(2) The driving stroke of the piston rod of the shaft end cylinder 24 is regulated, so that the driving shifting fork 25 drives the cylinder body 4 to rotate when the piston rod runs for the maximum stroke, and the removing end of the removing strip 16 can be tightly attached to the knife edge of the scraper; when the piston rod is reset, the shifting fork 25 is driven to drive the cylinder body 4 to rotate, so that the removing end of the removing strip 16 can be far away from the edge of the scraper;
(3) Moving the cylinder slide block 5 to enable the cylinder slide block 5 and the strip picking 16 to move to one end of the scraper;
(4) Counting the time interval of cleaning the edge of the scraper in a normal working state, and marking as t1;
(5) The time interval for the joint work of the shaft end cylinder 24 and the cylinder body 4 is set to be t2, and t2 is less than or equal to t1, so that a knife edge is cleaned in time.
By using the method, the blade of the doctor blade can be effectively cleaned, the degree of adhesion between the doctor blade and the blade can be adjusted, the cleaning is thorough, and the tailing of printed matters is prevented.
As can be seen in conjunction with fig. 6-7, the present invention allows for manual and electrical control. In fig. 6, SB1 is a start button; SB2 and SB3 are manual and automatic selector switches respectively; SB2-1 driving surface slide block cylinder action switch; SB3-1 shaft end cylinder pressure switch; SQ1 is limited by a sliding block cylinder at the operation side; the SQ2 transmission side sliding block cylinder is limited; t1 power-on delay (0-5S), T2 power-off delay (0-10S); YV1 slider cylinder solenoid valve; yV2 shaft end cylinder electromagnetic valve.
Control principle of the circuit shown in fig. 6: when the SB2 and SB3 switches are in an automatic state, when the starting button SB1 is pressed, the time relay T2 is electrically closed, and YV2 works; and after the time delay of the time relay T1 is finished, the YV1 enters a back and forth working state. When SB1 is disconnected, the cylinder body of the driving slide block is powered off and returns to the operation side; the shaft end cylinder is delayed for 2 seconds and then returns to the working position.
As can be seen from fig. 7, automatic control can be realized by using the PLC, and when the touch button of the touch screen is in a manual state, an operator can operate a start button on the unit to perform manual operation. When the touch button of the touch screen is in an automatic state, the detection electric eye can be utilized to detect the joint of two material rolls, and when the detection electric eye detects the adhesive tape signal of the paper splice of the two material rolls, the PLC automatically outputs 2 cylinder action instructions to control 2 cylinders to complete cleaning actions. The input end of the PLC is connected with the detection electric eye signal, and the output end of the PLC is connected with the action of the 2 cylinders. Position detection and completion clearance that utilizes the joint, advantage lies in: when the joint moves to the position of the doctor blade during starting, the joint is just started, so that the product loss is low; no additional waste is produced in the joint location.
