Abstract

本发明涉及环保领域,具体的公开了一种洁净室的空气净化装置,包括壳体、进风口、引风机、通风口和出风管;在通风口右侧固定有滤网筒,所述滤网筒内同轴设置有一竖直的旋转内芯,所述滤网筒的右侧固定设置有多个上下交错的第一隔板,在相邻的两个第一隔板之间固定安装有多个加热器;在壳体内的右端设置有调温室。本发明通过在滤网筒内设置旋转的旋转内芯,一方面能够保证空气在内部的通过性,使过滤后的空气及时排出,另一方面通过刷板槽上安装的刷板将滤网筒上的过滤的灰尘扫落,及时将灰尘从网孔上清理下来,避免堵塞;过滤后的空气通过高温加热对其进行杀菌处理,减少空气中细菌,符合洁净室需要。

本发明涉及环保领域,具体是一种洁净室的空气净化装置。
背景技术
洁净室空气净化设备即用于空气净化过程中的一种设备。随着对空气净化的不断重视与投入,空气净化的各项设备在一定程度上得到了很好地改进,能够便于使用人员进行操作;现有的洁净室空气净化设备在使用时存在一定的弊端。现有的空气净化装置,例如中国专利(公告号:CN 208652773 U)公开的一种组合式空气净化处理机组,采用过滤器和布袋除尘器对空气过滤,并且通过清理装置对过滤器进行清理,但是仅仅是对空气进行除尘,而对于空气中细菌、微生物等无法全部过滤,并且均留存在装置内,导致长时间使用内部细菌滋生;另外,其功能单一,不利于使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种洁净室的空气净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种洁净室的空气净化装置,包括壳体、进风口、引风机、通风口和出风管;所述进风口开设在壳体的左侧壁上,引风机安装在进风口上,通过引风机将外部的空气送入到壳体内;在壳体内固定设置有正对进风口的密封板,密封板上开设有通风口,使空气从通风口向右流动;在通风口右侧固定有滤网筒,滤网筒由筒状结构的筒体和开设在筒体一侧的网板构成,网板正对所述的通风口,通过滤网筒对空气过滤,灰尘等杂质过滤留在筒体的外表面,过滤后的空气通过网板进入到筒体内;所述滤网筒内同轴设置有一竖直的旋转内芯,旋转内芯的下端中心轴固定连接在位于壳体底部的电机的输出轴上,通过电机驱动旋转内芯旋转;所述滤网筒的右侧固定设置有多个上下交错的第一隔板,内部的空气沿第一隔板流动,在相邻的两个第一隔板之间固定安装有多个加热器,对流经其上的空气加热,使空气温度升高,通过高温对空气杀菌处理,减少空气中携带的细菌;在壳体内的右端设置有调温室,调温室的侧壁为第二隔板,并且固定在壳体的顶部,第二隔板的下端向下延伸到壳体的下部,使空气从调温室的下端进入;在调温室的顶部连用有出风管。
进一步的:所述旋转内芯包括芯体,芯体的侧壁上开设有导风口和刷板槽,并且导风口、刷板槽交替分布,导风口的深度大于刷板槽的深度,在所述芯体的中心开设有竖直向上从顶部穿出的导风孔,导风孔的侧壁上开设有与导风口对应的开口,使导风口与导风孔通过开口连通,导风口内的空气从开口进入到导风孔内,导风孔的顶端连通排风管,使空气从排风管向上排出;在刷板槽内粘附有刷板,使刷毛朝外从刷板槽内伸出,刷毛能够与滤网筒的内壁接触,将滤网筒内壁上粘附的灰尘扫落。
进一步的:所述调温室内固定有竖直的螺旋结构的螺旋导流槽,螺旋导流槽下端的空气向上沿其流动,延长空气流动的距离;在螺旋导流槽的中心竖直穿设有冷风管,冷风管的上端固定在壳体的顶部,并且通过管道连通有制冷机,通过制冷机向冷风管内通入冷气;冷风管为空心管结构,冷风管的侧壁上均匀开设若干个冷风孔,使冷风管内的冷气从冷风孔向外吹出,与在螺旋导流槽内流动的空气接触,降低空气温度,一方面能够保证排出的空气温度适宜,另外方面使空气温度急剧变化,进一步提高内部的杀菌处理效果,同时高温空气遇冷后其中的水汽能够快速凝结成液滴而低落下来,减少空气中水汽的含量。
