Abstract
The invention relates to a screen lifting mechanism, which comprises a screen assembly, a rotating bracket, a sliding rail plate, a motor assembly and a fixed plate, wherein the screen assembly is respectively hinged with the rotating bracket and the motor assembly, the rotating bracket is respectively hinged with the screen assembly and the sliding rail plate, the sliding rail plate is slidably arranged on the motor assembly and is respectively hinged with the rotating bracket and the motor assembly, and the motor assembly is fixedly arranged on the fixed plate and is respectively hinged with the screen assembly and the sliding rail plate. The invention further provides an automobile seat, which comprises the screen lifting mechanism. The screen lifting mechanism adopts a split structure, so that the sliding rail plate can be pushed out from the automobile seat under the action of the motor component, and the installation space required by the motor component is contracted into the interior of an armrest, for example, of the automobile seat, thereby avoiding interference with other structures and having obvious advantages.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an automobile seat, and more particularly to a screen lifting mechanism and an automobile seat equipped with the same.
Background
The screen is mounted on the automobile seat and is widely used more and more, so that the passenger can use the screen conveniently, when the passenger wants to use the screen to control the seat, the screen is slowly lifted to an angle comfortable for human operation by clicking a built-in UI interface, and the actions of seat functional parts (such as headrest, leg drag, backrest adjustment and the like) can be controlled, so that the seat is intelligently used. The screen lifting mechanism in the prior art needs a larger installation space near the screen, so that the screen lifting mechanism is easy to interfere with other seat structures (such as a slidable red wine cabinet and the like), and the installation requirement cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the screen cannot be mounted due to the limited mounting space in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a screen lifting mechanism and an automobile seat with the screen lifting mechanism.
The invention provides a screen lifting mechanism which comprises a screen assembly, a rotating bracket, a sliding rail plate, a motor assembly and a fixed plate, wherein the screen assembly is respectively hinged with the rotating bracket and the motor assembly, the rotating bracket is respectively hinged with the screen assembly and the sliding rail plate, the sliding rail plate is slidably arranged on the motor assembly and is respectively hinged with the rotating bracket and the motor assembly, and the motor assembly is fixedly arranged on the fixed plate and is respectively hinged with the screen assembly and the sliding rail plate.
In a translation stage, the motor assembly drives the screen assembly, the rotating bracket and the sliding rail plate to synchronously translate by a first interval; in a lifting stage, the sliding rail plate abuts against a limiting stop point formed by the fixed plate to keep still, and the motor assembly drives the screen assembly and the rotary support to rotate.
One end of the screen assembly is hinged to one end of the rotary support through a first rotating shaft, the other end of the rotary support is hinged to one end of the sliding rail plate through a second rotating shaft, and the other end of the sliding rail plate and the other end of the screen assembly are hinged to the motor assembly through a third rotating shaft.
The other end of the sliding rail plate is provided with a waist hole for accommodating the third rotating shaft, and the standing angle of the screen assembly is adjusted through the position of the third rotating shaft in the waist hole.
The motor assembly comprises a motor and a trolley push rod mechanism, wherein the trolley push rod mechanism comprises a push rod, a trolley and a fixed rail, the third rotating shaft is accommodated in a shaft hole at one end of the push rod, the other end of the push rod is fixedly connected with the trolley, and the trolley is movable relative to the fixed rail under the action of the motor.
The motor is provided with a screw rod which drives the trolley to move on the fixed rail through a transmission nut.
The fixed rail has a chute and the trolley has a pulley which is received in the chute to be movable.
The fixed rail has a fixed rod for limiting the sliding of the sliding rail plate, and the fixed plate is fixed on the fixed rod.
The invention further provides an automobile seat, which comprises the screen lifting mechanism.
