The invention provides a mounting jig for a braided tube.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the installation fixture of the braided tube comprises a guide member 100 and a base 200, wherein the guide member 100 is detachably installed on the base 200.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the guide member 100 has a first insertion end and a second insertion end disposed opposite to each other. The first insertion end is provided with a guiding groove 101, and the guiding groove 101 is used for inserting the braided tube 500. The second plugging end is provided with a joint slot 102, and the joint slot 102 is used for plugging the joint 600 of the braided tube 500. The guide groove 101 is tapered from the first insertion end to the second insertion end, and is connected to the connector slot 102 in the guide member 100, and the diameter of the end of the guide groove 101 is smaller than the diameter of the connector slot 102. In this way, when connecting the braided tube 500 and the joint 600, the joint 600 may be inserted into the joint insertion groove 102 at one end of the guide 100, and then one end of the braided tube 500 after cutting may be inserted into the guide groove 101 at the other end of the guide 100. Since the guiding groove 101 is tapered from the first plugging end to the second plugging end, the guiding groove 101 is communicated with the connector slot 102 at the end. Therefore, the portion of the end of the braided tube 500 that is flowering (outwardly warped) can be narrowed under the guide of the guide groove 101, so that the braided tube 500 can be smoothly inserted into the joint 600. It can be seen that the installation jig for the braided tube of the present invention can achieve convenient connection of the braided tube 500 and the joint 600 through the guide 100.
In the present embodiment, the braided tube 500 is a steel wire braided tube, and in other implementations of the present application, the installation jig of the braided tube of the present application may be applied to a braided tube such as a fiber braided tube.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the guide groove 101 is configured as a circular truncated cone. It will be appreciated that, since the braided tube 500 is generally in a hollow cylindrical configuration, the guide slot 101 is configured as a truncated cone, which reduces the restriction of inserting the braided tube 500 into the guide slot 101 and facilitates use by the worker. The guide groove 101 provided in the truncated cone shape has good adaptability to the braided tube 500, and facilitates the harvest of the flowering portion at the end of the braided tube 500. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the guide groove 101 may be configured as a square table. It should be noted that, regarding the groove wall of the guide groove 101, in this embodiment, the groove wall of the guide groove 101 extends in a straight line from the first insertion end to the second insertion end, and in other embodiments, the groove wall of the guide groove 101 may be concave or convex with respect to the axis of the guide groove 101.
Specifically, the guide member 100 includes a first guide block 110 and a second guide block 120, and the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 are laterally spliced to form the guide member 100. It is easy to understand that since the guide 100 has the first insertion end and the second insertion end disposed opposite to each other, the braided tube 500 and the connector 600 are inserted into the guide 100 opposite to each other from the first insertion end and the insertion end, respectively. Thus, in the case of the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 being laterally spliced, the term "lateral" refers to the lateral direction of the connecting line direction between the first mating end and the second mating end (or between the guide groove 101 and the connector slot 102).
It will be appreciated that the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 are laterally spliced to form the guide 100, such that the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 can be separated from the woven tube 500 after the woven tube 500 is spliced to the joint 600. Thus, a guide 100 can be reused to connect a plurality of sets of braided tubes 500 and joints 600, so that the multiplexing rate of the guide 100 can be improved and the waste of resources can be reduced. And the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 are laterally spliced, so that the assembly and the disassembly of the guide piece 100 are also facilitated, and the operation of staff is facilitated. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present application, the guide member 100 may be of a non-detachable design, and after the insertion between the braided tube 500 and the connector 600 is completed, the guide member 100 may be directly placed on the braided tube 500 without being removed without affecting the normal use of the braided tube 500, and at this time, the guide member 100 may be made of a rigid material, such as plastic, metal, or the like. While in some embodiments of the present application the guide 100 is not detachable, the guide 100 may also be made of a flexible material, such as plastic, rubber, shrapnel, and the like. Thus, after the connection of the braided tube 500 and the joint 600 is completed, the guide 100 can be taken out from the end of the braided tube 500 having the joint 600 by using the elasticity of the guide 100.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 are made of metal, i.e., the guide 100 is made of a metal material. In this way, the structural strength of the guide 100 can be ensured, and the connection of the braided tube 500 and the joint 600 can be stably completed. And the metal material has good durability, contributing to the extension of the service life of the guide 100.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 are symmetrically disposed. In this way, the splicing difficulty of the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 can be simplified, the learning difficulty is reduced, and the quick hand-up of the staff is facilitated. Of course, the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 which are symmetrically disposed can also reduce the manufacturing cost of the guide 100 to some extent. It should be noted that, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present application, the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 may be asymmetric. Taking the example that the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 can be spliced into a complete cake, when the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 are symmetrically arranged, the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 occupy one half of the cake respectively. When the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 are asymmetrically designed, the first guide block 110 may occupy one fourth, one third, three fourth, etc. of the cookie, while the second guide block 120 occupies the remaining portion of the cookie.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the base 200 is provided with a fixing slot 210 into which a connector 600 is inserted. As can be seen from the above, the joint 600 of the braided tube 500 is inserted into the joint slot 102 from the second insertion end toward the first insertion end and is held by the guide 100, and the braided tube 500 needs to be inserted into the joint 600 from the first insertion end toward the second insertion end. Therefore, when the fixing socket 210 is provided on the base 200 to insert the joint 600, one end of the joint 600 is inserted into the fixing socket 210 of the base 200 and then the guide 100 is sleeved on the other end of the joint 600 to insert the joint 600 into the guide 100 when the braided tube 500 and the joint 600 are connected. In this way, the connector 600 can be fixed by the base 200, thereby facilitating the operation of the worker.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, to ensure stability of the base 200, the base 200 may be fixed to the table by a fastener 300, and the fastener 300 includes, but is not limited to, a screw, a rivet, a positioning column, etc.