进一步的:所述出风管安装有温度传感器,温度传感器电连接在控制器上,控制器与制冷机连接,控制制冷机通入到冷风管内的冷气量,控制排出的空气温度。
进一步的:所述加热器上设有电热丝。
进一步的:所述芯体的顶部固定有分散板,分散板为圆盘结构,其直径大于芯体的直径;在壳体的顶部固定安装有水泵,水泵上连通有伸入到壳体内的喷水管,喷水管位于网板的正上方,喷水管内喷出的水落在分散板上,跟随分散板使其均匀的分散,尤其能够直接将水分散到网板上,将其上过滤的灰尘等冲落下来,便于清理。
进一步的:所述分散板的上表面上开设有若干个沿其径向上的分散槽,分散槽的外端从分散板的边缘穿出,使落在分散板上的水能够沿分散槽向外侧流动,提高水的冲洗范围。
进一步的:所述壳体的底部连通有排水管,将内部的水排出。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在滤网筒内设置旋转的旋转内芯,一方面能够保证空气在内部的通过性,使过滤后的空气及时排出,另一方面通过刷板槽上安装的刷板将滤网筒上的过滤的灰尘扫落,及时将灰尘从网孔上清理下来,避免堵塞,上方喷下的水也能够提高对灰尘的清理;过滤后的空气通过高温加热对其进行杀菌处理,减少空气中细菌,符合洁净室需要;高温空气与低温能够将其中的水汽冷凝,除去空气中的水汽,降低空气湿度。

实施例1
请参阅图,本发明实施例中,一种洁净室的空气净化装置,包括壳体1、进风口2、引风机3、通风口4和出风管16;所述进风口2开设在壳体1的左侧壁上,引风机3安装在进风口2上,通过引风机3将外部的空气送入到壳体1内;在壳体1内固定设置有正对进风口2的密封板,密封板上开设有通风口4,使空气从通风口4向右流动;在通风口4右侧固定有滤网筒5,滤网筒5由筒状结构的筒体51和开设在筒体51一侧的网板52构成,网板52正对所述的通风口4,通过滤网筒5对空气过滤,灰尘等杂质过滤留在筒体51的外表面,过滤后的空气通过网板52进入到筒体51内。
所述滤网筒5内同轴设置有一竖直的旋转内芯6,旋转内芯6的下端中心轴固定连接在位于壳体1底部的电机8的输出轴上,通过电机8驱动旋转内芯6旋转;所述旋转内芯6包括芯体61;芯体61的侧壁上开设有导风口62和刷板槽63,并且导风口62、刷板槽63交替分布,导风口62的深度大于刷板槽63的深度,在所述芯体61的中心开设有竖直向上从顶部穿出的导风孔65,导风孔65的侧壁上开设有与导风口62对应的开口64,使导风口62与导风孔65通过开口64连通,导风口62内的空气从开口64进入到导风孔65内,导风孔65的顶端连通排风管7,使空气从排风管7向上排出;在刷板槽63内粘附有刷板,使刷毛朝外从刷板槽63内伸出,刷毛能够与滤网筒5的内壁接触,将滤网筒5内壁上粘附的灰尘扫落。
所述滤网筒5的右侧固定设置有多个上下交错的第一隔板9,内部的空气沿第一隔板9流动,在相邻的两个第一隔板9之间固定安装有多个加热器11,加热器11上设有电热丝,对流经其上的空气加热,使空气温度升高,通过高温对空气杀菌处理,减少空气中携带的细菌;在壳体1内的右端设置有调温室12,调温室12的侧壁为第二隔板10,并且固定在壳体1的顶部,第二隔板10的下端向下延伸到壳体1的下部,使空气从调温室12的下端进入;在调温室12内固定有竖直的螺旋结构的螺旋导流槽13,螺旋导流槽13下端的空气向上沿其流动,延长空气流动的距离;在螺旋导流槽13的中心竖直穿设有冷风管14,冷风管14的上端固定在壳体1的顶部,并且通过管道连通有制冷机15,通过制冷机15