By matching the ring-shaped portion 41 and the plurality of positioning holes 411 with the corresponding welding posts 14, the connecting area between the positioning sheet 4 and the coil component 1 can be increased, and reliable connection can be ensured.
Furthermore, the positioning plate 4 is provided with a fixing portion 42 which is connected with the edge of the annular portion 41 and fixed with the valve body 3. The fixing portion 42 extends toward the side of the valve body 3 and is fixed to the valve body 3 by screws. In addition, it should be noted that the stator plate and the stator housing of the coil are assembled together to form a good electrical contact, and when the positioning sheet 4 is in electrical contact with the stator housing 12 therein, the positioning sheet 4 will be in electrical contact with all the stator plates and the stator housing 12 inside the coil.
In order to facilitate processing and manufacturing, the plastic package housing 13 is of an integral injection molding structure. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the exposed portion of the stator casing may be provided at any position of the stator casing 12, and in the preferred embodiment, the plastic package casing 13 has a pre-formed exposed notch 131 on the side surface or the bottom surface of the coil component 1 for exposing the stator casing 12. Of course, it is preferable to dispose the exposed notch 131 at the bottom side of the coil component 1, on one hand, the conductive contact portion 43 does not need to extend too long, and on the other hand, the elastic bending head 431 can be conveniently inserted into the exposed notch 131.
