Background
With the enhancement of the awareness of copyright protection in the market, the mode of obtaining revenue based on the copyright of works has become mature. Sometimes, a copyright revenue for a work is not obtained solely by the creator of the work, but is divided among at least two revenue rights parties, including the creator of the work.
For example, the copyright revenue of a certain musical piece needs to be divided between two revenue rights of the creator and the distributor, and assuming that the division ratio between the creator and the distributor is 4:6, the revenue obtained when the musical piece is listened to once for a fee is 1 yuan, the creator should obtain the revenue of 0.4 yuan, and the distributor should obtain the revenue of 0.6 yuan. If the musical composition is paid for listening 100 times, the creator should receive a 40-dollar profit and the distributor should receive a 60-dollar copyright profit.
However, in practice, some profit rights do not know the actual copyright profit situation, so that the full amount of copyright profit sharing cannot be obtained sometimes.

Detailed Description
Under the scene that the copyright revenue generated by the works needs to be divided into at least two revenue rights parties, the copyright revenue situation is difficult to know by some revenue rights parties.
For example, the creator of the work delivers the work to the distributor for distribution, and both parties agree to divide the copyright revenue generated by the work by 4:6, with 4 for the creator and 6 for the distributor. The issuer is directly responsible for the issuance of the works and can master the copyright revenue data of the works, so the issuer generally obtains the copyright revenue of the works and then divides the works into the creators, and the creators do not master the copyright revenue data of the works. Therefore, in practice, there is a case where the issuer hides the copyright profit from the creator and the creator is rarely divided.
For another example, the assembly work is a work which is produced by an assembling party respectively assembling a plurality of original producing parties. The assembler and a plurality of original creators agree on the proportion of copyright revenue generated by the assembly. The assembler has the copyright of the assembled work, which usually directly receives the copyright revenue of the assembled work, and then divides it into the original creators. Therefore, in practice, there is a case where the original creators hide copyright revenue from the assembler and divide the copyright revenue into a few parts.
For this reason, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, a pay-for-use service of a work is provided to a user by a blockchain client, and a copyright payment by the user actually generates a copyright profit of the work, which triggers an intelligent contract in a blockchain network to perform a partition calculation, and both the copyright profit record and a corresponding partition result are written into a blockchain for evidence storage.
Therefore, firstly, the intelligent contract is automatically triggered to carry out primary copyright share calculation according to the pre-agreed share proportion every time the copyright revenue is generated, and the condition that a certain revenue right party does not obtain copyright revenue share can not occur; secondly, the copyright revenue records generated each time and the corresponding copyright revenue sharing records are written into the block chain for evidence storage.
That is, each benefit right party of the work can check the amount of the copyright profit sharing obtained by itself according to the credible copyright profit record and the copyright profit sharing record stored in the block chain.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to be within the scope of protection.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for partitioning copyright revenue into block chain storage certificates according to an embodiment of the present specification, including the following steps:
s100: the target client monitors copyright payment operation of the target user.
It should be noted that the blockchain network herein may specifically be a alliance-chain network.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, a work usage service is provided to a user by a blockchain client corresponding to a blockchain network, and the user may obtain the work usage service from the blockchain client through a copyright payment operation.
In particular, blockchain clients may be developed in advance. In the blockchain technology level, a blockchain function module, or a blockchain Software Development Kit (SDK), is embedded in the blockchain client. In the service layer, the blockchain client can perform data interaction with a service server of a service provider, so that the work use service is provided for users.
For example, the service provider may be a music platform, and the blockchain client may be a music platform developed and provided for the user to use, and has an online music application function. The user can install the blockchain client on the own mobile phone, computer and other equipment, and then log in the blockchain client to listen to and download the music works stored in the service server in a pay mode. In practice, the blockchain client may be considered a Distributed Application (DAPP) developed based on blockchain.
In the present specification embodiment, the composition use service refers to a service related to composition use, such as composition browsing, composition downloading, composition recomposition authorization, composition performance authorization, and the like. The works use service is a paid service, and users need to pay for the copyright of works before obtaining the works use service. The works in the embodiment of the present specification may be musical works, written works, pictorial works, and the like. Furthermore, the work may also be specifically a compilation work.
For example, when a user wants to listen to a certain musical piece, the listening service of the musical piece is priced 1 yuan 1 time, and the user can perform a copyright payment operation for the musical piece, for example, the user clicks a "listening" button in an interface displayed by the blockchain client, a payment interface is triggered, and the user can pay through the payment interface.
