Abstract
The invention discloses an aluminum foil reverse flanging device and a processing method thereof. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the restraint roller guarantees that its transportation material keeps taut in initial conveying position, prevents that it from taking place the hem in initial turning department, and the blank holder guarantees its normal work in key turning department, prevents that it from producing the hem in first driving roller department, and whether the position is horizontal to the position of conveniently detecting of position of finding position, and conveniently detects other factors that probably produce the hem, and squeeze roller and anti-hem roller all are adjustable, and the interval distance between its two and the driving roller is decided by aluminium foil thickness, guarantees can adapt to the production of more specifications, and guarantees that it can not produce the hem in production turning department.

Background
The aluminum foil often has some problems during production, such as edge folding in the very easy production process, so that the production quality is not too close, and the like, so that a reverse edge folding device is urgently needed to solve the problems, and the reverse edge folding device is mainly used for ensuring that the reverse edge folding cannot be generated in the sheep aluminum foil production process and ensuring smooth work.

The invention realizes the above purpose through the following technical scheme: an aluminum foil reverse flanging device comprises a first driving roller, a constraint roller, an adjusting turntable, an outer structure frame of the device, an initial driving roller, a blank holder, an adjusting knob, a positioning ring, an aluminum foil, a squeeze roller, a reverse flanging roller and a second driving roller; the aluminum foil is fixed on the initial driving roller in a cylindrical shape, the extrusion roller is correspondingly fixed on the side face of the opposite driving roller, the reverse driving roller is located above the second driving roller, and the second driving roller and the reverse flanging roller are located on the same vertical line and have different specifications.
Preferably, in order to ensure that the transported material is kept tight at the initial conveying position and is prevented from being folded at the initial turning position, the restraint roller is connected with the outer structure frame of the device in a single-shaft rotation mode, and the outside of the restraint roller is connected with a holding strip.

Preferably, in order to ensure that the aluminum foil can be suitable for production with more specifications and ensure that the aluminum foil cannot be folded at a production turning position, the squeeze roller and the reverse folding roller are both adjustable, and the interval distance between the squeeze roller and the reverse folding roller and the transmission roller is determined by the thickness of the aluminum foil.
The processing method of the aluminum foil reverse flanging device mainly comprises the following steps:
step A: firstly, mounting an aluminum foil on an initial driving roller, connecting all parts in place after the aluminum foil is allowed to work;

