Abstract
The invention provides an engine material rack welding fixture which comprises a fixing plate, a positioning column, a surrounding plate, a first quick clamping support and a quick clamp, wherein the positioning column and the first quick clamping support are vertically arranged on the same surface of the fixing plate, the first quick clamping support is positioned on one side of the positioning column, the quick clamp is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the first quick clamping support, and the surrounding plate is embedded and arranged on the outer side of the positioning column. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, flexibility and good fixing effect.

In the above embodiment, the positioning column 2 is used for supporting a workpiece to be clamped, the enclosing plate 3 is installed on the surface of the positioning column 2, the workpiece can be better clamped, and the first quick clamping support 4 is used for fixing the quick clamp 5.
As shown in fig. 3, in the specific embodiment, the enclosing plate 3 includes a first enclosing surface 31 and a second enclosing surface 32 that are perpendicular to each other, the first enclosing surface 31 is attached to one surface of the positioning column 2 away from the fixing plate 1, and the second enclosing surface 32 is attached to one side surface of the positioning column 2.

the material rack is abutted through the enclosing plate (3), the material rack is prevented from damaging the positioning column (2), the enclosing plate (3) is detachably mounted on the outer side of the positioning column (2), and different enclosing plates (3) are replaced to adapt to different material racks;
the enclosing plate (3) comprises a first enclosing surface (31) and a second enclosing surface (32) which are perpendicular to each other, the first enclosing surface (31) is attached to one surface, away from the fixing plate (1), of the positioning column (2), and the second enclosing surface (32) is attached to one side surface of the positioning column (2);