In the embodiment of the specification, a first intelligent contract is required to be deployed in a blockchain network in advance and used for determining the share amount of each profit authority according to the share proportion between at least two profit authorities. The share ratio is generally pre-agreed between the revenue authorities of the work, and the share ratio is recorded in the first intelligent contract.
It should be noted that, in theory, the blockchain client may provide the user with a work usage service for a specific work (for example, the user can only pay to listen to the musical piece a through the blockchain client), and may also provide the user with a work usage service for at least two works (for example, the user can pay to listen to the musical pieces a to Z through the blockchain client).
If the blockchain client provides the user with the work use service of a certain specified work, the division ratio recorded in the first intelligent contract is the division ratio among the revenue rights of the specified work.
If the blockchain client provides the work use service of at least two works to the user, at least two different division ratios can be recorded in the first intelligent contract, and each work corresponds to each division ratio one to one. For each work, the corresponding share ratio for the work is the share ratio between at least two benefit rights parties for the work.
In the embodiments of the present specification, for convenience of description, any user registered in the blockchain network is referred to as a target user, and a blockchain client in which the target user logs is referred to as a target client.
The following is an example of a work usage service in which a blockchain client provides only a certain specified work to a user. In this embodiment of the present specification, when monitoring a copyright payment operation of a target user, a target client means that a specified work generates a copyright revenue, and the generated copyright revenue needs to be divided among revenue rights parties of the specified work.
S102: and the target client side constructs copyright payment transaction according to the copyright payment operation.
S104: and the target client submits the copyright payment transaction to the block chain network.
S106: the blockchain network determines, for each revenue authority, a share amount for the revenue authority based on the first intelligent contract and the copyright payment transaction.
It should be noted that the transaction (transfer) described in this specification refers to a piece of data that is created by a user through a blockchain client and needs to be finally published to a distributed database of a blockchain.
The transactions in the blockchain are classified into narrow transactions and broad transactions. A narrowly defined transaction refers to a transfer of value issued by a user to a blockchain; for example, in a conventional bitcoin blockchain network, the transaction may be a transfer initiated by the user in the blockchain. The broad transaction refers to a piece of business data with business intention, which is issued to the blockchain by a user; for example, an operator may build a federation chain based on actual business requirements, relying on the federation chain to deploy some other types of online business unrelated to value transfer (e.g., a rental house business, a vehicle dispatching business, an insurance claim settlement business, a credit service, a medical service, etc.), and in such federation chain, the transaction may be a business message or a business request with a business intent issued by a user in the federation chain.
In one or more embodiments of the present description, the copyright payment transaction may include information such as the time when the target user performs the copyright payment operation, the user identification of the target user, and the like. The copyright payment transaction can also comprise the amount paid by the target user for the payment, wherein the amount is actually the copyright revenue generated by the appointed work at this time and is an object to be divided into.
Of course, if the amount paid by the user through the copyright payment operation is always fixed, a fixed amount may be preset in the first smart contract without being included in the copyright payment transaction.
In effect, the copyright payment transaction is effectively a single record of copyright revenue generated for a given work. The copyright payment transaction is submitted to a block chain network for processing, and actually, on one hand, the copyright income is recorded and stored in a block chain, on the other hand, the copyright income is divided by using a trusted execution mechanism of an intelligent contract in the block chain, a trusted division result is obtained, and the division result is also stored in the block chain.
For example, suppose that Zhang three pairs of the works of the prose created by Li four and the works of the prose created by Wang five are compiled to obtain a compiled work. For copyright profit generated by the assembly work, the agreed division ratio among Zhang III, Li IV and Wang V is 5:2: 3. The user may download the compilation in a pay-per-view manner through the blockchain client. When the target user pays a fee to download the compilation (assuming a pay-per-download of 10 dollars), the target client is triggered to construct a copyright payment transaction and submit to the blockchain network. The block chain network can determine that the amount of money of Zhang III is 5 yuan, the amount of money of Li IV is 2 yuan and the amount of money of Wang V is 3 yuan based on the first intelligent contract and the copyright payment transaction.
S108: and the blockchain network establishes a corresponding relation between the identifier of the right of the benefit right party and the divided amount of the benefit right party and then writes the transaction execution result of the copyright payment transaction.
In step S108, following the above example, three sets of information (zhang san, 5 yuan), (lie si, 2 yuan), (wang wu, 3 yuan) are actually written into the transaction execution result of the copyright payment transaction. The copyright payment transaction is actually a record of the one-time copyright profit of the designated work, and the transaction execution result of the copyright payment transaction is actually a record of the corresponding copyright profit share.
