Abstract
The invention relates to a residual film protection device matched with a wind-driven cotton picker, which comprises a picking head, a cotton blowing air cylinder, a tee joint, an air guiding pipe, an airflow cavity, a bottom plate supporting rib, a first nozzle, a second nozzle and a third nozzle; during operation, part of wind in the fan blows into the cotton conveying pipeline for conveying seed cotton; the other part is divided into two parts by a tee joint after passing through an air guide pipe, one part directly enters a cotton blowing air cylinder, the opening at the bottom of the cotton blowing air cylinder is blown to the conveying direction of seed cotton, the other part enters an airflow containing cavity at the lower part of a bottom plate of the cotton picker through the air guide pipe, wind in the airflow containing cavity is finally released at three nozzle gaps, three jet flows are formed at the three nozzle gaps, and the suction force of negative pressure generated by conveying seed cotton to a residual film by a fan in the picking head cavity is counteracted, so that the surface residual film fragments are prevented from being mixed into the picked seed cotton.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a residual film protection device of a cotton picker in the mechanical picking process, in particular to a matched residual film protection device of a wind-driven cotton picker, and belongs to the field of agricultural machinery.
Background
Xinjiang is an important high-quality cotton production base in China, and because Xinjiang widely adopts a planting mode of drip irrigation under a film, a certain amount of residual film is inevitably mixed in the cotton during the mechanical picking process. The existence of the residual film seriously influences the quality of cotton and brings about great economic loss. At present, the seed cotton plastic film residue problem is solved by foreign fiber cleaning equipment in the cotton processing process, and the plastic film residue cleaning and protecting device in the mechanical picking process is fewer by a device matched with a cotton picker. The matched residual film cleaning devices of the cotton picker disclosed at present are CN201310009701.7 and CN201620489653.5, and the residual film cleaning is carried out before seed cotton enters a cotton collecting box by means of a seed cotton residual film cleaning method in a cotton processing link.
Because cotton picker adopts wind power to carry seed cotton in the mechanical picking process, under the effect of wind power transmission, the picking head cavity is easy to form negative pressure, and because the bottom plate of the existing cotton picker is provided with impurity leakage holes for removing impurities such as bell shells mixed into the picking head cavity in the seed cotton picking process, residual films are easy to be sucked up and mixed into the seed cotton through the impurity leakage holes under the effect of the negative pressure of the picking head cavity.
Therefore, in order to solve the problem that the quality of seed cotton is reduced due to the fact that the residual film is easily sucked into the picking head through the impurity leakage holes and mixed into the seed cotton, and the income of a planting owner is reduced, a device and a method for reducing the mixing of the residual film into the seed cotton are urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wind-force type residual film protection device which has a simple structure and a good residual film protection effect and is suitable for being matched with a cotton picker.
The invention adopts a wind-force type residual film protection method, designs a matched residual film protection device of a cotton picker, generates jet flow at the position of a key area, counteracts the suction force of negative pressure generated by a fan in a picking head cavity body for conveying seed cotton to the residual film, and further prevents the surface residual film fragments from being mixed into the picked seed cotton.

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the wind power method to remove the residual film, can be simply and cooperatively installed with a cotton picker, reduces the mixing rate of the residual film in the cotton mechanical picking process, and has certain economic benefit and environmental benefit.