The screen lifting mechanism is arranged in a seat armrest of the automobile seat, the seat armrest comprises a side plate, a metal framework, a first plastic piece and a second plastic piece, the screen lifting mechanism is fixedly supported on one side of the side plate through the metal framework, the first plastic piece covers the screen lifting mechanism from the side surface and is connected and supported on the side plate, and the second plastic piece covers the screen lifting mechanism from the rear side and is connected and supported on the side plate
According to the screen lifting mechanism disclosed by the invention, a split structure is adopted, so that the sliding rail plate can be pushed out from the automobile seat under the action of the motor assembly, the installation space required by the motor assembly is contracted into the interior of an armrest of the automobile seat, for example, meanwhile, the hinged sliding rail plate and the flat arrangement of the rotating bracket only need a small occupied space near the screen, interference with other structures is avoided, and the screen lifting mechanism has remarkable advantages. According to the screen lifting mechanism disclosed by the invention, the screen can be slowly lifted to an angle comfortable for passengers to operate, so that the passengers can control the functional parts of the automobile seat to act according to the needs, and the screen can be automatically reset, so that the basic functions of the automobile seat are ensured while the passengers can operate conveniently.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a screen lifting mechanism 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is installed in a seat armrest 2 of an automobile seat, wherein the seat armrest 2 includes a side plate 21, a metal skeleton 22, a first plastic member 23 and a second plastic member 24, the screen lifting mechanism 1 being fixedly supported on the right side of the side plate 21 by the metal skeleton 22 in the illustrated embodiment, the first plastic member 23 wrapping the screen lifting mechanism 1 from the right side and being connectively supported on the side plate 21, and the second plastic member 24 wrapping the screen lifting mechanism 1 from the rear side and being connectively supported on the side plate 21. Thereby, the screen lifting mechanism 1 can be lifted after protruding from the front side of the armrest 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the screen lifting mechanism 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a screen assembly 11, a rotating bracket 12, a slide rail plate 13, a motor assembly 14, and a fixed plate 15, wherein the screen assembly 11 is hinged with the rotating bracket 12 and the motor assembly 14, respectively, the rotating bracket 12 is hinged with the screen assembly 11 and the slide rail plate 13, respectively, the slide rail plate 13 is slidably mounted on the motor assembly 14 and is hinged with the rotating bracket 12 and the motor assembly 14, respectively, and the motor assembly 14 is fixedly mounted on the fixed plate 15 and is hinged with the screen assembly 11 and the slide rail plate 13, respectively. Specifically, the middle part of the screen assembly 11 is hinged to the rear end of the rotating bracket 12 through a first rotating shaft a, the front end of the rotating bracket 12 is hinged to the front end of the sliding rail plate 13 through a second rotating shaft B, and the rear end of the sliding rail plate 13 and the rear end of the screen assembly 11 are hinged to the motor assembly 14 through a third rotating shaft C, as shown in fig. 3. Referring back to fig. 2, the rear end of the slide rail plate 13 has a waist hole 13a extending forward and backward to accommodate the third rotation shaft C, and the standing angle of the screen assembly 11 can be adjusted as the third rotation shaft C moves forward and backward in the waist hole 13 a.
As shown in fig. 4, the motor assembly 14 of the screen lifting mechanism 1 includes a motor 141 and a trolley push rod mechanism 142, wherein the motor 141 has a screw rod 1411, the trolley push rod mechanism 142 includes a push rod 1421, a trolley 1422 and a fixed rail 1423, the front end of the push rod 1421 has a shaft hole 1421a for accommodating a third rotation shaft C (see fig. 3), the rear end of the push rod 1421 is fixedly connected with the trolley 1422, and the trolley 1422 is movable back and forth relative to the fixed rail 1423 under the action of the screw rod 1411. Specifically, the fixed rail 1423 has a sliding groove 1423a extending forward and backward, and the carriage 1422 has a pulley 1422a, and the pulley 1422a is accommodated in the sliding groove 1423a to move forward and backward. In addition, the front end of the fixed rail 1423 has a fixing rod 1423b extending forward and backward for defining the sliding rail plate 13 (see fig. 2), and a fixing plate 15 (see fig. 3) is fixed to the fixing rod 1423 b.