S110: and the block chain network writes the copyright payment transaction and the transaction execution result of the copyright payment transaction into a block chain for storing the certificate.
Writing the transaction execution results of the copyright payment transaction and the copyright payment transaction into the block chain means that the primary copyright profit record and the corresponding primary copyright profit of the appointed work are divided into records for storing evidence, and any profit right party of the appointed work can conveniently look up.
By the method shown in fig. 1, a pay-needed work usage service is provided to a user by a blockchain client, and a copyright revenue of a work is actually generated by the user through one copyright payment, which triggers an intelligent contract in a blockchain network to perform one-time division calculation, and the copyright revenue record and a corresponding division result are written into a blockchain for evidence storage.
Firstly, the intelligent contract is automatically triggered to carry out primary copyright share calculation according to the pre-agreed share proportion every time the copyright revenue is generated, and the condition that a certain revenue right party does not obtain copyright revenue share can not occur; secondly, the copyright revenue records generated each time and the corresponding copyright revenue sharing records are written into the block chain for evidence storage.
Any income right party of the works can look up the copyright income condition of the works and the copyright income sharing condition of the works from the blockchain, so that whether the income right party obtains the copyright income sharing of each copyright income according to the sharing proportion agreed in advance can be verified.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present specification, if a blockchain client corresponding to a blockchain network provides a user with a work usage service for more than one work, the user may obtain the work usage service for any work from the blockchain client by means of copyright payment. Correspondingly, the first intelligent contract is specifically used for determining the share amount of each profit right party of each work according to the recorded share proportion between at least two profit right parties of the work.
As such, in step S100, the target client may monitor the copyright payment operation of the target user for any work. In step S102, the target client may construct a copyright payment transaction including a work identifier of the work according to the copyright payment operation. In this way, the blockchain network can distinguish which work the copyright payment transaction is actually a copyright revenue record.
In addition, in the embodiments of the present specification, there may be at least two operation categories of the copyright payment operation, for example, the copyright payment operation in which pay-to-view work is one operation category, and the copyright payment operation in which download work is another operation category. The respective payment amounts may be set for different operation categories.
Specifically, a one-to-one correspondence between N operation categories and N amounts of copyright payment may be preset, where N is greater than 1. In this way, in step S102, the target client may determine the operation category to which the copyright payment operation belongs according to the copyright payment operation, acquire the copyright payment amount corresponding to the determined operation category, and then construct a copyright payment transaction including the acquired copyright payment amount. The first intelligent dating is divided into objects by taking the payment amount in the copyright payment transaction as a dividing object according to the dividing proportion.
It is important to emphasize that for a given work, there are sometimes more than one business facilitator that collaborates with the creator of the given work, providing the user with a work usage service for the given work through a developed blockchain client. For example, the music platform a and the music platform B may respectively develop their own blockchain clients for users to use. For the same musical piece, the user can use the blockchain client developed by the music platform A to carry out pay downloading and can also use the blockchain client developed by the music platform B to carry out pay downloading.
Moreover, for each business facilitator, the creator and the business facilitator need to agree to divide into proportions, and the two are actually two revenue rights parties for the designated work.
It is clear that in the above case, a given work corresponds to more than one set of revenue rights. The user performs copyright payment operation through the blockchain client developed by which service provider, and determines the group of income rights party into which the copyright income is divided. Therefore, in the first intelligent contract, it is generally necessary to preset the share ratio corresponding to each group of profit entitlements. And the copyright payment transaction constructed by the target client also needs to include a service provider identification of the business service provider to which the target client belongs, so that the first intelligent contract determines which business service provider should be divided according to the service provider identification in the copyright payment transaction.
Fig. 2 is a proportional adjustment method provided in an embodiment of the present specification, including the following steps:
s200: and the block chain network calls the dividing proportion adjusting logic recorded in the first intelligent contract when the statistic is determined to be larger than the specified amount based on the second intelligent contract.
S202: and adjusting the division ratio recorded by the first intelligent contract according to the division ratio adjusting logic.
The adjusted split ratio is actually the split ratio documented by the first intelligent contract in the method shown in FIG. 1. When there are N works (N is greater than 1), the first intelligent contract may record N different division ratios, which correspond one-to-one to the N works.
In the embodiment of the present specification, a user may perform not only a copyright payment operation on a work by using a blockchain client, but also a work attention operation on the work by using the blockchain client.
