Abstract
The invention provides a guiding device and a handheld tool using the same. The guide device comprises a supporting part capable of abutting against a workpiece, a coupler fixedly connected with the handheld tool, a guide piece arranged between the supporting part and the coupler, and an auxiliary handle connected with the supporting part; the coupler can slide relative to the guide piece along the direction parallel to the axis of the output shaft, the supporting part is provided with a through hole for the working head to pass through, the axis of the through hole coincides with the axis of the working head, and the auxiliary handle is rotatably connected with the supporting part. The guide device has the advantages that the number of parts is small, the installation angles of the auxiliary handle and the guide device are adjustable, and when the guide device is used, the guide device is not easy to block the sight of an operator, the operator can adjust the use angle according to habit, and the use comfort of the operator is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a guide device for a hand-held power tool and a guide device for the hand-held power tool.
Background
When drilling holes in a workpiece using a hand-held tool, the drilled holes are often skewed. At present, guiding is often performed by mounting a separate guiding device on the hand tool. However, the existing guiding devices often utilize elastic elements to lower the guiding device onto a workpiece, and the guiding device has more parts, so that the weight and the external dimension of the guiding device are larger, the hand-held machine tool using the guiding device is heavier, the elastic force generated by the elastic elements is smaller, and slip is easy to generate between the guiding device and the workpiece during working. In addition, the installation angle of the guide device and the handheld tool machine is not easy to adjust, when the handheld tool machine is used, the sight of an operator is easy to be blocked, the handheld tool machine is inconvenient to use, the operator needs to keep a single use posture for a long time, and the use comfort is affected. Accordingly, there is a need for an improvement against the problems of the conventional guide device, such as a large number of parts and difficulty in installation and adjustment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a hand-held tool which has a simple structure and is easy to operate.
The above purpose is achieved by the following technical scheme:
a hand-held tool comprising: the main body comprises a shell, a first matching part arranged on the shell, a motor and an output shaft, wherein the motor and the output shaft are accommodated in the shell, and the output shaft is used for installing a working head; and an auxiliary handle detachably connected to the first mating portion; the hand tool further comprises a guide means connectable with the first mating portion when the auxiliary handle is separated from the first mating portion; the guide device comprises a supporting part, a coupler and a guide piece, wherein the supporting part is in butt joint with a workpiece, the coupler is connected with the first matching part, the guide piece is arranged between the supporting part and the coupler, the supporting part is provided with a second matching part which can be matched with the auxiliary handle, the coupler can slide relative to the guide piece along the direction parallel to the axis of the output shaft, the supporting part is provided with a through hole for a working head to pass through, and the axis of the through hole coincides with the axis of the working head.
In one embodiment, the guide means may be rotatably mounted with respect to the first mating portion.
In one embodiment, the auxiliary handle may be rotatably mounted with respect to the first mating portion or the second mating portion.
In one embodiment, the auxiliary handle has a first locking portion for selectively connecting with the first mating portion and the second mating portion, and the first locking portion is adjustable to a locking state with the first mating portion or the second mating portion and locks the auxiliary handle relative to the first mating portion or the second mating portion.
In one embodiment, the coupler has a second locking portion connected to the first mating portion, the second locking portion being adjustable to a locked state with the second mating portion and locking the coupler relative to the second mating portion.
In one embodiment, the guide member comprises a guide plate extending parallel to the axis of the output shaft, the guide plate is provided with a guide groove extending along the extending direction, and the coupler is provided with a guide post accommodated in the guide groove, so that the coupler can slide along the guide groove relative to the guide member.
In one embodiment, the support member has at least one support surface for abutting the workpiece, and the support surface is provided with a non-slip mat.
In one embodiment, the cleat is made of a rubber material.
In one embodiment, the guide means is provided with a depth stop for preventing further sliding of the coupler relative to the guide when the coupler slides relative to the guide into abutment with the depth stop.
