Abstract
The invention discloses a method for extracting gas and preventing and extinguishing fire by using bedding directional drilling, belonging to a composite disaster prevention and control method for a coal mine. Drilling a drilling field in an air inlet roadway and an air return roadway of a stope face, then respectively constructing bedding directional drilling holes in coal seams outside the air inlet roadway and the air return roadway in the drilling field, enabling the bedding directional drilling holes to penetrate through coal walls outside the air inlet roadway and the air return roadway, and then performing gas extraction and fire prevention and extinguishing work in a goaf according to the following stages: in the first stage, the bedding directional drilling holes in a drilling field are sequentially utilized in the mining process of a stope face, and gas in a goaf is extracted in a negative pressure mode, so that the gas concentration is prevented from exceeding the limit in the mining process; and in the second stage, injecting fire-extinguishing materials into the goaf by sequentially utilizing the bedding directional drilling to prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf. The method can realize the purposes of gas extraction and fire prevention and extinguishment by utilizing the bedding directional drilling in the process of exploiting the high-gas easily spontaneous combustion coal bed, is simple and convenient to operate, has high gas extraction rate and good fire prevention and extinguishment effect, and saves the engineering cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composite disaster prevention and control method for a coal mine, in particular to a method for extracting gas and preventing and extinguishing fire by using bedding directional drilling.
Background
The gas concentration of the goaf is over-limit and the residual coal is spontaneous combustion, which are important disasters affecting the safety production of coal mines, and particularly when a coal seam with high gas content and spontaneous combustion tendency of coal bodies is mined, serious accidents such as gas explosion and the like can be possibly induced.
At present, the main technical measure for preventing the gas concentration in the goaf from exceeding the limit is goaf buried pipe extraction, and the main measures for preventing spontaneous ignition of residual coal in the goaf are grouting, blocking slurry injection, gel injection, inert gas injection and the like for the goaf through pipelines. In addition, sometimes, cross-layer drilling is also constructed to extract gas in the goaf or inject fire prevention and extinguishing materials into the goaf.
However, no matter the pipeline is arranged in the goaf or the cross-layer drilling is carried out in the construction, the damage of rocks and the like caused by the caving of the top plate in the stoping process of the working face can be caused to different degrees, the normal use value of the cross-layer drilling cannot be exerted, and the practical problems of repeated drilling, low hole forming rate, difficult later maintenance and the like are easy to occur when the cross-layer drilling construction is carried out; meanwhile, the existing drilling and pipeline designed aiming at the gas concentration overrun of the goaf and the spontaneous combustion of the residual coal have single action and low utilization rate. This not only influences the normal clear of coal mine production work, but also greatly increased coal mining's cost.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides the method for extracting the gas and preventing and extinguishing fire by using the bedding directional drilling, which is simple and convenient to operate, high in gas extraction rate, good in fire prevention and extinguishing effect and capable of saving the engineering cost.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: drilling a drill site (4) in an air inlet roadway (2) and an air return roadway (3) of a stope face (1), constructing bedding directional drilling holes (6) in a coal bed (5) outside the air inlet roadway (2) and the air return roadway (3) in the drill site (4) respectively, enabling the bedding directional drilling holes (6) to penetrate out of coal walls outside the air inlet roadway (2) and the air return roadway (3), and then performing gas extraction and fire prevention and extinguishing work in a goaf (7) according to the following stages:
in the first stage, bedding directional drilling holes (6) in a drilling field (4) are sequentially utilized in the mining process of a stope face (1), and gas in a goaf (7) is extracted in a negative pressure mode, so that the gas concentration in the mining process is prevented from exceeding the limit;
and in the second stage, the bedding directional drilling holes (6) are sequentially utilized to inject fire prevention and extinguishing materials into the goaf (7), so that the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf (7) is prevented.
The distance between the drill sites (4) in the same roadway is 50-60 meters, and the drill sites are symmetrically arranged in the air inlet roadway (2) and the air return roadway (3) of the stope face (1).
And 5-6 bedding directional drilling holes (6) are constructed in each drilling field (4), and the horizontal distance of the final hole positions of the bedding directional drilling holes (6) in the same drilling field (4) is 6-10 meters.
And the vertical distance between the bedding directional drilling holes (6) in two adjacent drilling sites (4) in the same roadway is 0.5-1.5 m.
Has the advantages that: by adopting the scheme, 1, the gas in the goaf can be extracted and the fire prevention and extinguishing material can be injected into the goaf by using the bedding directional drilling, so that the utilization rate of the drilling is greatly improved, and the engineering cost is reduced; 2. the drill site and the bedding directional drilling holes are constructed in coal beds outside the air inlet roadway and the air return roadway of the working face, the drilling holes are not easy to damage, and normal mining of the working face cannot be influenced when goaf gas extraction and fire prevention and extinguishing measures are implemented.