向冷风管14内通入冷气;冷风管14为空心管结构,冷风管14的侧壁上均匀开设若干个冷风孔19,使冷风管14内的冷气从冷风孔19向外吹出,与在螺旋导流槽13内流动的空气接触,降低空气温度,一方面能够保证排出的空气温度适宜,另外方面使空气温度急剧变化,进一步提高内部的杀菌处理效果,同时高温空气遇冷后其中的水汽能够快速凝结成液滴而低落下来,减少空气中水汽的含量;在调温室12的顶部连用有出风管16,出风管16安装有温度传感器17,温度传感器17电连接在控制器上,控制器与制冷机15连接,控制制冷机15通入到冷风管14内的冷气量,控制排出的空气温度。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,所述芯体61的顶部固定有分散板66,分散板66为圆盘结构,其直径大于芯体61的直径,在分散板66的上表面上开设有若干个沿其径向上的分散槽67,分散槽67的外端从分散板66的边缘穿出,使落在分散板66上的水能够沿分散槽67向外侧流动,提高水的冲洗范围;在壳体1的顶部固定安装有水泵20,水泵20上连通有伸入到壳体1内的喷水管21,喷水管21位于网板52的正上方,喷水管21内喷出的水落在分散板66上,跟随分散板66使其均匀的分散,尤其能够直接将水分散到网板52上,将其上过滤的灰尘等冲落下来,便于清理,在壳体1的底部连通有排水管18,将内部的水排出。
将装置安装后,通过引风机3将外部空气送入到壳体1内,在滤网筒5的作用下对空气进行过滤,减少空气中的灰尘等,在网板52过滤的过程中,滤网筒5内的旋转内芯6在电机8的作用下转动,使得旋转内芯6上的导风口62、刷板槽63间断的朝向网板52,当导风口62朝向网板52使空气从导风口62进入通过中心的开口64最后从顶部的排风管7排出,当刷板槽63朝向网板52时,刷板槽63上安装的刷板对网板52上进行清扫,减少网板52网空气上的灰尘,将其扫落,同时上方喷下的水也能够将灰尘落下,及时清理其上的灰尘;排风管7流出的空气在第一隔板9的间隙内流动,通过其中的加热器11进行加热,通过高温对空气杀菌消毒,最后高温空气通过调温室12内进行降温,除去其中的水汽,保证送入的空气温度适宜、湿度小。

1.一种洁净室的空气净化装置,包括壳体(1)、进风口(2)、引风机(3)、通风口(4)和出风管(16);所述进风口(2)开设在壳体(1)的左侧壁上,引风机(3)安装在进风口(2)上,在壳体(1)内固定设置有正对进风口(2)的密封板,密封板上开设有通风口(4),其特征在于,在通风口(4)右侧固定有滤网筒(5),滤网筒(5)由筒状结构的筒体(51)和开设在筒体(51)一侧的网板(52)构成,网板(52)正对所述的通风口(4);所述滤网筒(5)内同轴设置有一竖直的旋转内芯(6),旋转内芯(6)的下端中心轴固定连接在位于壳体(1)底部的电机(8)的输出轴上;所述旋转内芯(6)包括芯体(61),芯体(61)的侧壁上开设有导风口(62)和刷板槽(63),并且导风口(62)、刷板槽(63)交替分布,导风口(62)的深度大于刷板槽(63)的深度,在所述芯体(61)的中心开设有竖直向上从顶部穿出的导风孔(65),导风孔(65)的侧壁上开设有与导风口(62)对应的开口(64),导风孔(65)的顶端连通排风管(7);在刷板槽(63)内粘附有刷板;所述滤网筒(5)的右侧固定设置有多个上下交错的第一隔板(9),在相邻的两个第一隔板(9)之间固定安装有多个加热器(11);在壳体(1)内的右端设置有调温室(12),调温室(12)的侧壁为第二隔板(10),并且固定在壳体(1)的顶部,第二隔板(10)的下端向下延伸到壳体(1)的下部;在调温室(12)的顶部连用有出风管(16)。