The invention also provides a simple structure, easy to operate guiding device for guiding the hand-held tool in the working direction.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the guide device and the handheld tool using the guide device are simple and ingenious in structural design, the guide device is connected by the matching part on the main body of the handheld tool, and meanwhile, the auxiliary handle is reinstalled, so that the number of parts is reduced, the quality of the whole machine is reduced, and the cost required by the guide device is reduced. Simultaneously, the installation angle of auxiliary handle and guider is all adjustable, and the operating personnel of being convenient for adjusts application angle, improves the travelling comfort when operating personnel uses. In addition, set up the degree of depth backstop on guider, can realize realizing the depthkeeping function of hand-held type instrument under the circumstances of increasing a small amount of annex, the work piece of convenient operating personnel processing ideal degree of depth.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following embodiments are used to further describe the guide device of the present invention and the electric tool using the guide device in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the hand-held tool according to an embodiment of the present invention is an electric drill 100 including a main body 110, an auxiliary handle 120 and a guide 130, the auxiliary handle 120 and the guide 130 being alternatively connected to the main body 110. Before drilling operation, operators can choose whether to use the guiding device according to actual use requirements. As shown in fig. 1, the auxiliary handle 120 is connected to the main body 110 when the guide 130 is not required.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the guide 130 is required to be used, the auxiliary handle 120 may be detached, the guide 130 may be coupled with the main body 110, and the auxiliary handle 120 may be coupled with the guide 130. When the guide 130 is used, an operator can adjust the installation angles of the auxiliary handle 120 and the guide 130 according to personal habits and actual conditions. The guide device 130 utilizes the auxiliary handle 120 and the connection part of the auxiliary handle 120 and the hand-held tool, thereby reducing the parts required by the guide device 130, and simultaneously, the installation angle is adjustable, thereby being convenient for operators to use and improving the comfort of the operators during use.
The main body 110 includes a housing 111, a first coupling portion 112 provided on the housing, and a motor and an output shaft (not shown) accommodated in the housing, the output shaft being for mounting the working head 300. In this embodiment, the output shaft axis is coaxial with the working head axis X. The first mating portion 112 is used to connect the auxiliary handle 120 or the guide 130. In this embodiment, the first mating portion 112 is provided on the grip neck of the drill 100 and is cylindrical. The clamping neck is 43mm in this embodiment.
The auxiliary handle 120 includes a first locking portion 121 and a grip portion 122. The auxiliary handle 120 may be connected to the first coupling part 112 and fixed to the main body 110 by the first locking part 121. The first locking portion 121 has the same shape as the first mating portion 112, and in this embodiment, the first locking portion 121 is cylindrical, and in the locked state, the axis of the first locking portion 121 coincides with the axis of the first mating portion 112.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the guide 130 includes a supporting part 131, a coupler 132, and a guide 133. The coupler 132 may be connected to the first mating portion 112, and the coupler 132 is provided with a second locking portion 135, where the second locking portion 135 has the same shape as the first mating portion 112, and in this embodiment, the second locking portion 135 is cylindrical, and in the locked state, the axis of the second locking portion 135 coincides with the axis of the first mating portion 112. The second locking portion 135 is provided with a locking knob 139, and the guide 130 can be fixed to the main body 110 through the coupler 132 by adjusting the locking knob 139. The support member 131 is provided with a second coupling portion 134, and the support member 131 may be connected to the auxiliary handle 120 through the second coupling portion 134. Preferably, the second mating portion 134 has the same size and shape as the first mating portion 112. In use, an operator can press the support member 131 against the workpiece 200 via the assist handle 120 to ensure the position of the support member 131 relative to the workpiece 200 during drilling. The support member 131 is provided with a through hole 136 through which the working head passes, and the axis of the through hole 136 coincides with the axis X of the working head 300. The support member 131 has a support surface that is in direct contact with the workpiece 200. To prevent the guide 130 from sliding relative to the workpiece 200, the support surface is provided with a non-slip pad 137. The non-slip pad 137 may be made of rubber, and in this embodiment, an O-ring is used.
