Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sheet metal machining, in particular to an automobile sheet metal welding post-treatment process.
Background
The automobile internal sheet metal parts are mostly formed by welding, and a plurality of sheet metal parts are welded into a sheet metal part whole body with a certain inclination angle according to the requirements of the structure of the automobile internal parts; however, when a sheet metal part with a certain inclination angle is welded, the welding seam is easy to bulge, welding slag exists around the welding seam, and subsequent grinding and other processing treatment needs to be carried out on the welding seam, but the following problems mainly exist in the existing processing:
a: the existing sheet metal part with a certain angle is easy to cause pressure to the expanded sheet metal part in the welding seam processing process, so that the sheet metal part is extruded or stretched to cause the welding seam to crack, or the sheet metal part is deformed and the like; b: the welding seam of the sheet metal part with a certain angle is difficult to clean, welding slag generated in the cleaning process is scattered around the welding seam, the difficulty of cleaning the welding seam is increased, and the cleaned welding seam is easily affected.
The invention provides a post-welding treatment process for an automobile sheet metal, which aims to enable the weld joint treatment of a welded part with a certain angle after the automobile sheet metal is welded to be more uniform in light ring.

The invention can solve the problems that: the existing sheet metal part with a certain angle is easy to cause pressure to the expanded sheet metal part in the welding seam processing process, so that the sheet metal part is extruded or stretched to cause the welding seam to crack, or the sheet metal part is deformed and the like; b: the welding seam of the sheet metal part with a certain angle is difficult to clean, welding slag generated in the cleaning process is scattered around the welding seam, the difficulty of cleaning the welding seam is increased, and the cleaned welding seam is easily influenced.

fifthly, stacking: taking down the processed sheet metal welding joints and stacking;
the automobile sheet metal welding post-treatment process in the first step to the fifth step is completed by matching the fixing table, the fixing device and the treatment device.

The fixing device comprises a driving motor, a driving lead screw, a wheel disc, a transmission belt, a conveying table and a fixing unit; the driving motor is installed on the outer wall of the right end of the supporting seat through a motor base, a driving lead screw is arranged in a rectangular through hole in the supporting seat on the front side and the rear side of the driving motor through a bearing, a shaft head at one end of the driving lead screw is connected with a wheel disc, a wheel disc is installed on an output shaft of the driving motor, and the three wheel discs are connected through a transmission belt; a conveying table is arranged on the driving screw rod in a thread matching manner; the conveying table is provided with a fixing unit;

