Technical Field

Sound generating devices are important electroacoustic transducer components in consumer electronics, and are widely used as speakers, earphones, and the like. In the existing design, the vibrating diaphragm and the composite ring are connected with the shell of the sound generating device after injection molding, but the design has certain defects. After the vibrating diaphragm and the composite ring are subjected to injection molding, the composite ring is easy to deform, break and the like, so that the mounting precision of the vibrating diaphragm is reduced, and the acoustic performance of the sound production device is influenced.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a diaphragm assembly, an acoustic module and a method for manufacturing the acoustic module, which overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The composite ring and the vibrating diaphragm body have the technical effects that the possibility of deformation and fracture of the composite ring after the composite ring and the vibrating diaphragm body are directly molded is reduced. The vibrating diaphragm body is formed by injection molding of materials containing UV particles, and further combination of the vibrating diaphragm body and the composite ring under a UV light source is facilitated. Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.

Fig. 1 is an exploded view of an acoustic module according to the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the acoustic module according to the present invention, fig. 3 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a flowchart of a processing method of the acoustic module according to the present invention. The diaphragm assembly, the structure of the acoustic module, and the principle of the acoustic module processing method, steps, etc. of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4 as examples.
The invention provides a vibrating diaphragm component, which is matched with other parts to form a vibrating system applied to a sound production device. The vibrating diaphragm component can effectively reduce the problems that the part of the vibrating diaphragm component is easy to deform, break, shrink badly and the like.
In this embodiment, the diaphragm assembly includes: a diaphragm body 10 and a composite ring 20. The diaphragm body 10 has an annular folded ring portion 11 and a fixing portion 12. The folded ring part 11 protrudes to one side of the diaphragm body 10, and the fixing part 12 extends outwards from the edge of the folded ring part 11. It can be understood that the corrugated portion and the fixing portion are integrally formed on the diaphragm body, and the fixing portion is located at the periphery of the corrugated portion and used for fixing the diaphragm body.
Particularly, the diaphragm body is formed by injection molding of a base material containing UV particles. The UV particles are capable of initiating curing of the substrate under irradiation with UV light of an appropriate wavelength to effect bonding of the materials. A certain amount of UV particles are added into the base material, and the diaphragm body formed by injection molding can be bonded with other parts under the irradiation of UV light according to the requirement. The type of the base material may be transparent or translucent materials such as silicone and resin, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, the diaphragm assembly further includes a composite ring 20. The composite ring 20 is disposed on the side opposite to the protruding direction of the annular folding portion 11, and the composite ring 20 is fixedly connected to the fixing portion 12 to form the diaphragm assembly. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the composite ring 20 is disposed in the housing 30 of the acoustic module, and the diaphragm body 10 may be fixedly connected to the composite ring 20 by an adhesive. Preferably, the composite ring is made of a plastic material, so that the composite ring and the vibrating diaphragm body which are subjected to injection molding respectively can be further cured under the irradiation of UV light with proper wavelength after being preliminarily fixed by the adhesive, and the connection strength between the composite ring and the vibrating diaphragm body is improved.
Compare in traditional one shot injection moulding's vibrating diaphragm subassembly, adopt vibrating diaphragm body and compound ring bonding moulding's vibrating diaphragm subassembly can reduce injection moulding back, and compound ring receives easy production deformation, fracture, the shrink harmfully etc. of internal stress. According to the vibrating diaphragm component provided by the invention, the vibrating diaphragm body is formed by injection molding of the material containing the UV particles, so that the vibrating diaphragm body and the composite ring can be further combined, the stability of the vibrating diaphragm body is improved, the sound production effect of the vibrating diaphragm body is ensured, and the acoustic performance of the sound production device is improved.
Optionally, the region where the fixation portion joins the composite ring has a roughened surface. The fixed part of vibrating diaphragm body and the fixed mode of compound ring have a variety of, and this embodiment adopts the bonding agent to be connected fixed part and compound ring fixed connection. The area of the fixing part facing the composite ring is set to be a surface with a rough structure, so that the bonding area of the adhesive can be increased, a gap formed by the rough surface is also beneficial to containing the adhesive, and the connection strength of the vibrating diaphragm body and the composite ring is enhanced.
Wherein the rough surface of the fixing part facing the composite ring can have various structural forms. The structure of the rough surface on the fixing portion is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and those skilled in the art can select the rough surface as needed.
Further, the mass of the UV particles accounts for 10% -30% of the mass of the base material. After the UV particles with the content of 10% -30% are mixed with the base material, the vibrating diaphragm body formed through the injection molding process can be triggered to be further cured under the irradiation of UV light with proper wavelength, namely, the fixed part of the vibrating diaphragm body and the composite ring can be firmly combined. Compared with the traditional process, the method is beneficial to reducing the material cost.
Optionally, the substrate is silica gel. On the one hand, the silica gel material is mostly transparent material, chooses for use the silica gel material as the substrate, and the UV granule of being convenient for is to the absorption of UV light. On the other hand, the vibrating diaphragm body formed by injection molding of silica gel and UV particles has high elasticity and high mechanical strength; meanwhile, the vibrating diaphragm body is stable in chemical property, large in using temperature range and good in weather resistance. Of course, those skilled in the art may also select other chemically stable materials as the substrate according to the requirement, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In this embodiment, the outline dimension of the composite ring 20 is the same as the outline dimension of the diaphragm body 10. As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the diaphragm body 10 is disposed opposite to the composite ring 20, and the fixing portion 12 of the diaphragm body 10 is combined with the composite ring 20. During assembly, the composite ring 20 is first fixed in the housing 30 of the acoustic module, the diaphragm body 10 is then disposed on the composite ring 20, and the fixing portion 12 of the diaphragm body 10 and the composite ring are primarily fixed by an adhesive. Then, the diaphragm body 10 is irradiated by UV light or the diaphragm body 10 is further cured by thermosetting, so as to achieve tight bonding with the composite ring 20.
Alternatively, the width of the diaphragm body fixing portion 12 is the same as the width of the composite ring 20. The vibrating diaphragm subassembly that obtains like this, the wholeness of vibrating diaphragm body and compound ring is better, has reduced compound ring and has appeared deformation, cracked possibility, has promoted the equipment precision of vibrating diaphragm subassembly, helps promoting the acoustics performance of acoustics module.

