second snap ring are circular arc snap rings.
In a preferred embodiment, the stop ring is in the shape of a horn, the small diameter end of which faces into the pipe and is provided with anti-slip teeth.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention is, therefore, to be taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the scope of the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the term "comprise" or variations thereof such as "comprises" or "comprising", etc. will be understood to include the stated element or component without excluding other elements or components.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a specific structure of a connection pipe of a compressor of a marine supercharger according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: the sealing rubber tube 7, the steel cylinder 8, the pressing device and the stop ring 2. The steel cylinder 8 is sleeved on the outer layer of the sealing rubber tube 7 and is locked by the pressing device to realize the connection of related connecting pipes of the compressor outlet of the supercharger of the engine. The stop rings 2 are arranged at two ends of the sealing rubber tube 7 and the steel cylinder 8, so that the axial movement of the connecting tube can be prevented, the fastening is more reliable, the cost is low, the implementation is easy, and the failure rate of parts can be effectively reduced.
Specifically, the sealing rubber tube 7 is used for connecting a relevant connecting tube at the outlet of the booster compressor of the engine, and the inner tube cavity of the sealing rubber tube is used as an air outlet channel of the booster compressor.
The steel cylinder 8 is sleeved on the outer layer of the sealing rubber tube 7, and the diameter phi X1 of the steel cylinder 8 can be set according to actual needs. Preferably, the diameter of the sealing rubber tube 7 is 3 mm-10 mm smaller than the diameter phi X1 of the steel cylinder 8. The hardness of the sealing rubber tube is 60-70 degrees (Shore A type), the tensile strength is 6-10 Mpa, and the working temperature is-40-250 ℃; the bursting pressure of the compressor connecting pipe of the marine supercharger is more than 50Mpa.
Preferably, the steel cylinder 8 is provided with an axial opening, the distance of which is X3, and X3 is generally 5mm to 30mm.
The compressing device is arranged along the axial direction of the steel cylinder and is used for locking the sealing rubber tube 7 and the steel cylinder 8 so as to realize the connection of the relevant connecting pipes of the compressor outlet of the supercharger of the engine.
Preferably, the compressing device includes: the first clamping ring 1, the first clamping ring 3, the second clamping ring 5, the second clamping ring 6 and the fastening bolt 4, wherein the first clamping ring 1 and the second clamping ring 6 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of an axial opening of the steel cylinder 8 and are provided with bolt penetrating openings. The first clamp ring 1 and the second clamp ring 6 are also spaced apart by X3. The first clamping ring 3 and the second clamping ring 5 are respectively arranged at the outer ends of the first clamping ring 1 and the second clamping ring 6, and bolt through holes are respectively formed. The fastening bolts 4 penetrate through bolt penetrating holes of the first clamping ring 3 and the second clamping ring 5 and bolt penetrating holes of the first clamping ring 1 and the second clamping ring 6; the distance X3 between the first compression ring 1 and the second compression ring 6 can be adjusted by adjusting the fastening bolt 4 so as to realize the connection of the relevant connecting pipes of the outlet of the compressor of the supercharger of the engine.
Preferably, the first compression ring 1 and the second compression ring 6 are welded and fixed on two sides of the axial opening of the steel cylinder 8.
Preferably, the first snap ring 3 and the second snap ring 5 are circular arc snap rings.
The stop rings 2 are arranged at two ends of the sealing rubber tube 7 and the steel cylinder 8, so that the axial movement of the connecting tube can be prevented, and the fastening is more reliable.
Preferably, the stop ring 2 is in a horn shape, and one end with a smaller diameter faces into the pipe and is provided with anti-slip teeth, so that the axial movement of the connecting pipe is effectively prevented.
In conclusion, the steel cylinder is arranged on the outer layer of the sealing rubber tube of the connecting tube of the marine supercharger compressor, so that the strength of the connecting tube is greatly enhanced, and the occurrence of faults of cracking and air leakage of the connecting tube or air leakage caused by swelling of the connecting tube is reduced; in addition, in order to prevent the axial float of the connecting pipe, the two ends of the connecting pipe are provided with the stop rings, so that the fastening is more reliable, the cost is low, the implementation is easy, and the failure rate of parts can be effectively reduced.

Claims (3)
1. A marine supercharger compressor connection tube comprising:
sealing the rubber tube;
the steel cylinder is sleeved on the outer layer of the sealing rubber tube and is provided with an axial opening;
the compressing device is arranged along the axial direction of the steel cylinder and used for locking the sealing rubber tube; and
The stop rings are arranged at two ends of the sealing rubber tube and the steel cylinder, so that the axial movement of the connecting tube can be prevented;
Wherein the hold-down device comprises: the clamping device comprises a first clamping ring, a second clamping ring and a fastening bolt, wherein the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring are symmetrically arranged on two sides of an axial opening of a steel cylinder, the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring are respectively arranged at the outer ends of the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring, and the fastening bolt penetrates through the first clamping ring, the second clamping ring, the first clamping ring and the second clamping ring to lock the steel cylinder;