Further, since the guide member 100 is formed by splicing the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120, the base 200 is correspondingly provided with the mounting slot 220, and a portion of the guide member 100 is accommodated in the mounting slot 220. Since the guide member 100 is formed by laterally splicing the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120, the connector 600 can be inserted into the fixing slot 210 of the base 200. Therefore, the mounting slot 220 is provided on the base 200 for inserting the guide member 100, so that the positions of the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 can be fixed, and the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 can be kept in a spliced state, thereby being convenient for the staff to use. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present application, guide 100 may be maintained in an assembled state manually by a worker alone, or by other structures on base 200, including but not limited to, a hoop, a buckle, etc.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the fixing slot 210 is provided at the bottom of the installation slot 220. After the connector 600 is inserted into the fixing slot 210, the connector 600 is partially accommodated in the mounting slot 220, the guide member 100 is inserted into the mounting slot 220, and the connector 600 can be inserted into the connector slot 102 of the guide member 100, so that the base 200, the connector 600 and the guide member 100 can be connected seamlessly, the matching precision is improved, and the connection between the braided tube 500 and the connector 600 is facilitated. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the fixing slot 210 and the mounting slot 220 may be disposed independently.
With reference to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, only from the structure of the guide member 100, the guide member 100 includes a limiting protrusion 103 and a plugging portion 104, wherein the limiting protrusion 103 and the plugging portion 104 are arranged along the axial direction of the connector slot 102, the limiting protrusion 103 has at least a portion of the guiding slot 101, and the plugging portion 104 has at least a portion of the connector slot 102. The plugging portion 104 is inserted into the mounting slot 220, and the plugging portion 104 tapers from the first plugging end to the second plugging end of the guide member 100. Since the plug portion 104 is tapered, the mounting slot 220 is adapted to the tapered configuration of the plug portion 104. In this manner, the operator may be facilitated to insert the guide 100 into the base 200. The limiting protrusion 103 is used to abut against the base 200, so that not only the position of the guide 100 relative to the base 200 can be limited, but also the force applied by the worker can be facilitated, and the guide 100 (the first guide block 110 and/or the second guide block 120) can be taken out from the mounting slot 220.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the plugging portion 104 is provided in a truncated cone shape. Correspondingly, the mounting slot 220 is also configured in a truncated cone shape. With this arrangement, the restriction of the guide 100 to be inserted into the base 200 can be reduced, and the operator can use the guide conveniently. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the insertion portion 104 may be configured as a square table to enhance the limit of the base 200 to the guide 100.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present application, an anti-lost rope 400 is connected between the base 200 and the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120. Because the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 are spliced and matched, and after the woven tube 500 is connected with the joint 600, the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 need to be separated from each other, and are separated from the woven tube 500. Therefore, the anti-lost rope 400 is arranged between the base 200 and the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120, so that the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 can be prevented from being lost, and the next operation is facilitated. In particular, the anti-lost rope 400 may be made of a flexible material such as a spring, a bungee cord, a fiber, cotton, etc. In other embodiments of the present application, an anti-lost rope 400 may be disposed between the base 200 and the first guide block 110 or the second guide block 120.
In summary, by the installation jig for the braided tube provided by the present application, when the braided tube 500 is connected to the joint 600, the following steps may be included:
1. inserting the connector 600 into the fixing socket 210 of the base 200;
2. inserting the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120 into the mounting slot 220 of the base 200 to form the guide 100, wherein the joint 600 is positioned in the joint slot 102 of the guide 100;
3. inserting the braided tube 500 into the guide groove 101 of the guide 100 and driving the braided tube 500 to move toward the joint socket 102 until the braided tube 500 is inserted into the joint 600;
4. taking out the first guide block 110 and the second guide block 120;
5. braided tube 500 is pulled out of base 200 along with fitting 600.
Or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