fourthly, adsorption treatment of welding slag: the slag generated during the welding process by the grinding rasp 777 is collected inside the collection tank 741 by the collection pump 742;
fifthly, stacking: taking down the processed sheet metal welding joints and stacking;
the automobile sheet metal welding post-treatment process in the first step to the fifth step is completed by matching the fixing table 1, the fixing device 2 and the treatment device 3.
The fixed table 1 comprises a supporting seat 11, a leaning table 12, an electric slider 13, an adjusting rack 14 and a driving rotary tooth 15; the outer wall of the left end of the supporting seat 11 is provided with a leaning platform 12 in a bearing installation mode, and the lower end of the leaning platform 12 is provided with a driving rotating tooth 15; rectangular through holes are symmetrically formed in the front and the back of the supporting seat 11; an electric slider 13 is arranged at the lower end of the supporting seat 11 in a sliding fit mode, and the electric slider 13 is connected to an adjusting rack 14; the adjusting rack 14 is arranged at the lower end of the supporting seat 11 in a sliding fit manner and is matched with the driving rotating teeth 15; the upper end of the supporting seat is uniformly provided with movable balls in a movable connection mode; the welded sheet metal part with a certain angle is placed on the supporting seat 11, and the electric sliding block 13 drives the adjusting rack 14 to move so that the leaning platform 12 is contacted with the outer wall of the sheet metal part to form a supporting effect according to the specific inclination angle of the sheet metal part; the fixed station 1 that sets up is convenient for the sheet metal component to remove through the activity ball on supporting seat 11, is convenient for adjust the angle of leaning on platform 12 simultaneously, has the fixed bolster effect to the sheet metal component that has certain angle, can prevent that the welding seam of sheet metal component from splitting and droing etc..
The fixing device 2 comprises a driving motor 21, a driving lead screw 22, a wheel disc 23, a transmission belt 24, a conveying platform 25 and a fixing unit 26; the driving motor 21 is installed on the outer wall of the right end of the supporting seat 11 through a motor base, a driving lead screw 22 is arranged in a rectangular through hole in the supporting seat 11 on the front side and the rear side of the driving motor 21 through a bearing, a shaft head at one end of the driving lead screw 22 is connected with a wheel disc 23, the wheel disc 23 is installed on an output shaft of the driving motor 21, and the three wheel discs 23 are connected through a transmission belt 24; a conveying table 25 is arranged on the driving screw rod 22 in a thread matching mode; the conveying table 25 is provided with a fixing unit 26; the fixing unit 26 comprises a fixing clamping seat 261, a fixing cylinder 262, a connecting plate 263 and a connecting column 264; a fixed cylinder 262 is arranged on the outer wall of the fixed clamping seat 261; the upper end of the fixed clamping seat 261 is provided with a movable hole; a connecting plate 263 is arranged at the top end of the fixed cylinder 262, a connecting column 264 is arranged at the lower end of the connecting plate 263, and the connecting column 264 is arranged in a movable hole of the fixed clamping seat 261 in a sliding fit manner; the lower end of the connecting column 264 is provided with a rubber block; one end of the sheet metal part is clamped by adjusting a fixed clamping seat 261 through a driving motor 21, and a connecting column 264 is driven to move through a fixed air cylinder 262, so that a rubber block at the lower end of the connecting column 264 is fixed on the sheet metal part; the fixing device who sets up can be fine fixed sheet metal component, and the welding seam of sheet metal component of being convenient for is handled, can effectively prevent to take place to remove the sheet metal component in to sheet metal component welding seam processing procedure, has guaranteed the effect that the welding seam was handled.
The processing device 3 comprises an execution frame 31, an execution plate 32, an execution motor 33, an execution screw 34, an execution block 35, an execution cylinder 36 and a processing module 37; the execution frame 31 is symmetrically arranged on the supporting seat 11, the execution plate 32 is arranged on the execution frame 31, the upper end of the execution plate 32 is provided with a sliding groove, and the execution block 35 is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding fit manner; the execution block 35 is connected with the execution screw rod 34 in a thread matching mode; the execution screw rod 34 is arranged on the execution plate 32 through a bearing; one end shaft head of the execution screw rod 34 is connected with an output shaft of the execution motor 33 through a coupler; the actuating motor 33 is arranged on the actuating plate 32 through a motor base; an execution cylinder 36 is arranged at the lower end of the execution block 35, and the top end of the execution cylinder 36 is connected with a processing module 37.
The processing module 37 includes an auxiliary plate 71, an auxiliary unit 72, a fixing frame 73, a collecting unit 74, an auxiliary motor 75, an auxiliary belt 76, and a grinding unit 77; an auxiliary unit 72 is arranged at the left end of the auxiliary plate 71, a fixed frame 73 is arranged at the lower end of the auxiliary plate 71, a collecting unit 74 is arranged in the fixed frame 73, and an auxiliary motor 75 is arranged in the fixed frame 73 through a motor base; the grinding unit 77 is rotatably installed in the fixing frame 73, and the grinding unit 77 is connected to an output shaft of the auxiliary motor 75 through an auxiliary belt 76. The grinding unit 77 comprises a grinding roller 771, a triangular column 772, an electric telescopic rod 773, a squeezing plate 774, a grinding rod 775, a grinding spring 776, a grinding file 777 and a sealing rubber sleeve 778; the outer wall of the grinding roller 771 is uniformly provided with movable holes; a triangular column 772 is arranged in the grinding roller 771, electric telescopic rods 773 are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the triangular column 772, a squeezing plate 774 is connected to the top end of the electric telescopic rods 773, grinding rods 775 are uniformly arranged on the squeezing plate 774, the grinding rods 775 are installed in movable holes in the outer wall of the grinding roller 771 in a sliding fit mode, a grinding spring 776 is sleeved on the outer wall of the grinding rod 775 in the grinding roller 771, a grinding file 777 is arranged at the outer end of the grinding rod 775, and a sealing rubber sleeve 778 is arranged on the outer wall of the grinding rod 775 outside the grinding roller 771 through a spring; the sealing rubber sleeve 778 arranged on the spring ensures that welding slag cannot enter the movable hole of the grinding rod 775, and meanwhile, the spring is connected to generate shaking, so that the welding slag is effectively prevented from entering the movable hole.
The collecting unit 74 comprises a collecting box 741 and a collecting pump 742, the collecting box 741 is installed inside the fixed frame 73 in a sliding fit manner, the collecting pump 742 is arranged on the inner wall of the fixed frame 73 through a motor base, an air inlet of the collecting pump 742 is arranged at the lower end of the fixed frame 73, and an air outlet of the collecting pump 742 is arranged right above the collecting box 741. The auxiliary unit 72 comprises an auxiliary spring 721, an auxiliary block 722 and an auxiliary ball 723; one end of the auxiliary spring 721 is connected to the outer wall of the auxiliary plate 71, the other end of the auxiliary spring 721 is connected to the auxiliary block 722, and a plurality of auxiliary balls 723 are arranged in the auxiliary block 722 in a movable fit manner; the processing module 37 is driven to a proper position above the welding seam by the execution cylinder 36, the grinding unit 77 is driven to rotate by the auxiliary motor 75, the position of the grinding file 777 is adjusted by the electric telescopic rod 773, welding slag protruding on the welding seam and the like are ground, and the processed welding slag is collected into the collection box 741 by the collection pump 742.