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the aluminum foil reverse flanging device and the processing method are reasonable in design, the constraint roller is connected with the outer structure frame of the device in a single-shaft rotating way, the outer side of the constraint roller is connected with the clamping strip, the transportation material of the aluminum foil reverse flanging device is kept tight at an initial transmission position, flanging of the transportation material at the initial turning position is prevented, the edge pressing rod is connected with the outer structure frame of the device in a buckle mode, the lower surface of the edge pressing rod is leveled with the upper surface of the first transmission roller, normal operation of the aluminum foil reverse flanging at a key turning position is guaranteed, flanging is prevented from being generated at the first transmission roller, the positioning ring is adjustably connected with the adjusting knob, the positioning ring is welded with a main space rotating shaft of the aluminum foil reverse flanging roller, whether the initial transmission position is horizontal or not is conveniently detected, other factors which can generate flanging are conveniently detected, the extrusion roller and the reverse flanging roller are adjustable, the interval distance between the extrusion roller and the transmission roller is determined by the thickness of the aluminum foil, the aluminum foil reverse flanging can be adapted to production of more specifications, and the aluminum foil reverse flanging can be prevented at the production turning position.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, an aluminum foil reverse hemming device comprises a first driving roller 1, a constraint roller 2, an adjusting turntable 3, an outer structure frame 4 of the device, an initial driving roller 5, a hemming rod 6, an adjusting knob 7, a positioning ring 8, an aluminum foil 9, a squeeze roller 10, a reverse hemming roller 11 and a second driving roller 12; the first driving roller 1 spans the upper part of the outer structure frame 4 of the device in a rotating connection mode, the constraint roller 2 is rotationally connected to the inner surface of the outer structure frame 4 of the device, the adjusting turntable 3 is fixed on the outer side surface of the outer structure frame 4 of the device, the outer structure frame 4 of the device is arranged on the outermost side of the device for the main frame of the device, the initial driving roller 5 is fixed in a rotating groove reserved by the outer structure frame 4 of the device, the blank holder 6 is arranged on the upper surface of the outer structure frame 4 of the device in a strip shape, the adjusting knob 7 is fixed on the outer surface of the outer structure frame 4 of the device in a rotating connection mode and is positioned on the opposite surface of the adjusting turntable 3, the positioning ring 8 is rotationally connected to the outer structure frame 4 of the device, the aluminum foil 9 is cylindrically fixed on the initial driving roller 5, the extruding roller 10 is correspondingly fixed on the side surface of the opposite driving roller, the reverse flanging roller 11 is positioned above the second driving roller 12, the second roller 12 and the reverse flanging roller 11 are positioned on the same vertical line, and the two driving specifications are different.
The restraint roller 2 is connected with the outer structure frame 4 of the device in a single-shaft rotating way, the outside of the restraint roller is connected with a clamping strip, the transportation material is kept tight at an initial transmission position, the restraint roller is prevented from folding at an initial turning position, the edge pressing rod 6 is connected with the outer structure frame 4 of the device in a buckle way, the lower surface of the restraint roller is level with the upper surface of the first driving roller 1, the restraint roller is ensured to work normally at a key turning position, the restraint roller is prevented from folding at the first driving roller 1, the positioning ring 8 is connected with the adjusting knob 7 in an adjustable way, the restraint roller is welded with a main space rotating shaft of the restraint roller, whether the initial transmission position is horizontal or not is conveniently detected, other factors which can possibly produce folding are conveniently detected, the extrusion roller 10 and the anti-folding roller 11 are adjustable, the interval distance between the restraint roller and the driving roller is determined by the thickness of the aluminum foil 9, the restraint roller can adapt to production with more specifications, and the restraint roller is prevented from producing folding at the turning position.
The processing method of the aluminum foil reverse flanging device mainly comprises the following steps:
step A: firstly, mounting an aluminum foil 9 on an initial driving roller 5, connecting all parts in place after the aluminum foil is allowed to work;
and (B) step (B): the aluminum foil 9 is conveyed to the restraint roller 2 through the initial driving roller 5, and the aluminum foil 9 is primarily restrained to prevent flanging;
step C: after passing through the constraint roller 2, the aluminum foil 9 is conveyed to the first driving roller 1, and is subjected to secondary edge pressing at a turning position through the extrusion roller 10 and the edge pressing rod 6 to prevent edge folding;
step D: thereafter, the aluminium foil 9 is transferred between the counter-flanging roll 11 and the second driving roll 12, maintaining its integrity;
step E: finally, the aluminum foil 9 is conveyed to a squeeze roller 10 and another driving roller for final reverse flanging conveying, and is adhered with the aluminum foil for subsequent processing.

An aluminium foil reverse flanging device, its characterized in that: the device comprises a first driving roller (1), a constraint roller (2), an adjusting turntable (3), an outer device structure frame (4), an initial driving roller (5), a blank holder (6), an adjusting knob (7), a positioning ring (8), an aluminum foil (9), a squeeze roller (10), a reverse flanging roller (11) and a second driving roller (12); the first driving roller (1) is transversely arranged on the upper part of the outer structure frame (4) of the device in a rotating connection mode, the constraint roller (2) is rotationally connected to the inner surface of the outer structure frame (4) of the device, the adjusting turntable (3) is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the outer structure frame (4) of the device, the outer structure frame (4) of the device is arranged on the outermost side of the device for the main frame of the device, the initial driving roller (5) is fixedly arranged in a reserved rotating groove of the outer structure frame (4) of the device, the blank holder (6) is arranged on the upper surface of the outer structure frame (4) of the device in a strip shape, the adjusting knob (7) is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the outer structure frame (4) of the device in a rotating connection mode, and is positioned on the opposite surface of the adjusting turntable (3), the positioning ring (8) is rotationally connected to the outer structure frame (4) of the device, the aluminum foil (9) is fixedly arranged on the initial driving roller (5) in a cylinder shape, the aluminum foil (10) is correspondingly fixedly arranged on the side surface of the opposite driving roller, the driving roller (11) is fixedly arranged on the opposite driving roller, and the driving roller (11) is positioned on the opposite driving roller (12) and is positioned on the opposite edge folding roller (12) in the same vertical direction;

3. An aluminum foil reverse hemming device according to claim 1 wherein: the squeeze roller (10) and the reverse flanging roller (11) are adjustable, and the interval distance between the squeeze roller and the driving roller is determined by the thickness of the aluminum foil (9).