Fig. 5 shows the principle of movement of the screen lifting mechanism 1, and fig. 6 shows the course of movement of the screen lifting mechanism 1 in a sectional view. Specifically, in the translation stage, the motor 141 makes the trolley 1422 translate forward through the transmission nut sleeved on the screw rod 1411, at this time, the pulley 1422a of the trolley moves forward in the chute 1423a, and the push rod 1421 drives the screen assembly 11, the rotating bracket 12 and the sliding rail plate 13 to translate forward synchronously; when the forward translation travel of the trolley reaches the preset first spacing S1, the front end of the sliding rail plate 13 abuts against the limit stop point formed by the groove wall 151 (see fig. 3) of the fixed plate 15, and starts to enter the lifting stage, that is, the motor 141 continues to push the trolley 1422 to translate forward, the forward movement of the sliding rail plate 13 on the fixed rod 1423B (see fig. 4) is limited by the limit stop point, the position of the waist hole 13a is kept still, the push rod 1421 drives the third rotating shaft C to move forward in the waist hole 13a, drives the rotating bracket 12 to rotate clockwise around the second rotating shaft B, and the screen assembly 11 rotates anticlockwise around the third rotating shaft C to be lifted. When the travel of the trolley moving forward reaches the preset second interval S2 and the third rotating shaft C moves forward in the waist hole 13a by the second interval S2, the screen assembly 11 is lifted to the limit height H1. Conversely, the motor 141 drives the third rotating shaft C to move backward S2 in the waist hole 13a through the push rod 1421, the screen is lowered, and then the screen assembly 11, the rotating bracket 12 and the sliding rail plate 13 are driven to translate backward S2 synchronously, and the mechanism is reset.
In the illustrated embodiment, the first spacing S1 is 35mm and the second spacing S2 is 35mm. It should be understood that the first spacing S1 and the second spacing S2 may be adjusted as needed, and may be the same or different. In particular, the length of the runner 1423a is set to be greater than the sum of the first spacing S1 and the second spacing S2, and the length of the waist hole 13a is equal to the second spacing S2. It should be appreciated that the length of the runner 1423a should be at least equal to the sum of the first spacing S1 and the second spacing S2, and the length of the waist hole 13a may be greater than the second spacing S2.

The screen lifting mechanism is characterized by comprising a screen assembly, a rotary support, a sliding rail plate, a motor assembly and a fixed plate, wherein the screen assembly is hinged with the rotary support and the motor assembly respectively, the rotary support is hinged with the screen assembly and the sliding rail plate respectively, the sliding rail plate is slidably arranged on the motor assembly and is hinged with the rotary support and the motor assembly respectively, the motor assembly is fixedly arranged on the fixed plate and is hinged with the screen assembly and the sliding rail plate respectively, and in a translation stage, the motor assembly drives the screen assembly, the rotary support and the sliding rail plate to synchronously translate by a first distance; in a lifting stage, the sliding rail plate is abutted against a limiting stop point formed by the fixing plate to keep still, the motor assembly drives the screen assembly and the rotary support to rotate, one end of the screen assembly is hinged to one end of the rotary support through a first rotating shaft, the other end of the rotary support is hinged to one end of the sliding rail plate through a second rotating shaft, the other end of the sliding rail plate and the other end of the screen assembly are hinged to the motor assembly through a third rotating shaft, a waist hole for accommodating the third rotating shaft is formed in the other end of the sliding rail plate, and the standing angle of the screen assembly is adjusted through the position of the third rotating shaft in the waist hole.

The screen lifting mechanism of claim 1, wherein the motor assembly comprises a motor and a trolley push rod mechanism, wherein the trolley push rod mechanism comprises a push rod, a trolley and a fixed rail, the third rotating shaft is accommodated in a shaft hole at one end of the push rod, the other end of the push rod is fixedly connected with the trolley, and the trolley is movable relative to the fixed rail under the action of the motor.
3. The screen lifting mechanism of claim 2, wherein the motor has a screw that drives the movement of the trolley on the fixed rail via a transfer nut.
4. The screen lifting mechanism of claim 2 wherein the fixed rail has a chute and the trolley has a pulley received in the chute to be movable.
5. The screen lifting mechanism of claim 2, wherein the fixed rail has a fixed bar for defining the sliding movement of the slide rail plate, the fixed plate being fixed to the fixed bar.
6. A car seat, characterized in that it comprises a screen lifting mechanism according to any one of claims 1-5.

The car seat according to claim 6, wherein the screen lifting mechanism is installed in a seat armrest of the car seat, the seat armrest including a side plate, a metal frame, a first plastic member and a second plastic member, the screen lifting mechanism being fixedly supported on one side of the side plate by the metal frame, the first plastic member laterally covering the screen lifting mechanism and being connectively supported on the side plate, the second plastic member laterally covering the screen lifting mechanism and being connectively supported on the side plate.