Because the composite ring is independently arranged in the shell, the independent arrangement mode reduces the problems that the composite ring is influenced by internal stress and is easy to deform when the composite ring and the vibrating diaphragm body are subjected to injection molding in the prior art. After the composite ring is arranged in the shell, the vibration diaphragm body formed by injection molding is bonded on the composite ring, and the vibration diaphragm body and the composite ring can be preliminarily fixed through the adhesive. Then, irradiating and curing the vibrating diaphragm body bonded on the composite ring through a UV light source; or heating the vibrating diaphragm body bonded on the composite ring. Both the two modes can lead the vibrating diaphragm body containing the UV particles to be tightly and fixedly connected with the composite ring under the irradiation of UV light. The assembly precision of the acoustic module adopting the processing method is improved, and the acoustic performance is better.

7. An acoustic module, comprising: a housing and the diaphragm assembly of any of claims 1-6, the diaphragm assembly being disposed in the housing.
8. The acoustic module of claim 7 wherein the housing comprises an upper shell and a middle shell, the composite ring being embedded within the middle shell.
9. A method for processing an acoustic module, the method comprising:
adding UV particles into the base material, and injection molding the vibrating diaphragm body;
providing a shell and a composite ring;
disposing the composite ring in the housing;
bonding the injection-molded vibrating diaphragm body on the composite ring;
irradiating and curing the vibrating diaphragm body bonded on the composite ring through a UV light source;
or heating the vibrating diaphragm body bonded on the composite ring.
