Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present invention discloses a self-unlocking connector 100, wherein the self-unlocking connector 100 is a plug connector, and includes a connector body 10 and an unlocking mechanism 20 disposed on the connector body 10.
As shown in fig. 7, the connector body 10 is made of metal or insulating material, and an electrical connector is disposed inside the connector body, where the electrical connector is a metal terminal or a PCB, and is used to electrically contact with a mating connector (not shown) to transmit signals or power between the self-unlocking connector 100 and the mating connector. The connector body 10 includes a base 11, a plug 12 extending forward from the base 11, and a pair of side arms 13 extending backward from left and right ends of the base 11, wherein two second pivot portions 112 aligned with each other are disposed on left and right sides of the base 11, and each second pivot portion 112 includes a first circular hole 1120 penetrating vertically. The inserting portion 12 is used for inserting into a mating connector, and the two opposite lateral surfaces of the inserting portion 12 are provided with locking grooves 120 for inserting the locking portions of the mating connector into the locking device, so as to prevent the self-unlocking connector 100 from being loosened from the mating connector.

The unlocking lever 21 includes a first pivot portion 212, a pressing arm 211 extending forward from the first pivot portion 212, and a swing arm 213 extending backward from the first pivot portion 212, the front end of the pressing arm 211 is aligned with the latch groove 120 of the connector body 10, and is provided with a protrusion 215 partially located in the latch groove 120, the first pivot portion 212 also includes a second circular hole 2120 penetrating up and down, the rotating shaft 27 is inserted into the second circular hole 2120, and the upper and lower ends are respectively fixed or rotatably connected with the first circular hole 1120, so that the unlocking lever 21 can rotate relative to the connector body 10. The outer side surface of the swing arm 213 near the rear end is provided with a bump 214 and a pressing surface 216 arranged on the bump 214, the pressing surface 216 is a tangent plane or an arc surface, and the pressing surface 216 extends backwards and outwards.

The sliding member 23 includes a horizontal sliding piece 231 and a pressing piece 232 extending from the left and right ends of the sliding piece 231 in a downward bending manner, the lower surface of the sliding piece 231 is provided with a plurality of guiding protrusions 233, the inner side of the sliding piece 231 is provided with a matching portion 235 extending in an upward and backward bending manner and a punching hole 236 left by the matching portion 235 formed by punching, and the matching portion 235 is connected with the rear inner edge of the punching hole 236. The pressing surface 232 has a contact surface 238 for contacting the pressing surface 218, and the contact surface 238 is configured as a curved surface or a slope.

The button 25 abuts downwardly against the actuating arm 245 of the actuating member 24 for pressing the actuating arm 245 downwardly to swing downwardly, and after the external force exits the button 25, the actuating arm 245 can press the button 25 upwardly to the original position. The button 25 is provided with a flange 250 on the side.
The positioning member 26 includes a horizontal top plate 261, a through hole 262 vertically penetrating the top plate 261, a support piece 263 bent and extending downward from the front and rear edges of the through hole 262, and a spring piece 264 extending downward from the rear edge of the through hole 262, the button 25 is movably disposed in the through hole 262 up and down, and the flange 250 abuts against the lower surface of the top plate 261 to prevent the button 25 from separating from the positioning member 26. The support piece 263 is fixed on the upper surface of the top wall 241 of the actuating element 24 by laser welding, the support piece 263 is further provided with a moving hole 265 for the actuating arm 245 to pass through, and the actuating arm 245 is limited in the moving hole 265 to elastically swing up and down. The resilient tab 264 abuts forwardly against the rear end of the slider 231 of the slider 23, providing a force to restore the slider 23 to its original position.
