Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation process of a novel environment-friendly eye shadow box, which comprises the following steps: firstly, powder box manufacturing: firstly, coating a layer of food-grade gloss oil on the upper surface of kraft paper, then mounting the lower surface of the kraft paper on a corrugated board made of the kraft paper, then placing the kraft paper on a punching machine, punching a plurality of eye shadow grooves, then placing the kraft paper on a die-cutting machine for die cutting, and finally placing the kraft paper on a box pasting machine for box pasting to obtain a powder box; and manufacturing a shell: firstly, coating a layer of water-based varnish on the surface of an environment-friendly paperboard, then placing the environment-friendly paperboard on a grooving machine to perform grooving at a position needing bending, and then placing the environment-friendly paperboard on a die cutting machine to perform die cutting to obtain a shell; and finally, assembling the shell and the powder box: fixing the bottom surface of the powder box on the shell through glue to obtain a finished product eye shadow box; the powder box and the shell are both made of paper environment-friendly materials, and have the characteristics of being recyclable, degradable and the like, so that the pollution and the damage to the environment can be effectively prevented.

Preferably, the inner walls around the eye shadow groove are inclined planes; the inclination of the inclined plane is 15-45 degrees.

and finally, assembling the shell and the powder box:

s5: placing the punched kraft paper on a die cutting machine for die cutting according to the shape of a product, as shown in figure 2;
s6: putting the die-cut kraft paper on a box pasting machine for box pasting to obtain a powder box 1 as shown in figures 3-4;
and manufacturing a shell:
s7: selecting 600g/m2The environment-friendly paperboard;

According to the manufacturing processes of the first to third embodiments, it can be seen that when the hardness of the long fiber kraft paper is increased from 120g to 150g, the slope α of the inclined surface is decreased and the press chamfer is increased due to the increase in hardness.
Further, a socket 12 is reserved at the bottom of the front surface of the powder box 1 during die cutting; the clamping plate capable of being inserted into the socket 12 is reserved on the edge of the shell 2 during die cutting, locking is achieved through the matching of the socket 12 and the clamping plate, a magnet and the like are not needed, and the shell is more environment-friendly; the cardboard is isosceles trapezoid, is convenient for insert socket 12, and the length of its main aspects slightly is greater than the length of socket 12, can realize the auto-lock through interference fit.
Furthermore, the glue is water-soluble glue, so that the price is low and the environment is protected.
Further, the surface of the powder box 1 can be printed with various patterns before food-grade varnish is coated on the surface and before water-based varnish is coated on the surface of the shell 2, so that the requirements of different people can be met.
