本发明提出的是一种联动推拉门。在门框内相错设置有左门和右门悬挂在桁架下部的上轨道上;左门顶部两端分别设置左联动杆和右联动杆,右门顶部安装有矩形板状的联动板,联动板两侧设有凹槽与左联动杆和右联动杆拟合拖动左门,实现左门和右门的联动;门框的右侧顶部设置有驱动电机传动门框两侧的链轮,并通过标准链条将右门首尾连接,上轨道还悬挂有用于张紧标准链条的导向轮组;右门对应的上导轨两端的下部,设有限制右门开启与关闭的开门限位挡和关门限位挡,控制右门的运行位置。本发明采用在右门顶部设置联动板拟合左门顶部的左联动杆和右联动杆,形成右门带动左门的联动;驱动电机带动右门开启关闭并实现锁闭。适宜作为联动推拉门应用。

一种联动推拉门
技术领域
本发明提出的是建筑领域的推拉门,主要应用于大、中型厂房。具体地说是一种联动推拉门。
背景技术
目前,大、中型厂房大门为方便工厂厂房内外进出和保温,通常大门的体积、重量均较大。一般情况下,多采用齿轮齿条硬联接传动结构,需要两套驱动传动分别带动左右推拉门,这样的结构成本较高,使用不便。急需改进推拉门的启闭方式,降低成本提高效率。
发明内容
为了能够使推拉门独立驱动、联动启闭,本发明提出了一种联动推拉门。该联动推拉门通过在右门顶部设置联动板拟合左门顶部的左联动杆和右联动杆,形成右门带动左门的联动,解决推拉门联动启闭的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在门框内相错设置有左门和右门悬挂在桁架下部的上轨道上;左门顶部两端分别设置左联动杆和右联动杆,右门顶部安装有矩形板状的联动板,联动板两侧设有凹槽与左联动杆和右联动杆拟合拖动左门,实现左门和右门的联动;门框的右侧顶部设置有驱动电机传动门框两侧的链轮,并通过标准链条将右门首尾连接,上轨道还悬挂有用于张紧标准链条的导向轮组;右门对应的上导轨两端的下部,设有限制右门开启与关闭的开门限位挡和关门限位挡,控制右门的运行位置。
所述左门和右门的底部均设有槽形滑轮坐落于对应的下导轨上,限位门体摆动与进行直线行走;左门和右门的上部采用吊轮与上轨道挂接。
所述门框上安装有密封条。
所述驱动电机具有电磁制动与自锁功能,左右门闭合时形成锁闭;停电时,手动时释放电磁离合器可用手推动左门,开启推拉门。
积极效果,由于本发明采用在右门顶部设置联动板拟合左门顶部的左联动杆和右联动杆,形成右门带动左门的联动;独立的驱动电机带动链轮和标准链条驱动右门,使得右门在开门限位挡和关门限位挡的控制下开启关闭并实现锁闭。适宜作为联动推拉门应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在门框1内相错设置有左门6和右门7悬挂在桁架4下部的上轨道3上;左门顶部两端分别设置左联动杆10和右联动杆8,右门顶部安装有矩形板状的联动板9,联动板两侧设有凹槽与左联动杆和右联动杆拟合拖动左门,实现左门和右门的联动;门框的右侧顶部设置有驱动电机15传动门框两侧的链轮16,并通过标准链条14将右门首尾连接,上轨道还悬挂有用于张紧标准链条的导向轮组13;右门对应的上导轨两端的下部,设有限制右门开启与关闭的开门限位挡12和关门限位挡11,控制右门的运行位置。

本发明的工作过程:
关闭推拉门时,驱动电机带动标准链条顺时针运动同时带动右门运动,联动板带动右联动杆后带动左门联动,沿上轨道运行至关门限位档止,左右门封闭厂房门框。同理开启推拉门时,驱动电机带动标准链条逆时针运动同时带动右门运动,联动板带动左联动杆使带动左门联动,沿上轨道运行至开门限位档止。左、右门重叠在一起停在厂房门框一侧。
本发明的特点:
由于联动推拉门结构简单,独立的驱动传动系统,所以高效安全可靠,操作简单,作业方便。
由于链轮与标准链条属于柔性传动,所以驱动电机驱动右门带动左门联动时,具有缓冲的作用,减少了意外阻力对推拉门的损坏。

1.一种联动推拉门,其特征是:在门框(1)内相错设置有左门(6)和右门(7)悬挂在桁架(4)下部的上轨道(3)上;左门顶部两端分别设置左联动杆(10)和右联动杆(8),右门顶部安装有矩形板状的联动板(9),联动板两侧设有凹槽与左联动杆和右联动杆拟合拖动左门,实现左门和右门的联动;门框的右侧顶部设置有驱动电机(15)传动门框两侧的链轮(16),并通过标准链条(14)将右门首尾连接,上轨道还悬挂有用于张紧标准链条的导向轮组(13);右门对应的上导轨两端的下部,设有限制右门开启与关闭的开门限位挡(12)和关门限位挡(11),控制右门的运行位置。