The guide 133 is provided between the supporting member 131 and the coupler 132 for connecting the supporting member 131 and the coupler 132. One end of the guide member 133 is fixedly arranged relative to the supporting member 131, and the other end of the guide member 133 is movably arranged relative to the coupler 132, wherein the guide member 133 and the supporting member 131 can be detachably and fixedly connected or integrally arranged. The guide 133 has a pair of guide bars 140 disposed in parallel and a guide plate 141 connecting the two guide bars 140. The guide plate 141 is provided with a guide groove 142, and the extending direction of the guide groove 142 is parallel to the axial direction of the working head 300. The coupler 132 is provided with a guide column 143, and the guide column 143 can slide in the guide groove 142, so that the coupler 132 is driven to move relative to the guide member 133 along the axial direction of the working head. The guide column 143 and the coupler 132 may be detachably and fixedly connected or integrally provided.
The guide 130 is also provided with a depth stop 138. When the coupler 132 slides into abutment with the depth stop 138, the depth stop 138 may limit further movement of the coupler 132 relative to the guide 133. The depth stop includes a positioning post 144 and a locking knob 145, the positioning post 144 being threadably coupled to the locking knob 145, the positioning post 144 being slidably movable within the guide slot 142. The rotation lock knob 145 can fix the positioning post 144 to the guide 133.
The hand-held tools of the invention include, but are not limited to, electric drills, hand-held electric hammers, screwdrivers, hand-held electric saws, and the like.
Claims (8)
1. A hand-held tool comprising:
the main body comprises a shell, a first matching part arranged on the shell, a motor and an output shaft, wherein the motor and the output shaft are accommodated in the shell, and the output shaft is used for installing a working head;
and an auxiliary handle detachably connected to the first mating portion;
the method is characterized in that:
the hand tool further comprises a guide means which is rotatably connectable with the first mating portion when the auxiliary handle is separated from the first mating portion; the guide device comprises a supporting part, a coupler and a guide piece, wherein the supporting part is in butt joint with a workpiece, the coupler is connected with a first matching part, the guide piece is arranged between the supporting part and the coupler, the supporting part is provided with a second matching part which can be matched with the auxiliary handle, the coupler can slide relative to the guide piece along the direction parallel to the axis of an output shaft, the supporting part is provided with a through hole for a working head to pass through, the axis of the through hole is connected with the axis of the working head to coincide with the axis of the working head, the auxiliary handle is provided with a first locking part which is used for being connected with the first matching part and the second matching part in a selected mode, and the first locking part can be adjusted to be matched with the first matching part or the second matching part and locks the auxiliary handle relative to the first matching part or the second matching part.
2. The hand tool of claim 1, wherein: the auxiliary handle may be rotatably mounted with respect to the first mating portion or the second mating portion.
3. The hand tool of claim 1, wherein: the coupler has a second locking portion connected to the first mating portion, the second locking portion being adjustable to mate with the second mating portion and lock the coupler relative to the second mating portion.

The hand tool of claim 1, wherein: the guide piece comprises a guide plate which extends parallel to the axis of the output shaft, a sliding groove which extends along the extending direction is formed in the guide plate, and the connector is provided with a guide post which is contained in the sliding groove, so that the connector can slide along the sliding groove relative to the guide piece.
5. The hand tool of claim 1, wherein: the support member has at least one support surface that abuts the workpiece, and a non-slip mat is provided on the support surface.
6. The hand tool of claim 5, wherein: the anti-slip pad is made of rubber materials.
7. The hand tool of claim 1, wherein: the guide device is provided with a depth stop piece which is used for preventing the coupler from sliding further relative to the guide piece when the coupler slides relative to the guide piece to be abutted with the depth stop piece.
8. A guiding device for guiding a hand-held tool in a working direction, the hand-held tool comprising a housing and a first mating part arranged on the housing, the guiding device being detachably connected with the first mating part;
the method is characterized in that: the guide device comprises a supporting part capable of abutting against a workpiece, a coupler fixedly connected with the first matching part, a guide piece arranged between the supporting part and the coupler, and an auxiliary handle detachably connected with the supporting part; the coupler can slide relative to the guide piece along the direction parallel to the axis of the output shaft, the supporting part is provided with a through hole for the working head to pass through, the axis connecting the through hole coincides with the axis of the working head, and the auxiliary handle is rotatably connected with the supporting part; when the guide device is separated from the first mating portion and the auxiliary handle is separated from the support member, the auxiliary handle can be connected with the first mating portion.