The work attention operation does not need to pay and does not obtain the work use service, but the work attention operation usually represents that a user pays a certain attention to the work and can also reflect the preference degree of the work by the user. Generally, the more times a work is focused on an operation, the more popular the characterizing work is and the more popular it is enjoyed by the user.
The work attention operation may specifically be a click operation, a transfer operation, a collection operation, a marking operation, or the like for the work. In summary, the work attention operation is an operation performed by the user to express attention approval for a work in a pay-free manner.
In business practice, the degree of interest in a work often affects the division of the copyright revenue of the work among revenue rights. In some scenes, the attention degree of the work is high, which shows that the creative capability of the creative party of the work is strong, and the share of the creative party of the work is improved; in some scenes, the higher the attention degree of the work is, the higher the marketing ability of the distributor of the work is, and the share of the distributor of the work is improved.
The method shown in FIG. 2 actually presents a method of dynamically adjusting the split ratio in the first intelligent contract. When a user carries out work attention operation through the blockchain client, the blockchain client builds work attention transaction according to the monitored work attention operation and submits the work attention transaction to the blockchain network. And a second intelligent contract is also deployed in the blockchain network and used for counting the number of the work attention transactions accepted by the blockchain network and triggering the adjustment of the division ratio recorded in the first intelligent contract when the statistic is larger than a specified amount. The first intelligent contract is also recorded with dividing proportion adjusting logic.
That is to say, in the first aspect, the work attention record generated for each work attention operation of the work is submitted to the blockchain network for evidence storage; in a second aspect, a second intelligent contract deployed in the blockchain network also counts the number of times of the work attention operation for the work, and writes the statistical result into the blockchain; in a third aspect, the second intelligent contract triggers invocation of share scale adjustment logic in the first intelligent contract to adjust the share scale in the first intelligent contract if the statistics characterize the work as popular enough.
For example, the share ratio stated in the first intelligent contract is 3:7, and the share ratio adjustment logic may be: when invoked, the share ratio stated in the first intelligent contract is replaced by 4: 6.
further, if more than one work exists, when a user performs work attention operation on any one of at least two works through the blockchain client, the blockchain client may construct a work attention transaction including the work identification of the work according to the monitored work attention operation. The second intelligent contract is specifically used for: and counting the number of the work concerned transactions including the work identification of the work, which are accepted by the blockchain network, aiming at each work, and triggering the adjustment of the division ratio corresponding to the work recorded in the first intelligent contract when the statistic is greater than the specified amount corresponding to the work.
Furthermore, for a given work, sometimes more than one business facilitator cooperates with the creator of the given work, the user is provided with the work use service of the given work through the developed blockchain client, and for each business facilitator, the creator and the business facilitator need to agree to divide into proportions, which are actually two revenue rights parties of the given work.
Under the condition, when a target user performs work attention operation through a target blockchain client, the target blockchain client constructs and develops work attention transactions of a service provider identifier of a service provider of the target client according to the monitored work attention operation and submits the work attention transactions to the blockchain network.
The second smart contract may be specifically for: and counting the number of the works attention transactions which are accepted by the blockchain network and contain the service provider identification of the service provider aiming at each service provider, and triggering the adjustment of the division ratio corresponding to the service provider recorded in the first intelligent contract when the statistic is larger than the specified amount corresponding to the service provider. The share ratio corresponding to the service provider is the share ratio adopted by the service provider as one of the revenue rights parties.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for partitioning copyright revenue into blockchain vouchers, provided by an embodiment of the present specification, where a blockchain client corresponding to a blockchain network provides a work usage service to a user, and the user may obtain the work usage service from the blockchain client through a copyright payment operation; a first intelligent contract is deployed in the block chain network and used for determining the share amount of each benefit right party according to the share proportion between at least two benefit right parties;
the device is a blockchain client to which a target user logs in, the target user being any user registered in a blockchain network;
the device comprises:
the monitoring module 301 monitors copyright payment operation of a target user;
a construction and submission module 302, configured to construct a copyright payment transaction according to the copyright payment operation, and submit the copyright payment transaction to the blockchain network, so that the blockchain network determines, for each revenue authority party, a share amount of the revenue authority party based on the first intelligent contract and the copyright payment transaction, establishes a corresponding relationship between an authority party identifier of the revenue authority party and the share amount of the revenue authority party, and writes a transaction execution result of the copyright payment transaction into the blockchain for deposit.
