本发明的实施例提供了一种在上行混合自动重传(HARQ)中使用的传输方法、基站及移动台。应用于基站的在上行混合自动重传(HARQ)中使用的传输方法包括:接收从一个或多个终端设备(UE)发送的上行传输信息,其中每个UE发送的上行传输信息包括该UE的标识信息和数据信息;根据所述上行传输信息检测所述一个或多个UE的标识信息;当存在未能根据所述上行传输信息正确检测的标识信息时,向与所述基站连接的多个UE发送公共失败应答信号。
