the transmission device comprises a transmission rotary groove with an opening facing downwards and communicated with the annular rotary cavity, a transmission gear with a lower end connected with the annular gear in a meshed manner is arranged in the transmission rotary groove in a rotating manner through a transmission rotary shaft, a first meshing cavity is communicated with the left side of the transmission rotary groove, the left end of the transmission rotary shaft extends into the first meshing cavity and is fixedly provided with a first bevel gear, the rear end face of the first bevel gear is connected with a second bevel gear which is rotatably arranged through a connection rotary shaft in a meshed manner, the front side of the first meshing cavity is communicated with the rotary groove on the upper side through a first belt groove, first belt pulleys are symmetrically arranged in the first belt groove in a left-right manner, the front end of the connection rotary shaft extends into the first belt groove and is fixedly connected with the first belt pulley on the right side, the first belt pulleys on the two sides are connected through first belt power, and a rotary shaft is fixedly arranged, the lower rotating shaft is respectively in power connection with the rotating shafts on the front side and the rear side through connecting devices which are symmetrical front and rear, the front end of the upper rotating shaft extends into the first belt groove and is fixedly connected with the first belt pulley on the left side, the rear side of the upper rotating groove is provided with a second meshing cavity in a communicating manner, the rear end of the rotating shaft extends into the second meshing cavity and is fixedly provided with a third bevel gear, the lower end surface of the third bevel gear is connected with a fourth bevel gear which is rotatably arranged through a first rotating shaft in a meshing manner, the lower side of the second meshing cavity is provided with a second belt groove in a communicating manner, a second belt pulley is symmetrically arranged in the second belt groove front and rear, the lower end of the first rotating shaft extends into the second belt groove and is fixedly connected with the second belt pulley on the front side, and the second belt pulley on the rear side is fixedly connected with the upper end of the rotating shaft on the rear;
