Preferably, the second container 224 of the lower portion 220 of the housing is provided with a stepped portion 226 to have different inner and outer heights, and a bottom surface of the ring structure 246 is provided with a stepped portion 246b, the stepped portion 246b corresponding to the stepped portion 226 of the second container 224 so that they can be engaged with each other.
Fig. 5 illustrates an exploded cross-sectional view of a micro-speaker module provided in a neck band speaker according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 illustrates a cross-sectional view of a micro-speaker module provided in a neck band speaker according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As previously described, the upper and lower parts 210 and 220 of the case are coupled to each other to define the external appearance of the micro-speaker module 200 such that the installation spaces of the micro-speaker 230 and the passive vibrator 240 are disposed inside and the resonance space RS is provided around the installation spaces of the micro-speaker 230 and the passive vibrator 240. The first receiving portion 214 is formed in the upper portion 210 of the case to facilitate the installation of the micro-speaker 230, and the upper portion of the micro-speaker 230 is inserted into the first receiving portion 214. The first opening 212 is formed in the top surface of the first receiving portion 214 and is located on the top of the micro-speaker 230. A second receiving portion 224 is formed in the lower portion 220 of the housing to facilitate the installation of the passive vibrator 240, the passive vibrator 240 is coupled to the second receiving portion 224, and a second opening 222 is formed in a bottom surface of the second receiving portion 224. As described above, the passive vibrator 240 includes a ring-shaped structure 246 that facilitates installation of the passive vibrator 240. In addition, the ring structure 246 ensures a gap between the passive vibrator 240 and the micro-speaker 230, which prevents the ring structure 246 from striking the micro-speaker 230 when vibrating. In addition, protrusions 246a are formed on the top surface of the ring structure 246 so that air can flow between the protrusions 246 a. Accordingly, air may flow between the resonance space RS, the micro-speaker 230, and the passive vibrator 240.
On the other hand, if the resonance frequency of the passive vibrator 240 is set to a low frequency band outside the audible frequency, the passive vibrator 240 causes resonance to generate relatively large vibration when the micro-speaker 230 generates a sound wave corresponding to the resonance frequency of the passive vibrator 240. Thus, the neck band type speaker including the micro-speaker module 200 having the passive vibrator 240 according to the present invention can provide a vibration function to a user without a separate vibration motor. As described previously, the micro-speaker 230 is disposed on the top surface of the housings 210 and 220 to emit sound in a direction toward the user's ears, and the passive vibrator 240 is disposed on the bottom surface of the housings 210 and 220 to contact the user's body, so that the user can easily feel vibrations.
