The seal ring 109 is located on the side of the pressing ring 108 facing the inner cover 105, and the quick pin 103 is inserted from the side of the plug insulator 102 facing the inner cover 105, and the plug stopper 104 closes the insertion opening of the plug insulator 102. The plug plugging ring 104 and the inner cover 105 are hollowed out so as to facilitate line penetration. The outer wall of the plug rear body 106 is uniformly distributed with a plurality of reinforcing ribs, and under the condition of ensuring the strength, the thickness of the plug rear body 106 is thinned, so that the defects of shrinkage cavity, meat deficiency and the like in the casting process are effectively avoided. While reducing the weight and cost of the plug rear body 106 and facilitating handling.
The outer wall of the inner cover 105 abuts against the inner wall of the plug seat body 101, a concave cavity for clamping a lead wire is formed at one end of the inner cover 105, which is away from the grounding plug 111, and a compression screw hole for clamping a hexagon socket screw is formed in the side wall of the concave cavity in a communicating mode. When the plug assembly 1 and the socket assembly 2 are connected, the conductive plug 28 is inserted into the conductive rod 110, so that the inner cover 105, the ground plug 111, the conductive rod 110, the conductive plug 28, the connecting rod 24 and the set screw 26 form a conductive path, thereby playing a role in ground protection. An annular clamping groove 1101 is formed in the outer wall of the middle of the conductive rod 110, and an annular protruding block 1021 clamped into the annular clamping groove 1101 is formed on the inner side of the plug insulator 102 in a subsequent injection molding mode.
As shown in fig. 5 and 9, when the plug assembly 1 is assembled, the plug insulator 102, the quick-insertion concave pin 103, the plug plugging ring 104 and the inner cover 105 are sequentially inserted into the plug seat body 101, the plug rear body 106 is screwed into the plug rear body until the inner cover 105 is pressed, then the sealing ring 109 and the pressing ring 108 are sequentially placed into the plug rear body 106, and finally the pressing cap 107 is screwed into the plug rear body 106, so that the assembly is quick and convenient.
As shown in fig. 9, the press cap 107 includes a connection cap 1071 screwed with the plug rear body 106, a movable press seat 1072, a fixed press seat 1073 fixedly connected with the connection cap 1071, and two press bolts 1074 for connecting the movable press seat 1072 and the fixed press seat 1073. The cross section of the connecting cap 1071 is L-shaped, and the outer side of the connecting cap is regular polygon, thereby facilitating screwing. The movable wire pressing seat 1072 and the fixed wire pressing seat 1073 are arc-shaped and compress the cable, wire pressing bolts 1074 penetrate through the two ends of the movable wire pressing seat 1072, and the two ends of the fixed wire pressing seat 1073 are in threaded connection with the wire pressing bolts 1074.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a square first connecting seat 216 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the socket body 21, and a square second connecting seat 112 which is tightly attached to the first connecting seat 216 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the socket body 101. The connecting bolts 3 are arranged in three and respectively penetrate through the triangular parts of the second connecting seat 112 and are respectively connected with the triangular parts of the first connecting seat 216 in a threaded manner. The first connecting seat 216 is provided with a countersunk hole through which the connecting bolt 3 passes, and the connecting bolt 3 is an inner hexagon bolt. The first connecting seat 216 is connected with the other corner of the second connecting seat 112 through a locating pin 8, the locating pin 8 passes through the second connecting seat 112 and is in threaded connection with the first connecting seat 216, and a hole of the second connecting seat 112 for the locating pin 8 to pass through is a round hole.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the quick insert pin 23 includes four signal pins 231, one ground pin 232, and three conductive pins 233. The male pin 23 protrudes toward one end of the plug assembly 1 from the socket insulator 22, and the other end protrudes outward to be abutted against the inside of the socket insulator 22, so that the male pin cannot pass through. The outer side of one end of the grounding pin 232 and the signal pin 231, which is far away from the plug assembly 1, is provided with two compression screw holes for the inner hexagonal tightening screw to be screwed in to tightly clamp the lead wire in the inner cavity of the inner hexagonal tightening screw, and a gap is formed between one side of the compression screw holes and the inner wall of the socket insulator 22.
The quick pin 103 includes a signal pin 1031 into which the signal pin 231 is inserted, a ground pin 1032 into which the ground pin 232 is inserted, and a conductive pin 1033 into which the conductive pin 233 is inserted. The end of the quick-inserting concave needle 103, which faces the socket assembly 2, is propped against a limiting protrusion formed inside the plug insulator 102, two compression screw holes for screwing in the inner hexagonal tightening screw rods to tightly clamp the inner cavity wires are formed at the outer side of the other end, and a gap is formed between one side of the compression screw holes and the inner wall of the plug insulator 102.
The quick male pin 23 and the quick female pin 103 are both in cylindrical structural design, two ends of the quick female pin 103 are pressed by the plug plugging ring 104 and the limiting protrusions in the plug insulator 102, and two ends of the quick male pin 23 are pressed by the protrusions in the socket insulator 22 and the socket plugging ring 25. Therefore, under the condition of ensuring a certain conductive cross section of the quick pin 103 and the quick pin 23, the maximum diameters of the quick pin 103 and the quick pin 23 are reduced as much as possible, and the matched insulator is reduced, so that the volumes of the plug assembly 1 and the socket assembly 2 are reduced, the types of products are lightened, and the operation and the use are convenient.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a first seal groove 234 is provided on the outer side of the male pin 23, and a first seal ring 6 that abuts against the inner wall of the socket insulator 22 is provided at the first seal groove 234. The outer side of the quick pin 103 is provided with a second sealing groove 1034, and a second sealing ring 113 which abuts against the inner wall of the plug insulator 102 is arranged at the second sealing groove 1034. A third sealing groove 2112 is formed in the inner side of the socket base 21, and a third sealing ring 7 for abutting against the socket insulator 22 is arranged at the third sealing groove 2112. The plug seat body 101 is provided with a fourth seal groove 1011 on the outer side, a fifth seal groove 1012 and a sixth seal groove 1013 on the inner side, a fourth seal ring 114 abutting against the plug seat body 21 is provided at the fourth seal groove 1011, a fifth seal ring 115 abutting against the plug insulator 102 is provided at the fifth seal groove 1012, and a sixth seal ring 116 abutting against the plug rear body 106 is provided at the sixth seal groove 1013.
The fastening screw 26 and the fastening screw 27 are of class 8.8; the grounding plug 111 and the inner cover 105 are made of H62 brass; the socket body 21, the plug body 105, the plug rear body 106 and the press cap 107 are all made of stainless steel; the conductive rod 110, the connecting rod 24, and the fastening screw 26 are all made of conductive metal materials.
The working process comprises the following steps:
when the plug assembly 1 is required to be pulled out, the four connecting bolts 3 are screwed out, and then the plug seat body 101 is directly pulled out from the socket seat body 21, so that the socket insulator 22 is tensioned by the fastening bolts 26 and is not easy to loosen.
